A crane anti-overturning automatic unhooking protection system

Abstract

This invention provides an automatic unhooking protection system for cranes to prevent tipping, solving the problem that conventional crane devices cannot unhook the load in time when overload is about to cause tilting, leading to tipping and overturning. The technical solution is as follows: the hook body is rotatably connected to a tilting hook via a support shaft at the bottom, and a tilting hook limit rod is fixed behind the tilting hook, with a circular pin at the end of the tilting hook limit rod; a rotary positioning locking rod is provided at the rear of the hook, with an arc-shaped limit block at the outer end of the locking rod support shaft; an electric lock with a locking tongue is provided at the upper part of the hook, and the locking tongue of the electric lock is inserted into the front stop of the locking rod to form a locking position; the electric lock is equipped with a wireless signal receiving module; the anti-tilt alarm is equipped with a mercury switch for the tilt angle switch, which can timely monitor the crane tilt, provide early warning, and automatically unhook the load to protect the crane's safety.
