AI Technical Summary
In existing ducted air conditioner indoor units, the heat exchanger has insufficient heat exchange area in the high-speed zone and excessive area in the low-speed zone under non-uniform air field distribution, resulting in a decrease in heat exchange efficiency.
Design a heat exchanger with arc-shaped fins. The fins are composed of upper, middle and lower fin segments. Connection points are set between the fin segments so that the vertical line of the first end falls into the windward side of the middle fin segment, thereby improving the matching degree between the fin shape and the uneven distribution of wind speed in the air duct.
By optimizing the fin structure, the overall heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger was improved, the uniformity of the airflow distribution was enhanced, and the heat exchange performance was significantly improved.

Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of household appliances, for example to a heat exchanger and an air conditioner indoor unit. BACKGROUND
[0002] In an air conditioner, a heat exchanger includes an evaporator and a condenser, which are main structural components of energy consumption of the air conditioner, and the performance of the heat exchanger directly affects the energy consumption level of the air conditioner. The finned tube heat exchanger is widely used in wall-mounted, floor-standing and duct type household air conditioners, and the air side thermal resistance outside the tube usually accounts for 70%-90% of the total thermal resistance, which determines the advantages and disadvantages of the performance of the entire heat exchanger.
[0003] In the process of implementing the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is found that at least the following problems exist in the related art:
