A two-stroke engine

Abstract

This invention provides a two-stroke engine, relating to the field of engine technology, comprising a crankshaft, an oil pump, at least one connecting rod, at least one piston, and a crankcase. The crankshaft passes through and is rotatably connected to the crankcase. A main oil passage is provided on the crankshaft. The oil pump pumps cooling oil from the crankcase into the main oil passage. One end of each connecting rod is movably connected to the crankshaft, and the other end of each connecting rod exits the crankcase and connects to the corresponding piston. A first oil inlet passage and a first oil return passage are provided on the connecting rod. An oil chamber is provided on the piston. One end of the first oil inlet passage communicates with the main oil passage, and the other end communicates with the oil chamber. One end of the first oil return passage communicates with the oil chamber. The portion of the connecting rod located within the crankcase has a return oil hole, and the other end of the first return oil passage communicates with the return oil hole. The cooling oil circulates through the oil passages inside the crankshaft, connecting rod, and piston, and is not mixed with fuel, effectively avoiding incomplete combustion, the generation of pollutants, blue smoke, carbon deposits, and accelerated wear of parts.
