Abstract

Materials enter a cylindrical feeding cavity of a shell through a feeding port, a driving shaft, inserted into the cylindrical feeding cavity, of a driving piece can rotate around the axis of the driving shaft, and therefore a plurality of blade assemblies arranged on the driving shaft can rotate along with the driving shaft. The blade assembly includes blades that are retractable relative to the drive shaft in a radial direction of the drive shaft. When the blades make contact with the cavity wall of the cylindrical feeding cavity, a space is divided between every two adjacent blades, the blade assembly and the same driving shaft, and materials in the spaces are pushed by the blades to flow out of the discharging port. The blades can stretch out and draw back relative to the driving shaft in the radial direction of the cylindrical feeding cavity, so that gaps are formed between the blades and the cavity wall of the cylindrical feeding cavity, the gaps caused by abrasion can be made up, it is guaranteed that the space volume between every two adjacent blades is stable, stable feeding of materials is guaranteed, the jamming fault of the feeding machine is reduced, and the working stability of the feeding machine is improved. The technical problem that the working condition of the feeder is not stable enough is solved to a certain extent.
