A hard carton multi-size forming device

Abstract

The application discloses a hard carton multi-size forming device, and relates to the technical field of carton forming. The device comprises a rack, a supporting assembly for supporting a carton blank, a folding assembly, a pressing assembly, an adjusting assembly and a gluing assembly. The supporting assembly comprises a central supporting plate, a first movable supporting plate and a second movable supporting plate. The folding assembly comprises a first folding unit and a second folding unit. The pressing assembly comprises a first pressing unit and a second pressing unit. The gluing assembly is used for gluing the bonding area of the carton blank. The device is provided with the position-adjustable movable supporting plate and the folding assembly, so that the folding shaft can be adapted to the crease positions of carton blanks of different specifications. In cooperation with the pressing assembly, the gluing assembly and the retreatable positioning structure, the positioning, pressing, gluing and folding forming of the carton blank can be realized, so that the adaptability of the device to carton blanks of different sizes is improved, and the stability of the folding process is improved.
