Film stacker for diaphragm boxing

Abstract

This invention relates to the technical field of film stacking equipment, and provides a film stacking machine for film packaging, including a substrate, a bottom box material library, a release liner material library, a lid material library, a finished product material library, a tray transfer device, a stacking device, and a capping device. The tray transfer device can move the empty tray from the bottom box material library to the stacking station of the substrate, stack a predetermined number of release liners and a predetermined number of films in the tray, and then move the tray to the assembly station of the substrate. The stacking device can place the films one by one from the conveyor belt onto the tray at the stacking station, and can place the release liners one by one from the release liner material library onto the tray at the stacking station. The capping device can close the lids from the lid material library onto the tray at the assembly station. Compared with the prior art, the film stacking machine provided by this invention can realize automatic film loading, stacking, and capping, and can improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
