By using near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy to collect and process natural quartz samples multiple times, the water encapsulated within them can be identified and evaluated. This solves the problem of difficulty in identification and evaluation in existing technologies, and enables rapid, accurate, non-destructive testing and quantitative analysis.
