A plate surface oiling device, comprising a conveying device and an oiling device; wherein, the conveying device comprises a frame vacuum chuck crane, a first trolley, and a second trolley; a plate piece suction point and a plate piece placement point are respectively arranged at both ends of a suspension beam of the frame vacuum chuck crane; a conveying endpoint of the first trolley is arranged at the plate piece suction point; a conveying starting point of the second trolley is arranged at the plate piece placement point; the first trolley and the second trolley are both located below a vacuum chuck of the frame vacuum chuck crane, and the moving directions of the first trolley, the second trolley and the vacuum chuck are in a line; the oiling device comprises a box arranged in a middle part of the suspension beam, a horizontal oil pipe arranged inside the box, and a nozzle arranged on the horizontal oil pipe; a support frame is arranged on the outer periphery of the box body of the box; and a bottom end of the support frame is fixed on the ground. 2.The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, characterized in that, a first oil baffle and a second oil baffle are respectively arranged horizontally on both sides above the top of the box; the first oil baffle and the second oil baffle are respectively located on both sides of the width direction of the plate piece conveyed by the vacuum chuck along the suspension beam; a plate piece horizontal lifting and conveying channel is formed between the first oil baffle, the second oil baffle and the nozzle. 3.The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, characterized in that, the horizontal oil pipe is arranged in the width direction of the plate piece lifted by the vacuum chuck; two nozzles are arranged on the horizontal oil pipe; the oiling surfaces of the two nozzles cover the width of the plate piece. 4.The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, characterized in that, at least two horizontal oil pipes are arranged inside the box in the lifting direction of the plate piece by the vacuum chuck, and the horizontal oil pipes are arranged in the width direction of the plate piece; two nozzles are arranged on each of the horizontal oil pipes; the nozzle spacing on each of the horizontal oil pipes is different; in the width direction of the plate piece, the spraying ranges of adjacent nozzles are connected. 5.The plate surface oiling device according to claim 4, characterized in that, the oiling device further comprises an oil feeding main pipe, an oil storage tank connected to the inlet end of the oil feeding main pipe, and an oil pump arranged on the oil feeding main pipe; the outlet of the oil feeding main pipe is connected with a conveying pipe through a multi-way valve, and the outlet end of each of the conveying pipes is connected with the horizontal oil pipe; a control valve is arranged on each of the conveying pipes. 6.The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, characterized in that, an oil groove is arranged at the plate piece moving-in end and the plate piece moving-out end of the box; the oil groove is arranged obliquely, and the obliquely downward end of the oil groove is connected with an oil receiving port arranged at the end side of the box. 7.The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, characterized in that, a brush and an oil-immersed rolling brush are arranged at the plate piece moving-out end of the box; a fixed frame is arranged around the upper part of the box; both ends of the brush are respectively fixed on the two inner side walls of the fixed frame; both ends of the rolling brush are respectively rotatably connected to the two inner side walls of the fixed frame.

The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a first track is arranged at a position away from the suspension beam in the direction of the plate member suction point; and the first trolley is arranged on the first track through a first sliding groove arranged at the bottom of the first trolley and matched with the first track.

The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a second track is arranged at a position away from the suspension beam in the direction of the plate member placing point; and the second trolley is arranged on the second track through a second sliding groove arranged at the bottom of the second trolley and matched with the second track.

9. The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a plate member inlet is arranged at one end of the second trolley close to the box body.

10. The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a horizontal fixing plate is arranged at the bottom of the Y-shaped guide column.

11. The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, wherein at least two fixing mechanisms are arranged at both sides of the width of the body of the second trolley; and the horizontal fixing plate is detachably fixed on the fixing mechanisms.

10. The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a recovery opening is arranged at the bottom of the box body.

11. The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, wherein an oil outlet pipe is connected at the bottom of the recovery opening.

12. The plate surface oiling device according to claim 1, wherein a valve is arranged on the oil outlet pipe.
