Total run-out detection device for bottom valve seat of shock absorber

Abstract

A shock absorber bottom valve seat total run-out detection device comprises a detection table, the upper end of the table top of the detection table is provided with a clamping device and a supporting stand column, the clamping device comprises clamping jaws, a three-jaw chuck, a manual tightening disc and a rotating disc, the upper end of the three-jaw chuck is provided with three concave grooves, the clamping jaws are in sliding fit with the concave grooves respectively, and the manual tightening disc is connected with the rotating disc. A tooth groove is formed in the lower end of the clamping jaw, the lower end of the three-jaw chuck is fixedly connected with a chuck inner shaft through a bolt, a spiral-line-shaped protrusion is arranged at the upper end of the manual tightening disc, the spiral-line-shaped protrusion is in sliding fit with the tooth groove, the rotating disc comprises an upper cover and a lower cover, and balls are arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover. The upper cover downwards extends out of the lower end of the table surface of the detection table and is fixedly connected with a turbine through a bolt; a manual worm is matched with the turbine; a dial gauge clamping arm is in sliding fit with the supporting stand column. The detection device is convenient to operate, and the long cylindrical workpiece can extend into the three-jaw chuck and extend downwards, so that the workpiece is kept stable during detection, and the measurement result is accurate.
