Abstract

The first air cylinder is connected with the soldering tin supporting plate and is used for enabling the soldering tin supporting plate to move up and down above the tin melting furnace; a tin pick-up assembly is arranged above the tin soldering supporting plate, the tin pick-up assembly comprises a main beam, the two ends of the main beam are each connected with a side plate, the two side plates are arranged in parallel, and the inner sides of the two side plates are connected with clamp fixing plates used for containing products; the tin pick-up assembly is connected with a second air cylinder, the second air cylinder is used for enabling the tin pick-up assembly to move up and down above the tin soldering supporting plate, and the tin pick-up device can avoid tin pick-up of pins which do not need tin soldering and only carry out tin pick-up on pins which need tin soldering.
