Prefabricated concrete wind tower foundation

By combining standard sections and connecting sections of three-limb wall type, an integral three-piece underground continuous wall structure is formed, which solves the problem that prefabricated assembled wind tower foundations cannot be modularly stacked under different geological conditions, realizes the coordination of vertical bearing and overall stress, simplifies design and improves construction efficiency.

Abstract

The application provides a prefabricated concrete wind tower foundation, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The three-limb wall type standard section is designed as a high-performance reinforced concrete prefabricated module with a uniform cross section. In the limb length direction, a body pre-stress hole is reserved. After the multiple three-limb wall type standard sections and the top three-limb wall type connecting section are vertically stacked, they are attached through a structural adhesive layer. A pre-stressed steel bar passes through all the corresponding through body pre-stress holes in sequence and is locked and tensioned by an anchor, so that the section components form a three-piece underground continuous wall structure under the action of continuous vertical compression. The outer space is filled and compacted by a backfilling and compacting layer, thereby forming lateral restraint. The number of spliced sections of the three-limb wall type standard section is quantitatively determined according to the standard value of the bearing capacity of the foundation soil layer. When the standard value of the bearing capacity decreases, the effective side wall area can be expanded by only increasing the number of spliced sections. The technical problem that the prefabricated wind tower foundation cannot realize vertical bearing and overall stress coordination through the modular stacking method under different geological conditions is solved.
