[0062] Since people use many devices, different devices require storage cards of different formats, or individuals have multiple devices, which leads to ordinary people having multiple and various types of storage cards. Since storage cards are prone to aging, corrosion, and short circuits when affected by moisture, dust, etc., the loss of important data and information is very common.
[0063] See also Figure 1 and Figure 2 The present application proposes an example of a storage device, which can be used to store a storage card 80 , and includes a housing 10 , a storage box 20 , and a first sealing member 30 .
[0064] Please refer to Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figure 5 as well as Figure 6 The housing 10 is formed with a receiving cavity 11 and a socket 12 connected to the receiving cavity 11 .
[0065] The shell 10 can be used as the external frame structure of the storage device. The inside of the shell 10 is at least partially hollow to form a receiving cavity 11. The shell 10 is provided with a socket 12, which connects the receiving cavity 11 and the outside of the shell 10. The socket 12 can be used to form a channel for the storage box 20 to move into or out of the receiving cavity 11. The shell 10 in the example of the present application can be generally rectangular, and the socket 12 can be formed on one of the side walls of the shell 10. The receiving cavity 11 in the example of the present application can be a cavity extending along the length direction or width direction of the shell 10. It can be understood that the shell 10 can also be other shapes, such as an octahedron or other polyhedron structures. For the convenience of description, the shell 10 is a rectangular structure in the example of the present application, and the socket 12 is located at one end of the length direction of the shell 10.
[0066] The storage box 20 is movably connected to the housing 10. A snap-fit portion 211 is disposed in the storage box 20. The storage box 20 has a first position in which the snap-fit portion 211 is received in the accommodating cavity 11 and a second position in which the snap-fit portion 211 at least partially extends out of the socket 12. Figure 6 The storage box 20 is shown in the first position. When the storage box 20 moves toward the outside of the housing 10 so that the clamping portion 211 at least partially extends out of the socket 12, the storage box 20 is in the second position.
[0067] The storage box 20 is movably connected to the housing 10, which means that the storage box 20 can move relative to the housing 10 along a preset trajectory, and the preset trajectory can be the length direction of the housing 10. The present application defines the moving direction of the storage box 20 as the first direction 2a. In this example, the storage box 20 can be set to slide along the length direction of the housing 10; optionally, rollers or other intermediate structures can be set at the contact portion between the storage box 20 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 to reduce the movement resistance of the storage box 20 when it moves. The storage box 20 can be used to accommodate storage cards 80. In the example of the present application, the storage box 20 can be used to accommodate one or more storage cards 80; the storage box 20 can be used to accommodate a single type of storage card 80, and can also be used to accommodate different types of storage cards 80. The clamping portion 211 can be used for placing the storage card 80. The clamping portion 211 can be a groove set on the storage box 20. The clamping portion 211 can also be a concave area formed between multiple ribs 212 set in the storage box 20. The number of the clamping portions 211 can be one or more. When there are multiple clamping portions 211, the multiple clamping portions 211 can be arranged in a row and multiple columns along the length direction of the storage box 20. The clamping portions 211 can also be arranged in multiple rows and multiple columns along the length direction of the storage box 20. The clamping portions 211 can also be arranged in other regular patterns.
[0068] The storage box 20 has a first position and a second position, and the storage box 20 can move between the first position and the second position. When the storage box 20 is in the first position, the storage box 20 can be embedded in the accommodating cavity 11, and the clamping portion 211 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 11. When the storage box 20 is in the second position, the clamping portion 211 at least partially extends out of the outside of the socket 12, which means that the storage box 20 is at least partially removed from the accommodating cavity 11, and the clamping portion 211 is exposed, which can facilitate the removal or placement of the storage card 80. In this example, when the storage box 20 is in the second position, the storage box 20 can partially extend out of the socket 12 to expose part of the clamping portion 211 in the storage box 20. When the storage box 20 in this example is in the second position, the clamping portion 211 in the storage box 20 can also be fully exposed, so as to facilitate the placement of more storage cards 80, or to place a larger storage card 80 in the clamping portion 211, so as to make full use of the internal space of the storage box 20.
[0069] See also Figure 6 and Figure 7 At least one of the storage box 20 and the housing 10 is provided with a first sealing member 30, and the first sealing member 30 is used for sealingly connecting between the storage box 20 and the housing 10 when the storage box 20 is in the first position.
[0070] When the storage box 20 is in the first position, the storage box 20 is received in the accommodating cavity 11, and the first sealing member 30 can be used to seal the gap between the storage box 20 and the housing 10. In this example, the first sealing member 30 can be a sealing ring, a sealing gasket or other sealing materials.
[0071] At least one of the storage box 20 and the outer shell 10 is provided with a first seal 30, which means that the first seal 30 can be connected to the outer shell 10. When the storage box 20 is in the first position, the first seal 30 can abut or fit on the storage box 20 to seal the gap between the storage box 20 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11.
[0072] In some examples, the first seal 30 is connected to the storage box 20. When the storage box 20 is in the first position, the first seal 30 can abut or fit on a side end surface of the outer shell 10 where the socket 12 is provided, and the first seal 30 can be connected to the storage box 20; the first seal 30 can also abut or fit on the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 to enhance the sealing effect; for the convenience of description, the example of the present application is described by taking the example of the first seal 30 abutting or fitting on the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11.
[0073] In some examples, a first seal 30 may be respectively provided on the storage box 20 and the outer shell 10. When the storage box 20 is in the first position, the first seal 30 on the storage box 20 may abut or fit on the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11, and the first seal 30 on the outer shell 10 may abut on the storage box 20.
[0074] In some examples, first seals 30 may be provided on the inner wall surfaces of the storage box 20 and the accommodating cavity 11 , respectively. When the storage box 20 is in the first position, the first seal 30 on the storage box 20 may abut against the first seal 30 on the housing 10 .
[0075] The first seal 30 described in the example of the present application is sealedly connected to the corresponding structure, which means that the first seal 30 can be used to seal the gap at the corresponding structure, and the sealing means that the first seal 30 abuts against the corresponding structure to block or reduce the flow of air.
[0076] When the storage box 20 in this example is in the first position, the first seal 30 can be located outside the socket 12 of the housing 10 to seal the gap between the socket 12 and the storage box 20. Optionally, the first seal 30 can also be located in the accommodating cavity 11 and have a certain distance from the socket 12. In some examples, the first seal 30 can be generally annular, and the shape of the first seal 30 can be consistent with the cross-sectional shape of the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11. For example, when the accommodating cavity 11 is a rectangular cavity, the first seal 30 can be a rectangular annular structure. When the storage box 20 is in the first position, the first seal 30 can be arranged on the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 to seal the gap between the surface of the outer side of the storage box 20 facing the accommodating cavity 11 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11.
[0077] The present application sets a first sealing member 30 between the storage box 20 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11, which can be used to seal the gap between the storage box 20 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 when the storage box 20 is in the first position, so as to reduce the entry of water vapor and foreign matter into the storage device through the gap between the storage box 20 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11, reduce the influence of water vapor and foreign matter on the storage card 80 during storage, and reduce the corrosion, damage and other problems of the storage card 80 during storage.
[0078] Please refer to Figure 4 , Figure 6 as well as Figure 7 In some examples, the storage box 20 includes a tray 21 and a first end plate 22; the tray 21 is provided with a clamping portion 211, and the tray 21 is movably connected to the housing 10 between a first position and a second position.
[0079] The tray 21 can be used as the main structure of the storage box 20, and the tray 21 can be used to support the storage card 80. In this example, the tray 21 is provided with the clamping portion 211 described in any of the above examples. The tray 21 can move between a first position and a second position. When the tray 21 is in the first position, the clamping portion 211 on the tray 21 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 11, and the storage box 20 can be in a storage state; when the tray 21 is in the second position, the clamping portion 211 on the tray 21 is at least partially exposed, and the storage card 80 can be moved in or out of the clamping portion 211. In the example of the present application, the tray 21 can be a plate-like structure as a whole, and the tray 21 can also be generally U-shaped.
[0080] The first end plate 22 is connected to the tray 21, and a first seal 30 is arranged on the first end plate 22. The first end plate 22 has a first outer annular surface, and the first seal 30 is at least partially protruded from the first outer annular surface; when the tray 21 is in the second position, the first end plate 22 is located on the outside of the socket 12, and when the tray 21 is in the first position, the first seal 30 is sealed and connected to the outer shell 10.
[0081] The first end plate 22 may be a plate-like structure at one end of the tray 21, or a composite structure composed of a plurality of plate-like structures. The first end plate 22 is connected to the tray 21, which means that the first end plate 22 can be separately provided with the tray 21 and connected to each other, or the first end plate 22 can be provided integrally with the tray 21; when the tray 21 is a generally U-shaped structure, the first end plate 22 can be installed on the outside of the U-shaped structure of the tray 21, or can be installed on the inside of the tray 21. When the tray 21 is in the first position, the first end plate 22 can be located in the accommodating cavity 11. A first sealing member 30 is provided on the first end plate 22, and the first sealing member 30 can be mutually engaged or bonded with the first end plate 22. In this example, the first outer annular surface of the first end plate 22 refers to the surface of the outer periphery of the first end plate 22 facing the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 when the first end plate 22 is located in the accommodating cavity 11. The first seal 30 is at least partially protruded from the first outer annular surface, which means that the first seal 30 is at least partially connected to the first end plate 22 and protrudes toward the side of the first outer annular surface facing the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11. When the tray 21 is in the second position, the first end plate 22 is located outside the socket 12 so that the clamping portion 211 on the tray 21 can be exposed; when the tray 21 is in the first position, the portion of the first seal 30 protruding from the first outer annular surface can be sealed and connected to the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 to seal the gap between the first end plate 22 and the housing 10. In this example, by setting the first seal 30 on the first end plate 22, the installation and fixation of the first seal 30 can be facilitated, and the possibility of the first seal 30 falling off can be reduced. In some examples, the number of the first seal 30 can be one, or a plurality of first seals 30 can be set on the first end plate 22, and the plurality of first seals 30 can be arranged along the first direction 2a.
[0082] In some examples, the first seal 30 is arranged in an annular shape; the first seal 30 can be arranged around the outer circumference of the first end plate 22, so that the first seal 30 can seal the gap between the first outer annular surface of the first end plate 22 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11. The first seal 30 can be a sealing ring with an annular structure, and the first seal 30 can be arranged at intervals along the first direction 2a.
[0083] In some examples, the first outer ring surface is concavely provided with a first clamping groove 221, and the first seal 30 is at least partially embedded in the first clamping groove 221. The first clamping groove 221 can be a groove concavely provided on the first outer ring surface, and the shape and size of the first clamping groove 221 are adapted to the corresponding part of the first seal 30 to limit the first seal 30. The first seal 30 is at least partially embedded in the first clamping groove 221, which means that the first clamping groove 221 can be used to limit the first seal 30 to reduce the relative displacement of the first seal 30 on the first end plate 22. Optionally, the part of the first seal 30 located in the first clamping groove 221 can be bonded to the inner wall surface of the first clamping groove 221. Optionally, the first seal 30 is arranged in an annular shape, and the first clamping groove 221 is an annular groove arranged on the first outer ring surface of the first end plate 22. The first seal 30 can be sleeved on the first outer ring surface and partially engaged with the first clamping groove 221.
[0084] Please refer to Figure 6 and Figure 8 In some examples, the direction from the first position to the second position is the first direction 2a, and the storage device also includes a second seal 40; the storage box 20 includes a tray 21, a first end plate 22 and a second end plate 23; the tray 21 is provided with a clamping portion 211, and the tray 21 is movably connected to the shell 10 between the first position and the second position; the first end plate 22 is connected to the tray 21; the second end plate 23 is connected to the tray 21, and is spaced apart from the first end plate 22 along the first direction 2a; when the tray 21 is in the second position, the first end plate 22 is located on the outside of the socket 12; a second seal 40 is provided on the second end plate 23, the second end plate 23 has a second outer annular surface, the second seal 40 is at least partially protruded from the second outer annular surface, and is sealed and connected to the shell 10.
[0085] The first direction 2a may be a length direction of the tray 21. The storage box 20 can move between a first position and a second position along the first direction 2a.
[0086] The tray 21 can be used to support the storage card 80.
[0087] The first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 are connected to the tray 21 respectively. The first end plate 22 is provided with a first sealing member 30. The first end plate 22 has a first outer ring surface. The first sealing member 30 at least partially protrudes from the first outer ring surface. When the tray 21 is in the second position, the first end plate 22 is located outside the socket 12. When the tray 21 is in the first position, the first sealing member 30 is sealed and connected to the housing 10. The second end plate 23 and the first end plate 22 are arranged at intervals along the first direction 2a. The clamping portion 211 can be arranged in the area between the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23. The area between the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 can be used to place the storage card 80. The first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 can be a plate-like structure at one end of the tray 21. The first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 can also be a composite structure composed of a plurality of plate-like structures. The first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 are connected to the pallet 21, which means that the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 can be separately provided from the pallet 21 and connected to each other, or the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 can be integrally provided with the pallet 21; when the pallet 21 is a generally U-shaped structure, the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 can be respectively installed on the outside of the pallet 21, or can be respectively installed on the inside of the pallet 21.
[0088] The second seal 40 can be used to seal the gap between the storage box 20 and the housing 10. The second seal 40 in this example can be a sealing ring, a sealing gasket or other sealing materials. In some examples, when the storage box 20 is in the first position, the second seal 40 can abut or fit on the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 to enhance the sealing effect. The second seal 40 described in the example of the present application is sealed and connected to the housing 10, which means that the second seal 40 can be used to seal the gap between the housing 10 and the second end plate 23, and the sealing means that the second seal 40 abuts on the housing 10 to block or reduce the flow of airflow.
[0089] In this example, the second outer annular surface of the second end plate 23 refers to the surface of the outer periphery of the second end plate 23 facing the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 when the second end plate 23 is located in the accommodating cavity 11. The second seal 40 is at least partially protruding from the second outer annular surface, which means that the second seal 40 is at least partially connected to the second end plate 23 and protrudes toward the side of the second outer annular surface facing the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11. When the tray 21 is in the second position, the second end plate 23 is located outside the socket 12 so that the clamping portion 211 on the tray 21 can be exposed; when the tray 21 is in the first position, the portion of the second seal 40 protruding from the second outer annular surface can be sealed and connected to the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11 to seal the gap between the second end plate 23 and the housing 10. In this example, by arranging the second seal 40 on the second end plate 23, the installation and fixation of the second seal 40 can be facilitated, and the possibility of the second seal 40 falling off can be reduced. In some examples, the number of the second sealing member 40 may be one, or a plurality of second sealing members 40 may be disposed on the second end plate 23 , and the plurality of second sealing members 40 may be arranged along the first direction 2 a .
[0090] In some examples, the second seal 40 is arranged in an annular shape; the second seal 40 can be arranged around the outer circumference of the second end plate 23, so that the second seal 40 can seal the gap between the outer annular surface of the second end plate 23 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 11. The second seal 40 can be a sealing ring, and the second seal 40 can be arranged at intervals along the first direction 2a.
[0091] In some examples, the second outer ring surface is concavely provided with a second clamping groove 231, and the second seal 40 is at least partially embedded in the second clamping groove 231. The second clamping groove 231 can be a groove concavely provided on the second outer ring surface, and the shape and size of the second clamping groove 231 are adapted to the corresponding part of the second seal 40 to limit the second seal 40. The second seal 40 is at least partially embedded in the second clamping groove 231, which means that the second clamping groove 231 can be used to limit the second seal 40 to reduce the relative displacement of the second seal 40 on the second end plate 23. Optionally, the part of the second seal 40 located in the second clamping groove 231 can be bonded to the inner wall surface of the second clamping groove 231. Optionally, the second seal 40 is arranged in an annular shape, and the second clamping groove 231 is an annular groove arranged on the second outer ring surface of the second end plate 23. The second seal 40 can be sleeved on the second outer ring surface and partially engaged with the second clamping groove 231. The second card slot 231 in the example of the present application can have the same shape and size as the first card slot 221 described in any of the aforementioned examples, and the second seal 40 can have the same shape and size as the first seal 30 in any of the aforementioned examples to enhance the versatility of the first seal 30 and the second seal 40.
[0092] Please refer to Figure 6 and Fig.12 In some examples, the accommodating cavity 11 has a first surface 16 and a second surface 17 arranged opposite to the first surface 16, and a stopper 13 is protruded from the first surface 16; the tray 21 is arranged close to the second surface 17, and the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 are protruded toward the first surface 16 at one end away from the tray 21; the stopper 13 is protruded between the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23.
[0093] The first surface 16 may be one of the wall surfaces in the accommodating cavity 11 , and the second surface 17 is arranged opposite to the first surface 16 . Optionally, in the example of the present application, the first surface 16 may be the upper surface of the accommodating cavity 11 , and the second surface 17 may be the lower surface of the accommodating cavity 11 .
[0094] The stopper 13 is protruded on the first surface 16 , which means that the stopper 13 is connected to the first surface 16 and protrudes toward the second surface 17 , so that the stopper 13 blocks the moving tracks of the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 .
[0095] Please refer to Figure 6 and Fig. 9 , the tray 21 is arranged close to the second surface 17, which means that the tray 21 is closer to the second surface 17 than the first surface 16. In this example, the tray 21 can be arranged close to the second surface 17, or the tray 21 can be attached to the second surface 17. The clamping portion 211 is arranged on the side of the tray 21 facing away from the second surface 17. In this example, the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 are respectively connected to the tray 21, and are arranged to protrude toward the first surface 16, so that the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 form a blocking structure on the side of the tray 21 facing the first surface 16. The distance between the end of the stopper 13 away from the first surface 16 and the second surface 17 is the first distance 6a; the distance between the end of the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 close to the first surface 16 and the second surface 17 is the second distance 12a, and the first distance 6a is smaller than the second distance 12a, so that the stopper 13 can be used to limit the movement range of the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23. In some examples, the distance between one end of the first end plate 22 away from the second surface 17 and the second surface 17 and the distance between one end of the second end plate 23 away from the second surface 17 and the second surface 17 may not be equal, and the smallest of the two distances is taken as the second distance 12a, and the first distance 6a is smaller than the second distance 12a.
[0096] The stopper 13 is disposed between the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23 so that the stopper 13 can block the maximum movement range of the first end plate 22 and the second end plate 23. In some examples, the stopper 13 is disposed close to the socket 12, and the stopper 13 can prevent the second end plate 23 from moving out of the socket 12. The stopper 13 can also be used to limit the maximum depth of the first end plate 22 inserted into the accommodating cavity 11.
[0097] Please combine Fig.10 , Fig.11 , Fig.12 as well as Fig.13 In some examples, a fixing kit 14 is provided on the housing 10. The fixing kit 14 may be provided in an annular shape. The fixing kit 14 may be provided in an inner and outer nested arrangement with the housing 10. The stopper 13 may be a protruding structure on the fixing kit 14. The stopper 13 may be provided integrally with the fixing kit 14. The fixing kit 14 may be provided at the socket 12 of the housing 10, or the fixing kit 14 may be provided inside the accommodating cavity 11. In some examples, a card slot 15 is provided on one of the housing 10 and the fixing kit 14, and a buckle 141 is provided on the other. The card slot 15 is engaged with the buckle 141 to limit the fixing kit 14 to a preset position on the housing 10.
[0098] See also Fig.14 In some examples, the storage device further includes a handle 50, the handle 50 having a connecting end 51 and a holding end 52, the connecting end 51 being connected to the storage box 20; the handle 50 has an open position and a folded position, when the handle 50 is in the folded position, the holding end 52 is arranged in contact with the storage box 20, and when the handle 50 is in the open position, the holding end 52 is spaced apart from the storage box 20.
[0099] The handle 50 is connected to the storage box 20, and the user can hold the handle 50 to pull the storage box 20 to move between the first position and the second position. The handle 50 has a connecting end 51 and a holding end 52, wherein the connecting end 51 can be used as the part where the handle 50 is connected to the storage box 20. In the example of the present application, the connecting end 51 can be rotatably connected or snap-connected with the storage box 20, and the connecting end 51 can also be slidably connected with the storage box 20, so that when the connecting end 51 moves relative to the storage box 20, the state of the handle 50 relative to the storage box 20 changes. The holding end 52 can be used as the hand-held part of the storage box 20, and the holding end 52 can be directly connected to the connecting end 51.
[0100] The handle 50 has an open position and a folded position, and the handle 50 can be switched between the open position and the folded position. When the handle 50 is in the folded position, the handle 50 can be attached to the storage box 20; when the handle 50 is in the open position, the connection end 51 can deflect or slide relative to the storage box 20, so that the relative position or angle between the grip end 52 and the storage box 20 changes, thereby forming a gap between the grip end 52 and the storage box 20, and the user can put his hand into the gap between the grip end 52 and the storage box 20 to grasp the handle 50. In this example, by using a handle 50 that can switch between states, the handle 50 can be stored on the storage box 20 when needed to reduce the volume of the storage device. In some examples, when the handle 50 is in the folded position, the handle 50 can be located inside the socket 12, so that the handle 50 can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 11, so as to reduce the problem that the handle 50 protrudes outside the housing 10 and causes the volume of the storage device to increase; optionally, when the handle 50 is in the folded position, the handle 50 can be mutually engaged with the storage box 20 or maintained in a relatively fixed state by other means. In some examples, the combination of the connecting end 51 and the gripping end 52 can be generally annular, T-shaped or other shapes.
[0101] Please refer again Figure 6 and Figure 7 In some examples, the storage device further includes a first connecting member 53 and a second connecting member 222 ; the first connecting member 53 is connected to the handle 50 ; and the second connecting member 222 is connected to the storage box 20 .
[0102] The first connecting member 53 is connected to the handle 50, which means that the first connecting member 53 can be fixed on the handle 50. In this example, the first connecting member 53 can be connected to the gripping portion of the handle 50. Optionally, the first connecting member 53 can be fixed to the handle 50 by snapping, bonding or other means.
[0103] The second connector 222 is connected to the storage box 20, which means that the second connector 222 is fixed to the storage box 20 by snapping, bonding or other means. In some examples, the second connector 222 can be connected to the first end plate 22. In the example of the present application, the first connector 53 and the second connector 222 can be buckles, Velcro, magnetic structures or other structures that can be connected to each other when needed.
[0104] In some examples, one of the first connecting member 53 and the second connecting member 222 is a magnet, and the other is a magnetically attractive material. When the handle 50 is in the folded position, the first connecting member 53 is magnetically connected to the second connecting member 222.
[0105] One of the first connecting member 53 and the second connecting member 222 is a magnet, and the other is a magnetically attractable material. The magnetically attractable material refers to a material that can be attracted by a magnet, such as an object formed of a magnet or a ferromagnetic material.
[0106] In this example, by providing the first connecting member 53 and the second connecting member 222 , the handle 50 can be kept in the folded position when the handle 50 is in the folded position, so as to reduce unnecessary movement of the handle 50 relative to the storage box 20 .
[0107] See also Fig. 9 , Fig.15 , Fig.16 as well as Fig.17 In some examples, a buffer 24 is provided on the inner wall surface of the clamping portion 211. The buffer 24 is used to form a buffer for the storage card 80 on the inner side of the clamping portion 211 to reduce vibration of the storage card 80. The buffer 24 can be rubber or other structures that can play an elastic buffering role. In some examples, ribs 212 are provided on the tray 21, and the clamping portion 211 is formed between adjacent ribs 212, and a buffer 24 can be provided on each rib 212. Optionally, the buffer 24 can be generally in an inverted U-shaped structure, and the buffer 24 can be sleeved on the rib 212 so that the buffer 24 can extend into the adjacent clamping portion 211. Optionally, the U-shaped ends of the buffer 24 may be connected to each other by connecting ribs 242, and the connecting ribs 242 may be located at the edges of the ribs 212. The connecting ribs 242 may be used to pull the buffer 24 to reduce the deformation of the U-shaped ends of the buffer 24 and improve the stability of the buffer 24 on the ribs 212. In some examples, the buffer 24 may be a closed annular structure as a whole, and a hollow portion 241 may be provided at one end of the buffer 24, and the hollow portion 241 may be used to accommodate the ribs 212, so that the buffer 24 may be at least partially sleeved on the ribs 212.
[0108] In some examples, a rubber sleeve 70 is disposed on the outer side of the storage card 80, and the storage card 80 can be plugged into the rubber sleeve 70. In some examples, a position on the rubber sleeve 70 corresponding to the buffer 24 can be provided with an avoidance groove 71, and the movement of the storage card 80 inside the tray 21 can be limited by the cooperation between the buffer 24 and the rubber sleeve 70; optionally, the clamping portion 211 can be provided with a plurality of buffers 24, and the positions on the rubber sleeve 70 corresponding to the buffer 24 can be provided with avoidance grooves 71 respectively.
[0109] Please refer again Figure 1 and Figure 2 In some examples, the storage device further includes an anti-collision member 60 , which is disposed on the outside of the shell 10 , and the anti-collision member 60 at least partially covers the outer surface of the shell 10 .
[0110] The anti-collision member 60 may be an anti-collision strip or an anti-collision sleeve mounted on the outside of the shell 10. The anti-collision member 60 may cover the corners of the shell 10, or the anti-collision member 60 may cover the entire outer surface of the shell 10. In some examples, the anti-collision member 60 may be detachably connected to the shell 10, or the anti-collision member 60 may be fixedly connected to the shell 10. In some examples, the anti-collision member 60 is mounted on the shell 10, and a hollow area may be provided on the anti-collision member 60, and the hollow area may avoid the corners of the shell 10. By providing the hollow area, on the one hand, it can help to reduce the overall weight of the storage device, and on the other hand, when the anti-collision member 60 is removed from the shell 10, the removal resistance can be reduced.
[0111] The above are only implementation methods of the present application, and are not intended to limit the patent scope of the present application.
