surgical nursing. The novel urethral catheterication device includes a 
urethral catheter; the outer side of a sleeve is rotatably provided with a twisting cap, the inside of the sleeve is movably spliced with a 
plugboard, and the inner wall of the sleeve is movably spliced with an 
extrusion rod; the outer wall of a rolleris fixedly embedded and connected with a magnetic block; a magnetic conducting plate is fixedly connected inside the sleeve and located and below a magnetic conducting bar; an 
impact bar is movably spliced on the inner wall of the sleeve and below the magnetic conducting bar; the side, close to the magnetic conducting plate, of the 
impact bar is fixedly connected with a 
magnet; a tension spring ismounted between the 
impact bar and the magnetic conducting plate; the twisting cap is rotated, a transverse wedged plate extrudes the 
plugboard to move downwards, a magnetic conducting section is incontact with the magnetic conducting plate and the magnetic conducting bar at the same time, the sleeve is moved downwards, when the roller rolls, the magnetic conducting plate is intermittently magnetized by the 
magnet, the impact bar continuously impacts and crushes a 
stemming in the 
urethral catheter under same repulsion of the magnetic conducting plate and the 
magnet and under the action of the tension spring, and thus, the problem that the 
urethral catheter is blocked is solved.
