DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0040] Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described herein below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it is understood that the present disclosure can be implemented in various forms and should not be limited by the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the present disclosure to those skilled in the art.

[0041] It should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, the technical terms or scientific terms used in the present application should be understood as the general meaning understood by those skilled in the art to which the present application belongs.

[0042] During the planting process of Huangjinguo, artificial ditching and fertilization is a key farming activity, which directly affects the growth quality and yield of crops. The operator will use a handheld ditcher to dig a ditch, which usually includes a sharp ditching knife. During operation, the operator holds the opening device and inserts the ditching knife into the soil. The ditching knife is moved by the movement of the operator to form a ditch on the soil. Another operator needs to cooperate to sprinkle fertilizer in the ditch.

[0043] However, the existing handheld ditcher only has a ditching knife, and the overall ditching operation needs to be completed by two people, resulting in extremely low production efficiency.

[0044] The technical scheme of the embodiment of the present application is to solve the above technical problems, and the general idea is as follows:

[0045] Embodiment 1

[0046] Reference is made to the accompanying drawings Figure 1 and the accompanying drawings Figure 3 , the handheld ditcher provided in the embodiment includes a handle 1, a first hoe body 2, and a second hoe body 3. The handle 1 is provided with a storage box 4, and the storage box 4 is provided with a discharge port 41. The first hoe body 2 is detachably arranged at the first end of the handle 1, and the first hoe body 2 extends along the radial direction of the handle 1. The second hoe body 3 is movably connected to the storage box 4, and the second hoe body 3 can reciprocate along the axial direction of the handle 1 relative to the storage box 4 to shield or expose the discharge port 41.

[0047] It can be understood that, in order to solve the problem that the existing ditcher needs to be manually fertilized again after ditching is completed, the handheld ditcher provided in the embodiment can use the fixed first hoe body 2 and the movable second hoe body 3 to cooperate with the discharge port 41 on the storage box 4 to realize the synchronization of opening and fertilization, and the process can be completed by a single operator, greatly improving the production efficiency. At the same time, the shielding and unshielding of the second hoe body 3 to the discharge port 41 realizes the setting of fertilization, and also can realize more uniform discharge, improving the control accuracy of the fertilization amount.

[0048] Among them, the hand-held ditcher provided in the embodiment can be applied in tree ditching and fertilization, but is not limited to this, and can also be applied in seed sowing in the early stage of planting.

[0049] Among them, the handle 1 is a rigid straight line structure, which can be Figure 1 The first end of the handle 1 is provided with the first hoe body 2, and the second end of the handle 1 is used for holding by an operator, and then a holding part 11 can be arranged at the second end of the handle 1 in the embodiment, the holding part 11 is sleeved outside the handle 1, and the holding part 11 can be rigid or have a certain elasticity, for example, the holding part 11 can be made of rubber material, and the holding part 11 can be made of hard plastic, and the outer surface of the holding part 11 can be provided with convex particles or grooves in the embodiment to increase the holding friction.

[0050] Among them, the storage box 4 is a rigid structure, which can be arranged parallel to the axial direction of the handle 1, and the storage box 4 can be sleeved outside the handle 1 or arranged on the upper surface of the handle 1; the shape and size of the storage box 4 can be designed and adjusted according to actual needs, which can be Figure 1 As shown in the figure, the storage box 4 can also be a box body of other arbitrary shapes. The discharge port 41 can be arranged on the bottom surface or the side wall of the storage box 4, or can be arranged on the bottom surface and the side wall at the same time, the number of the discharge port 41 can be designed and adjusted according to actual needs, for example, a plurality of discharge ports 41 are uniformly arranged along the axial direction of the handle, the spacing between adjacent discharge ports 41 can be designed and adjusted according to actual needs, and then when the second hoe body 3 moves to dig a ditch relative to the storage box 4, more discharge ports 41 will be gradually exposed, so that the fertilizer in the storage box 4 can fall into the ditch to be dug in sequence; the size of the discharge port 41 can be designed and adjusted according to actual needs, for example: for the yellow crystal fruit tree, the required fertilizer is balanced nitrogen fertilizer, and then the size of the discharge port 41 can be designed according to the particle size of the balanced nitrogen fertilizer, and correspondingly, when used for sowing other fertilizers or seeds, the size of the discharge port 41 can be designed according to the particle size of the other fertilizers or seeds. The storage box 4 and the handle 1 can be matched by clamping, screwing or bonding in the embodiment, so as to facilitate the replacement and maintenance of the storage box 4 and the handle 1.

[0051] The first spade body 2 is a rigid structure, which is fixedly arranged at the first end of the handle 1, and can be but is not limited to welding, clamping, one-piece forming, etc. The first spade body 2 serves as a fixed point of the hand-held ditcher and is inserted into the soil to remain stationary, and then the second spade body 3 can move along the axial direction of the handle 1 to dig a ditch. In the embodiment, the first spade body 2 can be a straight line structure or a non-straight line structure, and needs to have a certain length in the radial direction of the handle 1 to ensure that it can provide sufficient anchoring force for the whole hand-held ditcher after being inserted into the soil and maintain the stability of ditching. In the embodiment, the shape of the first spade body 2 can be designed and adjusted according to actual needs. For example, for black soil, the first spade body 2 can be pointed or not pointed at the end away from the handle 1 because the black soil has large viscosity and low hardness. For loess, the first spade body 2 needs to be pointed at the end away from the handle 1 because the loess has small humidity and large hardness. For red soil, the first spade body 2 can be pointed or not pointed at the end away from the handle 1 because the red soil has loose soil and low hardness. It can be understood that the first spade body 2 can be detachably connected with the handle 1 through clamping or screwing in the embodiment, and the first spade body 2 can also be replaceable. For example, a support member is arranged at one end of the handle 1, and different shapes and different models of the first spade body 2 are arranged to be flexibly sleeved on the support member to realize replaceability, thereby facilitating replacement of the first spade body 2 and the handle.

[0052] The second hoe body 3 is in a rigid structure, and can be in sliding connection with the storage box 4 or the handle 1, as long as it can shield and expose the discharge port 41 during sliding. The second hoe body 3 can move along the axial direction of the handle 1 to dig a ditch. In the embodiment, the second hoe body 3 can be in a straight line structure or a non-straight line structure, and needs to have a certain length in the radial direction of the handle 1 to ensure that it can provide sufficient longitudinal force for ditching after being inserted into the soil and keep the ditching smooth. In the embodiment, the shape of the second hoe body 3 can be designed and adjusted according to actual needs. For example, for black soil, the second hoe body 3 can be pointed or not pointed at the end away from the handle 1 because the black soil has high viscosity and low hardness. For loess, the second hoe body 3 needs to be pointed at the end away from the handle 1 because the loess has low humidity and high hardness. For red soil, the second hoe body 3 can be pointed or not pointed at the end away from the handle 1 because the red soil has loose soil and low hardness. Meanwhile, the second hoe body 3 needs to move in the axial direction of the handle 1 to break the soil and dig a ditch. Therefore, in the embodiment, the side of the second hoe body 3 away from the first hoe body 1 can be provided in the form of a blade to improve the efficiency of breaking the soil and digging a ditch regardless of the soil. It can be understood that the second hoe body 3 can be detachably connected to the handle 1 through clamping or screwing, and the second hoe body 3 can be replaced. For example, a support is arranged on the handle 1, and different shapes and models of the second hoe body 3 are arranged to be flexibly sleeved on the support to realize replacement, thereby facilitating replacement of the second hoe body 3 and the handle. The shielding of the second hoe body 3 to the discharge port 41 of the storage box 4 can be realized by arranging a baffle or other structures on the second hoe body 3.

[0053] According to the above, the hand-held ditcher provided by the application realizes convenient manual ditching through cooperation of the first hoe body 2 and the second hoe body 3, and one person can complete the operation. Meanwhile, cooperation of the storage box 4 and the second hoe body 3 realizes operation of fertilizing while ditching, improves production efficiency, avoids the tediousness of secondary fertilization after ditching, and can improve the control accuracy of the fertilization amount through step-by-step opening of the discharge port of the storage box 4 by the second hoe body 3. Thus, the problem of low efficiency caused by manual secondary fertilization after ditching of the existing ditcher is solved.

[0054] Further, reference is made to the accompanying drawings Figure 2 and the accompanying drawings Figure 3 In the specific implementation, the second hoe body 3 includes a ditching hoe 31 and a shielding member 32. The shielding member 32 is in sliding connection with the storage box 4 along the axial direction of the handle 1. The ditching hoe 31 is arranged in the same direction as the first hoe body 2 at the end of the shielding member 32 away from the first hoe body 2. The size of the first hoe body 2 in the radial direction of the handle 1 is greater than the size of the ditching hoe 31 in the radial direction of the handle 1.

[0055] It can be understood that, in order to realize the shielding of the second spade 3 to the discharge port 41, the second spade 3 is arranged in the form of including a furrower 31 and a shielding piece 32 in the embodiment, the furrower 31 is a rigid structure, the furrower 31 can move in the axial direction of the handle 1 to furrow, the furrower 31 can be a linear structure or a non-linear structure, and the furrower 31 needs to have a certain length in the radial direction of the handle 1 to ensure that the furrower 31 can provide sufficient depth after being inserted into the soil to keep the furrowing smooth; in the embodiment, the length of the first spade 2 in the radial direction of the handle 1 can be greater than the length of the furrower 31 in the same direction, which can improve the anchoring force of the first spade 2 and the smoothness of breaking and furrowing, and avoid the interference of furrowing caused by the first spade 2 and the furrower 31 being inserted to the same depth. The shape of the second spade 3 in the embodiment can be designed and adjusted according to actual needs. The furrower 31 needs to move in the axial direction of the handle 1 to break and furrow, and then the side of the furrower 31 away from the first spade 1 can be arranged in the form of a blade in the embodiment, so that the efficiency of breaking and furrowing can be improved regardless of the soil. The shielding piece 32 is a rigid structure or has a certain elasticity or flexibility, for example: the shielding piece 32 can be in the form of a baffle, which can be a rigid plate or a rubber sheet. In this arrangement, the shielding piece 32 as a whole reciprocates with the furrower 31 in the axial direction of the handle 1; the shielding piece 32 can also be a flexible cloth. In this arrangement, the end of the shielding piece 32 away from the first spade 2 can be fixed on the storage box 4, and the end towards the first spade 2 is connected to the furrower 31. When the furrower 31 is in the initial position close to the first spade 2, the shielding piece 32 is stretched and unfolded to shield the discharge port 41, and when the furrower 31 moves away from the first spade 2, the shielding piece 32 is gradually compressed and gradually reveals more of the discharge port 41.

[0056] Further, with reference to the accompanying Figure 2 and the accompanying Figure 4 In the specific implementation of the handheld furrower provided in the embodiment, the shielding piece 32 at least includes a first plate body 321; the first plate body 321 is parallel to and slidingly connected to the box wall of the storage box 4 where the discharge port 41 is located.

[0057] It can be understood that, in order to realize the accurate shielding and exposure of the shielding member 32 to the discharge port 41, in the embodiment, the shielding member 32 is arranged in the form of a first plate body 321, which is a rigid structure, which can be but is not limited to metal, plastic, alloy, wood and the like, and can be a straight plate structure or an arc-shaped plate structure, as long as it is compatible with the shape of the storage box 4. The first plate body 321 can be designed in position corresponding to the position of the discharge port 41 on the storage box 4, for example, when the discharge port 41 is on the bottom surface of the storage box 4, the first plate body 321 is connected to the bottom surface of the storage box 4, and when the discharge port 41 is arranged on the side surface of the storage box 4, the first plate body 321 is connected to the side surface of the storage box 4. The first plate body 321 can have a small gap with the outer wall of the storage box 4, or can be attached to the outer wall of the storage box 4, as long as it can shield the discharge port 41.

[0058] Further, with reference to the accompanying drawings Figure 2 and the accompanying drawings Figure 4 , the handheld trencher provided in the embodiment, the shielding member 32 comprises a second plate body 322 and a third plate body 323; the second plate body 322 and the third plate body 323 extend to the same side of the first plate body 321 at both ends of the first plate body 321; the second plate body 322 and the third plate body 323 are provided with first sliding members 33; the two walls of the storage box 4 adjacent to the wall where the discharge port 41 is located are provided with second sliding members 42 compatible with the first sliding members 33.

[0059] It can be understood that, in order to improve the installation stability of the shielding member 32 and improve the tight fit with the discharge port 41, in the embodiment, the shielding member 32 can be arranged in a U-shaped groove-like structure surrounded by the first plate body 321, the second plate body 322 and the third plate body 323. The second plate body 322 and the third plate body 323 can be arranged as described above for the first plate body 321, which will not be described here. The first plate body 321 is the main structure for shielding the discharge port 41, the second plate body 322 and the third plate body 323 are the carriers for the sliding connection of the shielding member 32 and the storage box 4, and the second plate body 322 and the third plate body 323 can also assist the first plate body 321 to shield the discharge port 41, so as to avoid a small amount of fertilizer from leaking out between the first plate body 321 and the discharge port 41 in the inclined state of the handheld trencher, causing waste. The first sliding member 33 and the second sliding member 42 can be matched as shown in the sliding groove and the guide rail, or the guide rail and the sliding groove, or the sliding groove and the pulley, or the guide rail and the pulley, etc. This arrangement is easily understood by those skilled in the art, and will not be described here.
