Abstract

This invention provides a swing-type torque sensing and transmission method. The method includes: providing a sensing spindle, the middle section of which is recessed to form a sensing part; providing a torque sensing unit disposed on the sensing part and electrically connected to a circuit board module in the direction of force, the torque sensing unit calculating torque via the circuit board module using deformation sensing signals generated when the sensing spindle is bent by the pulling or pushing force of the handle; providing a first housing; and providing a second housing, one side of which is recessed to have a second receiving groove, the second receiving groove having fixing screw holes to lock a battery cover and a battery module, the battery module being electrically connected to the circuit board module. This invention continuously calculates and detects changes in applied torque and rotation angle during the tightening or loosening of screw fasteners using a swing-type mechanism. When a target torque or angular displacement is reached, an audible and visual warning is issued, and the results are displayed, recorded, or uploaded.
