[0022] (Embodiment 1)

[0023] Figure 1 is an appearance view of the decorative furnishing 1.

[0024] The decorative furnishing 1 is set on a setting place such as a table top for the purpose of decoration, appreciation, or the like. The decorative furnishing 1 has a seat plate 10 that becomes a support table and a decorative body 20 that is mounted on the seat plate 10. The decorative furnishing 1 is formed of the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 so as to be detachable. The seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 have the same thickness. However, the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 are not limited to the same thickness. For example, the thickness of the seat plate 10 can be 5 mm and the thickness of the decorative body 20 can be 3 mm or the like so as to be different. The decorative furnishing 1 has a standing state in which the decorative body 20 is mounted so as to stand with respect to the seat plate 10 and a divided state in which the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 are detached and divided.

[0025] The decorative furnishing 1 is sold by detachably mounting the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 on one plate, and in the case of the standing state, a user detaches the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 from the plate and mounts the decorative body 20 so as to stand with respect to the seat plate 10. However, the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 can be sold by being enclosed in a bag or the like as a set. In this case, the user can also take out the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 from the bag and mount the decorative body 20 so as to stand with respect to the seat plate 10.

[0026] Figure 2 is a plan view of the seat plate 10.

[0027] The seat plate 10 is a transparent plate material formed of a resin such as acrylic. In the present embodiment, the outer shape of the seat plate 10 is formed in a substantially circular shape.

[0028] An identification writing portion 15 having a "mark" printed on the surface of the seat plate 10, which contains specific information. The identification writing portion 15 is formed in a region including the directly below of the decorative body 20 in the standing state. On the seat plate 10, a "design" or the like different from the "mark" of the identification writing portion 15 can be printed outside the identification writing portion 15. For example, a "design" can be printed on the entire seat plate 10, and a "mark" containing specific information can be printed on the identification writing portion 15 in the center of the surface of the seat plate 10. The printing on the seat plate 10 is performed from the lower side in Figure 1

[0029] The printing on the seat plate 10 can also be performed on the surface of the seat plate 10. The printing on the seat plate 10 can also be the embedding of an image sheet on which a mark is printed.

[0030] The "design" printed on the seat plate 10 and the "mark" printed on the identification writing portion 15 are, for example, a character, a symbol, a design, an illustration, a logo, a symbolic mark, a figure, a color, a pattern, a photograph, or the like. These are only examples, and there is no particular limitation as long as they can be printed on the periphery outside the identification writing portion 15 and on the identification writing portion 15.

[0031] A pair of fitting grooves 11 is provided to the outer peripheral portion of the seat plate 10. The fitting groove 11 is a slit extending toward the inside from the end portion of the seat plate 10, and a chamfering process is performed on the corner portion 11a of the fitting groove 11 so that the corner R has a 0.5 mm radius. By thus forming, the assemblability of the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 can be improved. In addition, the corner R is not limited to 0.5 mm, and can be changed as long as it does not affect the assemblability.

[0032] The pair of fitting grooves 11 is provided to the outer peripheral portion of the seat plate 10 in a state of sandwiching the identification writing portion 15. Thereby, the fitting grooves 11 do not overlap the identification writing portion 15, and the mark of the identification writing portion 15 does not lack at the fitting grooves 11.

[0033] Figure 3 is a front view of the decorative furnishing 1.

[0034] The decorative body 20 is a transparent plate formed of the same raw material as the seat plate 10.

[0035] The decorative body 20 is in the form of a human figure, and has a printed region 25. On the printed region 25, a photograph of a person is printed.

[0036] The printing on the printed region 25 is not limited to a photograph, and can be, for example, a character, a symbol, a design, an illustration, a logo, a symbolic mark, a figure, a color, a pattern, or the like. These are only examples, and there is no limitation as long as it can be printed on the decorative body 20.

[0037] The printing on the decorative body 20 is performed from the lower side inFigure 1 The decoration body 20 can also be printed on the surface, and can also be printed on both surfaces. In the case of printing on both surfaces, different marks can be printed on the surface and the back, respectively.

[0038] The printing on the decoration body 20 can also be the embedding of an image sheet printed with a mark. As long as the mark of the decoration body 20 can be visually recognized, it is not limited to printing and embedding, etc. A white ink pressing process can also be performed on the printed surface. Thereby, the white ink blocks the original color tone and transparency of the raw material, and the color matching of the printed surface can be adjusted.

[0039] At the lower end of the decoration body 20, left and right leg bodies 21L, 21R are formed which are divided into two. Between the leg bodies 21L, 21R, a cutout portion 23 is formed by cutting. At the lower end of each leg body 21L, 21R, a substantially trapezoidal protrusion 21a is formed. The left and right widths of the protrusion 21a narrow toward the front end side.

[0040] The outer edges 21La, 21Ra of the protrusion 21a are perpendicular with respect to the seat plate 10, and the inner edges 21Lb, 21Rb of the protrusion 21a are tapered surfaces that are inclined downwardly wide with respect to the seat plate 10. Correspondingly, the fitting groove 11 of the seat plate 10 is formed by a slit extending from the end of the seat plate 10 toward the inside, and the inner end of the fitting groove 11 is a tapered surface that is similarly inclined corresponding to the inner edges 21Lb, 21Rb of the protrusion 21a.

[0041] Thereby, when the protrusion 21a of the leg body 21L, 21R is fitted in the fitting groove 11 of the seat plate 10 and the decoration body 20 is pressed downward, the decoration body 20 is guided by the tapered surfaces and can be simply fitted on the seat plate 10.

[0042] The width of the protrusion 21a is formed to be substantially equal to the groove width of the fitting groove 11, and by pressing the decoration body 20 downward, the protrusion 21a is tightly attached to the groove of the fitting groove 11 by friction. The decoration body 20 is fitted on the seat plate 10, and the decoration body 20 becomes a standing state.

[0043] In addition, the protrusion 21a is in a form in which the left and right widths narrow toward the front end side, but is not limited to this form. For example, the protrusion 21a can also be in a form such as an Ω shape, as long as it can be tightly attached to the groove of the fitting groove 11 by friction.

[0044] At the lower end of the leg body 21, an abutting portion 22 is provided. The corner portion 21b formed by the protrusion 21a and the abutting portion 22 is chamfered to have a radius of the corner, i.e., a corner R, of 0.5 mm. By being thus formed, the assemblability of the seat plate 10 and the decoration body 20 can be improved. In addition, the corner R is not limited to 0.5 mm, and can be changed as long as it does not affect the assemblability.

[0045] When the decorative body 20 is inserted with respect to the seat plate 10, the abutment portion 22 abuts against the upper surface of the seat plate 10, and the decorative body 20 is prevented from being excessively inserted into the seat plate 10. Thus, the decorative body 20 can be prevented from being excessively inserted into the seat plate 10 with force, and the seat plate 10 can be prevented from being damaged. The fitting portion 30 is formed by the fitting groove 11 and the protrusion 21a of the leg body 21.

[0046] A cutout portion 23 is formed in the lower portion of the decorative body 20. The cutout portion 23 forms a viewing window 26 through which a mark on the back surface side of the decorative body 20 can be viewed when viewed from the front. Thus, in the erected state of the decorative body 20, the mark on the back surface side of the decorative body 20 can be viewed through the viewing window 26 when viewed obliquely from the upper front. That is, when the mark printed on the seat plate 10 is viewed, the mark printed on the back of the decorative body 20 can be viewed without being obstructed by the decorative body 20.

[0047] The viewing window 26 is not limited to the cutout portion 23. As long as the mark of the seat plate 10 can be recognized through the viewing window 26, it is acceptable. For example, a transparent window can be formed instead of the cutout portion 23.

[0048] In the present embodiment, the fitting groove 11 is formed in the outer peripheral portion of the seat plate 10 so as to avoid the mark recording portion 15, and thus the mark to be printed can be printed long in the depth direction of the seat plate 10 when viewed from the front. Thus, the design range of the layout and size of the printed mark and the like can be expanded, a mark including a large amount of information can be recorded, and the visibility of the mark recorded on the seat plate 10 can be improved.

[0049] In addition, by providing the viewing window 26, the viewing range of the mark recorded on the mark recording portion 15 is expanded, and the visibility can be improved.

[0050] In the present embodiment, the fitting groove 11 is formed in a slit shape, and thus the left-right shake caused by fitting can be suppressed, and the stability can be improved.

[0051] In addition, the load when the decorative body 20 is inserted with respect to the seat plate 10 can be dispersed, and the damage to the seat plate 10 at the time of insertion can be suppressed.

[0052] The decorative article 1 has a seat plate 10 and a plate-shaped decorative body 20 that is fitted to the seat plate 10 and erected. The seat plate 10 has a mark recording portion 15 that records a mark including characters and the like on a surface region including the directly below portion of the decorative body 20. The decorative body 20 is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the seat plate 10 away from the mark recording portion 15. In addition, the seat plate 10 has a fitting groove 11 in the outer peripheral portion, and the decorative body 20 is erected with the leg body fitted to the fitting groove 11 in a state of straddling the mark recording portion 15.

[0053] Thus, the identification recording portion 15 is widened, and the identification including a large amount of information can be recorded without omission directly below the decorative body 20. In addition, the seat plate 10 is fitted at a position away from the identification, and thus the visibility of the identification can be improved.

[0054] The decorative body 20 has a visibility window 26 through which the identification of the identification recording portion 15 can be seen when viewed from the front.

[0055] Thus, the identification on the back side of the decorative body 20 can be seen, and the visibility of the identification of the seat plate 10 can be improved.

[0056] The visibility window 26 is formed by the cutout portion 23 or a transparent window formed in the decorative body 20. Thus, the visibility of the identification of the seat plate 10 can be improved through the cutout portion 23 or the transparent window.

[0057] The decorative body 20 is a figure of a human or an animal.

[0058] Thus, even if the decorative body 20 is a figure of a human or an animal, the visibility of the identification can be improved.

[0059] (Embodiment 2)

[0060] Figure 4 A decorative article 1 in which one fitting groove 111 is formed in the seat plate 10 and fitting is performed by one fitting portion 130 is shown. In Figure 4 , the same parts as Figure 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals and shown and described. In the above-described embodiment 1, a pair of fitting grooves 111 are formed in the seat plate 10, but the present application is not limited thereto. One fitting groove 111 can be formed. The one fitting groove 111 is a slit open at one end.

[0061] The identification recording portion 15 is formed directly below the decorative body 20.

[0062] Left and right leg bodies 121L, 121R divided into two are formed at the lower end of the decorative body 20. The leg bodies 121L, 121R are cut away from each other, and the cutout portion 23 is formed. A substantially trapezoidal protrusion 121a is formed at the lower end of one leg body 121L. The left and right widths of the protrusion 121a are narrowed toward the front end side.

[0063] The outer side edge 121La of the protrusion 121a is perpendicular with respect to the seat plate 10, and the inner side edge 121Lb of the protrusion 121a is a tapered surface inclined downward and widened with respect to the seat plate 10. Correspondingly, the fitting groove 111 of the seat plate 10 is formed by a slit extending toward the inner side from the end of the seat plate 10, and the inner end of the fitting groove 111 is a tapered surface similarly inclined corresponding to the inner side edge 121Lb of the protrusion 121a.

[0064] No protrusion 121a is formed at the lower end of the other leg 121R. When the protrusion 121a of the leg 121L is fitted into the fitting groove 111 of the seat plate 10 and the decorative body 20 is pressed downward, the decorative body 20 is guided by the conical surface and fitted onto the seat plate 10. In this case, the lower end of the other leg 121R abuts against the surface of the seat plate 10.

[0065] Thus, one leg 121L engages with the fitting groove 111 of the seat plate 10, and the lower end of the other leg 121R abuts against the surface of the seat plate 10, thereby fitting the decorative body 20 into the seat plate 10. In this case, the width of the protrusion 121a is approximately equal to the width of the fitting groove 111. By pressing the decorative body 20 downward, the protrusion 121a adheres tightly to the groove of the fitting groove 111 by means of friction, and the decorative body 20 becomes upright.

[0066] Furthermore, the convex portion 121a has a shape in which the width of the left and right sides narrows as it moves toward the front end, but it is not limited to this shape. For example, the convex portion 121a can also be Ω-shaped or the like, as long as it can fit tightly against the groove of the fitting groove 111 by means of friction.

[0067] In the above embodiments, an example was described where the base plate 10 and the decorative body 20 were made of transparent sheets such as acrylic. However, the base plate 10 and the decorative body 20 may also be formed from different raw materials, and the raw materials do not necessarily have to be transparent. For example, plastics colored white or black may also be used. The type of raw material is not limited as long as it is possible to print markings on the raw materials of the base plate 10 and the decorative body 20.

[0068] (Modified Example)

[0069] Figure 5 A modified example of the base plate 10 is shown.

[0070] The shape of the seat plate 10 is not limited to a circle. For example, the shape of the seat plate 10 can be changed to any shape such as a polygon, a heart, text, or a logo.

[0071] like Figure 5 As shown, the base plate 10 can also be in the shape of the letter N. In this case, fitting grooves 111 are formed on both sides of the N-shaped base plate 10, and fitting is performed in the fitting grooves 111. Figure 3 The protrusions 21a of the legs 21L and 21R of the decorative body 20 shown form a decorative ornament 1. The shape of the decorative body 20 is arbitrary and can be appropriately changed to a human or animal shape, etc.

[0072] The above-described embodiments are merely one aspect of the present invention, and can be arbitrarily modified and applied without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
