According to the technical scheme, the clamping grooves and the clamping plates are arranged on the side edges of the bamboo floors, the clamping plates are clamped into the clamping grooves when adjacent bamboo floors are spliced, the inserting grooves filled with glue are formed in the surfaces of the clamping grooves, the inserting rods are arranged at the bottoms of the clamping plates, and after the clamping plates are clamped into the clamping grooves, the inserting rods are inserted into the clamping grooves. The inserting rods are inserted into the inserting grooves, and glue is uniformly filled between the inserting rods and the inserting grooves, so that the aim of adhering and fixing the adjacent bamboo floors is fulfilled, and the bamboo floors can be spliced more simply and efficiently.
