The method includes: a first participant arranging and discretizing elements in a first data set to obtain a first vector, and encrypting the first vector using the CKKS scheme to obtain first ciphertext; a second participant performing bucketing on elements in a second data set, constructing a membership function, and generating a plaintext coefficient vector corresponding to the slots of the first ciphertext; the second participant performing homomorphic polynomial evaluation using the plaintext coefficient vector and the first ciphertext to obtain second ciphertext; and the first participant decrypting the second ciphertext and determining the intersection result based on the decryption result. Through this scheme, intersection calculation can be achieved without directly exposing the original data of both parties.
