Method and device for identifying and evaluating water inclusions in natural quartz

By using near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy to collect and process natural quartz samples multiple times, the water encapsulated within them can be identified and evaluated. This solves the problem of difficulty in identification and evaluation in existing technologies, and enables rapid, accurate, non-destructive testing and quantitative analysis.

本发明提供一种天然石英内部包裹水识别与评估方法及装置，涉及矿物光谱分析技术领域，所述方法包括：在指定场景下，对待测的天然石英样品进行多次红外反射光谱采集，并基于采集结果生成代表性反射光谱；对代表性反射光谱进行处理，并提取处理后的代表性反射光谱中的第一波长、第二波长处的水相关吸收特征；计算处理后的代表性反射光谱中，预设的目标吸收波长处的吸收深度；基于水相关吸收特征以及吸收深度对待测的天然石英样品的内部包裹水进行定性识别；在确定有包裹水时，基于水相关吸收特征以及吸收深度构建包裹水诊断特征向量；利用吸收深度‑含水参数标定模型处理吸收深度与包裹水诊断特征向量，得到包裹水相对含量评估结果。
