[0030] Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Although exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it is to be understood that the present disclosure can be implemented in various forms and should not be limited by the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the present disclosure to those skilled in the art.

[0031] It should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used in the present application should be understood as their common meanings to those skilled in the art to which the present application pertains.

[0032] Reference is made to the accompanying drawings Figure 1 - the accompanying drawings Figure 6 An embodiment of the present application proposes an electronic device, which comprises: a first body 1 comprising a first housing 11 and a rolling shaft 12 rotatably connected to the first housing 11; a second body 2 movably connected to the first body 1; a flexible screen 3, one end of which is fixed to a first face of the second body 2 and the other end of which is connected to the first housing 11, the rolling shaft 12 being used to maintain a tensioned state of the flexible screen 3; and a target piece 4, which removes attachments on a peripheral surface of the rolling shaft 12 during rolling of the rolling shaft 12.

[0033] The electronic device provided by the embodiment can be, but is not limited to, a notebook computer, and can also be other devices with display functions. The electronic device comprises a first body 1 and a second body 2. The first body and the second body are two functional parts of the electronic device. Taking the electronic device as a notebook computer, the first body 1 can be the keyboard and host part of the notebook computer, and the second body 2 can be the display part of the notebook computer. The first body 1 comprises a first shell 11 and a rolling shaft 12. The first shell 11 can be a metal shell structure with an accommodating space inside. The rolling shaft 12 is connected to the first shell 11 and can roll relative to the first shell 11. The rolling shaft 12 can be arranged at an edge of the first shell 11, for example, an edge of the first shell 11 used for connecting with the second body 2. The second body 2 is movably connected with the first body 1. The movement of the second body 2 relative to the first body 1 can include changing the distance or angle between the two. The movable connection can realize the change of the form, use state and the like of the electronic device composed of the first body 1 and the second body 2, and can meet different use requirements of the user. The second body 2 is also used for connecting a flexible screen 3. The flexible screen 3 has the characteristics of being foldable and foldable due to its flexible nature. One end of the flexible screen 3 is fixed to a first face of the second body 2. The first face refers to the face facing the user in the use state. The other end of the flexible screen 3 is connected to the first shell 11. The connection mode can be sliding connection, rotary connection and the like. The flexible screen 3 is arranged around the rolling shaft 12 between the two ends, and the rolling shaft 12 can serve as one supporting part in the active track of the flexible screen 3. By arranging a limiting structure on the side of the display screen 3 away from the rolling shaft 12, the flexible screen 3 can keep in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rolling shaft 12 during the movement of the second body 2 relative to the first body 1, and the movement of the flexible screen 3 is not affected, so that the tension state of the flexible screen 3 is maintained during the movement of the second body 2 relative to the first body 1, to ensure the good flat state and display effect of the flexible screen 3. The tension state of the flexible screen 3 can be understood as that the flexible screen 3 always has a certain target force during the unfolding or contraction process, so that the screen surface is flat or wrinkle-free. In some embodiments, the elasticity of the spring can be used to provide continuous tension. The spring can be installed at the edge part of the flexible screen 3. When the flexible screen 3 is unfolded, the spring is stretched to apply tension. In other embodiments, a counterweight can also be added at the bottom or other appropriate positions of the flexible screen 3 to keep the flexible screen 3 in tension by gravity.

[0034] In use, the rolling shaft 12 will have attachments such as dust, foreign matter, etc. Since the rolling shaft 12 needs to be in contact with the flexible screen 3, in order to avoid the attachments on the rolling shaft 12 rubbing against the flexible screen 3, causing scratches, punctures, etc. on the flexible screen 3, the technical solution adopted by the present application is that the electronic device further comprises a target piece 4, which can be installed on the first body 1 and is close to the position of the rolling shaft 12. In the process of the rolling shaft 12 rolling relative to the first shell 11, the target piece 4 can clean the surface of the rolling shaft 12, and the dust, foreign matter, etc. attached to the surface of the rolling shaft 12 can be cleaned down, so as to avoid scratching the flexible screen 3 and the surface of the rolling shaft 12 by dust, foreign matter, etc. The target piece 4 is a structural piece that can remove the attachments on the surface of the rolling shaft 12. The removal method can include cleaning, adsorption, etc. The target piece 4 can be a cleaning brush structure, a sheet structure, etc. that can clean the rolling shaft 12. The bristle end of the cleaning brush structure contacts the rolling shaft 12, or the edge of the sheet structure contacts the rolling shaft, and the attachments are removed by cleaning and removing through contact. Such structure can be provided as a flexible structure or can also be provided as a structure with a certain hardness, or the target piece 4 can also be an electrostatic adsorption structure that can adsorb dust on the surface of the rolling shaft 12, etc.

[0035] Wherein, the power of the rolling shaft 12 rotating relative to the first body 1 can come from the movement of the second body 2 relative to the first body 1, or also come from the flexible screen 3, etc. Herein, no specific limitation is made; the extension length of the target piece 4 in the axial direction of the rolling shaft 12 can be equal to that of the rolling shaft 12, or can not be equal.

[0036] In some embodiments, the target piece 4 can also be provided as a flexible piece, so as to avoid affecting the rotation of the rolling shaft 12 relative to the first shell 11.

[0037] In some embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings Figure 4 In specific implementation, the rolling shaft 12 and the first edge 112 of the first shell 11 are spaced apart by a first gap 11a, and the target piece 4 covers the contact with the peripheral surface of the rolling shaft 12 and the first gap 11a.

[0038] The first shell 11 comprises a first edge 112, which can be an edge extending along the length direction of the first shell 11 and located on the side close to the second body 2. The installation position of the rolling shaft 12 is close to the first edge 112, and the axial direction of the rolling shaft is the same as the extending direction of the first edge 112. In order to avoid the contact between the first edge 112 and the rolling shaft 12, which may cause excessive friction between them and affect the rolling of the rolling shaft 12 relative to the first shell 11, a first gap 11a can be formed between the rolling shaft 12 and the first edge 112. The width of the first gap 11a can be, but is not limited to, 0.6-0.9 mm. Due to the existence of the first gap 11a, in order to avoid the entry of external dust, foreign matter, water droplets and the like into the inside of the first shell 11 through the first gap 11a and affecting the functional components inside the first body 1, in the technical solution adopted by the present application, the target component 4 can be arranged at a position covering the first gap 11a, that is, at least part of the area of the target component 4 is located at a position overlapping the area of the first gap 11a, thereby forming a shielding effect on the first gap 11a, so that dust, foreign matter, water droplets and the like can be prevented from entering the inside of the first shell 11, and the cleanliness of the inside of the first shell 11 can be maintained. At the same time, the coverage of the target component 4 on the first gap 11a does not affect the contact relationship between the target component 4 and the rolling shaft 12 during the rolling of the rolling shaft 12, that is, the surface of the rolling shaft 12 can be cleaned while preventing dust and water from entering the first gap 11a.

[0039] In some embodiments, in specific implementations, when the rolling shaft 12 rotates relative to the first shell 11, the resistance force of the target component 4 to the rotation of the rolling shaft 12 is smaller than the driving force of the rolling shaft 12 relative to the first shell 11.

[0040] In order to avoid the influence of the target component 4 on the rotation of the rolling shaft 12 relative to the first shell 11, in the technical solution adopted by the present application, when the rolling shaft 12 rotates relative to the first shell 11, the target component 4 can be arranged to have a resistance force to the rotation of the rolling shaft 12 when the target component 4 contacts the rolling shaft 12, which is smaller than the driving force of the rolling shaft 12 relative to the first shell 11. The driving force of the rolling shaft 12 relative to the first shell 11 can come from the flexible screen 3. The way to reduce the resistance of the target component 4 to the rolling shaft 12 is not limited to one way, for example, the part of the target component 4 contacting the rolling shaft 12 can be arranged to have flexibility, or the smoothness of the surface of the target component 4 and the rolling shaft 12 can be improved, but is not limited thereto.

[0041] In some embodiments, the arrangement position of the target component 4 is not limited to one way. The arrangement scheme of the target component 4 is illustrated below. One arrangement scheme can be as follows: referring to the attached drawings Figure 1 -attached drawings Figure 4The target piece 4 can be arranged at the first edge 112 of the first shell 11, and the target piece 4 can be arranged in a strip-shaped structure, and the length direction of the strip-shaped structure is the same as the extension direction of the first edge 112, so that the fixing effect of the target piece 4 can be ensured, and the target piece 4 can be in sufficient contact with the rolling shaft 12 and reliably cover the first gap 11a; other arrangement schemes can be that the target piece 4 can also be arranged on the edge of the first shell 11 adjacent to the first edge 112, that is, the edge of the first shell 11 extends to the first gap 11a from the side of the first edge 112, for example, the first edge 112 is the edge extending along the length direction of the first shell 11, the target piece 4 can be arranged on the edge of the first shell 11 adjacent to the first edge 112 and extending along the width direction of the first shell 11, and the edge can be the mounting position of the target piece 4, that is, the connecting part 41 of the target piece 4 used for mounting covers the edge, and the target piece 4 can still be arranged in a strip-shaped structure extending in the same direction as the first edge 112, and the two ends of the target piece 4 can be connected to the two edges of the first shell 11 adjacent to the first edge 112 and opposite to each other, so that the reliable connection between the target piece 4 and the first shell 11 can be ensured, and the target piece 4 can be in sufficient contact with the rolling shaft 12 and reliably cover the first gap 11a.

[0042] In some embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings Figure 1 - accompanying drawings Figure 4 In specific implementations, the target piece 4 includes a connecting part 41 and a flexible part 42, the connecting part 41 extends in the same direction as the first edge 112 and is mounted on the first shell 11 and inside the first shell 11, and the flexible part 42 is fixed to the connecting part 41 and covers the first gap 11a.

[0043] In order to realize reliable connection of the target piece 4 and the first shell 11, and reduce the rotation resistance of the rolling shaft 12, the technical scheme adopted in the application can be that the target piece 4 is provided to include a connecting part 41 and a flexible part 42. The connecting part 41 can be a structure with a certain strength, used to realize connection and fixation with the first shell 11 and fixation of the flexible part 42. The connecting part 41 can be provided in a long strip structure extending in the same direction as the first edge 112, and the connecting part 41 is connected with the first shell 11 and located inside the first shell 11, that is, the connecting part 41 does not protrude outside the first shell 11, which helps to improve the appearance of the electronic device. The connecting mode of the connecting part 41 and the first shell 11 can be gluing, or one of the detachable connections, such as screw locking, etc., which is not limited here. The flexible part 42 is fixed to the connecting part 41, and the fixing mode can be, but is not limited to, clamping, bonding, etc. The flexible part 42 is made of a flexible material, such as rubber, soft hair, etc., which is not limited here. After the connecting part 41 and the first shell 11 are installed, the flexible part 42 can just cover the first gap 11a and keep in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the rolling shaft 12.

[0044] In order to improve the cleaning effect of the rolling shaft 12 and reduce the rotation resistance of the rolling shaft 12, two setting schemes of the flexible part 42 are described below.

[0045] The first setting scheme is that, referring to the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 - the accompanying drawings, Figure 4 The flexible part 42 can include a plurality of contact pieces arranged continuously along the extension direction of the first edge 112. The continuous arrangement of the contact pieces can realize coverage of the first gap 11a, and the contact pieces have flexibility, which can be bristles, rubber strips, etc. The contact pieces can effectively clean foreign matter attached to the rolling shaft 12, and have little rotation resistance to the rolling shaft 12. In order to improve the compactness of the arrangement of the contact pieces, a plurality of rows of contact pieces can be arranged on the first edge 112, and the positions of each row of contact pieces can be staggered to reduce the gap existing in the flexible part 42 composed of a plurality of contact pieces. In this case, the connecting part 41 can be provided in a "U" shape, with the opening end facing the side where the rolling shaft 12 is located, and used to clamp and fix the contact pieces to realize reliable fixation of the contact pieces.

[0046] The second setting scheme is that the flexible part 42 can be composed of two parts, i.e., a flexible shielding strip and a plurality of contact pieces. The flexible shielding strip is fixed to the connecting part 41 and extends in the same direction as the connecting part 41. The plurality of contact pieces are fixed to the side of the flexible shielding strip away from the connecting part 41 and arranged along the extension direction of the flexible shielding strip. The contact pieces are flexible and can be bristles, rubber strips, etc. They can effectively clean the foreign matter attached to the rolling shaft 12 and cause less rotation resistance to the rolling shaft 12. The flexible shielding strip can be made of rubber material, but is not limited to this. Compared with the continuously arranged contact pieces, the flexible shielding strip itself has no gap and can better cover and prevent dust from the first gap 11a. The plurality of contact pieces arranged in series are in contact with the rolling shaft 12. Compared with the flexible shielding strip directly in contact with the rolling shaft 12, the friction between the contact pieces and the rolling shaft 12 can be reduced. The contact pieces have better cleaning effect on the surface of the rolling shaft 12 and can have both reliable coverage of the first gap 11a and effective cleaning of the rolling shaft 12.

[0047] In some embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying Figure 4 In specific implementation, the interior of the first shell 11 further includes a fixed plate 13 connected to a first plate body 111 of the first shell 11, the first plate body 111 including the first edge 112. An installation groove 1111 is arranged on the side of the first plate body 111 close to the first edge 112. The target piece 4 is partially located in the installation groove 1111, and the connecting part 41 is located between the fixed plate 13 and the first plate body 111.

[0048] The first shell 11 includes a first plate body 111, and the edge of the first plate body 111 close to the rolling shaft 12 is a first edge 112. To achieve reliable installation of the target piece 4 and the first shell 11, the fixed plate 13 in the interior of the first shell 11 can be reused to reinforce and limit the connecting part 41. The fixed plate 13 can be the bottom plate of the keyboard part of the first body 1, but is not limited to this. The installation of the connecting part 41 can be that an installation groove 1111 is arranged on the surface of the first plate body 111 facing the fixed plate 13 and close to the first edge 112, for accommodating at least part of the target piece 4. The connecting part 41 of the target piece 4 can be connected to the first plate body 111 by gluing. The fixed plate 13 extending to the position of the connecting part 41 can further limit the connecting part 41, avoiding disconnection of the connecting part 41 and the first shell 11. In addition, a folded edge can be arranged on the edge of the fixed plate 13 close to the rolling shaft 12 and bent toward the side where the first plate body 111 is located. The position of the folded edge corresponds to the edge of the connecting part 41 close to the rolling shaft 12, which can limit the connecting part 41 in the installation groove 1111.

[0049] In some embodiments, reference is made to the accompanyingFigure 4 -attached Figure 6 In a specific implementation, the flexible screen 3 bypasses the rolling shaft 12 and can slide into or out of the first shell 11, and rotates relative to the first shell 11 under the driving of the flexible screen 3.

[0050] In order to adjust the size of the exposed area of the flexible screen 3, in the technical scheme adopted by the present application, one end of the flexible screen 3 is fixed to the second body 2, the other end passes through the opening of the first edge 112 of the first plate body 111 and is connected to the inside of the first body 1, the part of the flexible screen 3 connected to the inside of the first body 1 can be connected in a sliding connection or winding manner, the flexible screen 3 is bypassed by the rolling shaft 12 from the side of the rolling shaft 12 away from the target object 4 and keeps contact with the rolling shaft 12, when the flexible screen 3 slides into or out of the first shell 11, the adjustment of the size of the exposed area of the flexible screen 3 can be realized, in this process, the rolling shaft 12 keeps contact with the flexible screen 3, which can keep the tension state of the flexible screen 3, and the rolling shaft 12 rotates relative to the first shell 11 under the driving of the flexible screen 3, so as to reduce the sliding-in / sliding-out resistance of the flexible screen 3.

[0051] In some embodiments, reference is made to the attached Figure 4 -attached Figure 6 In a specific implementation, when the second body 2 moves relative to the first body 1, the second body 2 drives the flexible screen 3 to move relative to the first body 1, and the exposed areas of the second body 2 and the flexible screen 3 change accordingly.

[0052] In order to improve the diversification of the use of electronic devices, in the technical scheme adopted by the present application, the second body 2 can move relative to the first body 1, by moving, the distance or angle between the second body 2 and the first body 1 can be changed, when relative movement occurs, the second body 2 can also drive the flexible screen 3 to move relative to the first body 1 as a whole, so that the flexible screen 3 moves relative to the first body 1, the moving mode can be but not limited to sliding, the exposed areas of the second body 2 and the flexible screen 3 can be changed, so that the exposed areas of the second body 2 and the flexible screen 3 can be adjusted according to the needs, the adjustment mode is not limited to manual adjustment or automatic adjustment, etc.
