Abstract

This invention provides a multi-station synchronous high-pressure grouting molding device and method for toilets. It relates to the technical field of toilet molding equipment. The multi-station synchronous high-pressure grouting molding device includes a support base and a gantry frame fixedly installed on top of the support base. The top of the support base has multiple molding platforms arranged in a linear array. Each molding platform has an outwardly inverted U-shaped bracket fixedly installed on its top. Each molding platform has an automatic mold opening and closing mechanism that can automatically assemble and disassemble the molds. Grouting pipes are slidably installed on the top of each outwardly inverted U-shaped bracket. An installation box is provided inside the gantry frame, and the top of the installation box is slidably connected to the inner wall of the top of the gantry frame. This invention has the advantages of being able to inject grout into multiple molds at once, high production efficiency, significantly reduced downtime of the grouting equipment, high mold disassembly efficiency, and low labor costs.
