[0045] See Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 A first embodiment of the layered paper lunch box of this utility model includes a paper bowl 1, a paper plate 2, and a first lid 3.
[0046] The paper bowl 1 includes a generally circular bottom wall 11, a surrounding wall 12 extending upward from the outer periphery of the bottom wall 11 along an axis X, and a flange 13 surrounding the top edge of the surrounding wall 12. The bottom wall 11 and the surrounding wall 12 define an upward-opening receiving space 10.
[0047] The surrounding wall 12 has an inner surface 121 surrounding the axis X. The flange portion 13 has a top annular surface 131 in a direction opposite to that of the bottom wall 11 along the axis X. In this first embodiment, the outer contour of the flange portion 13 in a longitudinal section cut through the axis X is generally circular and substantially rolled, but in other variations, the outer contour of the flange portion 13 in a longitudinal section cut through the axis X may also be flat (flat or plate-like), and is not limited thereto.
[0048] The paper tray 2 and the paper bowl 1 are made of paper material and can be detachably assembled to the paper bowl 1 along the direction of the axis X. In this first embodiment, the paper tray 2 partially covers the accommodating space 10 and cooperates with the surrounding wall 12 of the paper bowl 1 to define a plurality of upward-facing and communicating spaces 200 between the accommodating space 10.
[0049] The paper tray 2 includes a base wall 21 spaced apart from the bottom wall 11 along the axis X, a surrounding wall 22 extending upward from the outer periphery of the base wall 21 along the axis X, and an extension wall 23 connecting the top edge of the surrounding wall 22 and extending in a direction opposite to the accommodating space 10. The base wall 21 and the surrounding wall 22 define an upward-opening, layered space 20 that is independent of the accommodating space 10. In this first embodiment, the base wall 21 is generally quadrilateral.
[0050] The enclosure wall 22 has a plurality of generally rectangular first enclosure panels 221, a plurality of generally rectangular second enclosure panels 222, and a plurality of folded plates 223 connecting adjacent first enclosure panels 221 and second enclosure panels 222. Each first enclosure panel 221 of the enclosure wall 22 has a plurality of bottom ends 224 connected to the base wall 21, a plurality of top ends 225 in a direction opposite to the bottom ends 224 along the axis X, and a plurality of abutment edges 226 respectively defined between the bottom ends 224 and the top ends 225. The top ends 225 are connected to the extension wall 23 and abut against the inner edge of the flange portion 13, and the abutment edges 226 contact the inner surface 121 of the surrounding wall 12.
[0051] Each of the reverse folding plates 223 has a folded line segment 227 extending from the corresponding bottom end 224 toward the extension wall 23.
[0052] The extension wall 23, the base wall 21, and the enclosure wall 22 are integrally formed from paper, and have a plurality of first extension plates 24 respectively connected to the top edge of the first enclosure plate 221, and a plurality of second extension plates 25 respectively connected to the top edge of the second enclosure plate 222. In this first embodiment, the extension wall 23 also has a plurality of generally semi-circular notches 230 with openings facing the space 200.
[0053] Therefore, the structural design of the notch 230 helps consumers to insert their fingers into the space 200 and pick up the paper plate 2 from the notch 230, making it highly convenient to operate.
[0054] See Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 Each of the first extension plates 24 of the extension wall 23 has a first bottom surface 241 and a first top surface 242 disposed opposite to each other along the axis X, and a plurality of bottom overlapping portions 243 respectively formed at two opposite ends of each of the first extension plates 24. The bottom overlapping portions 243 are spaced apart along one radial width direction of the axis X and can abut against the top annular surface 131 of the flange portion 13.
[0055] Each of the second extension plates 25 has a second bottom surface 251 and a second top surface 252 disposed opposite to each other along the axis X, and a plurality of top overlaps 253 disposed opposite to the bottom overlaps 243 along the axis X. The top overlaps 253 are respectively formed at two opposite ends of each of the respective second extension plates 25, and are respectively located above the bottom overlaps 243 along the axis X. In this first embodiment, the first bottom surface 241 and the second bottom surface 251 face the receiving space 10, and the bottom overlaps 243 of the extension wall 23 are respectively adjacent to the top surface 225.
[0056] Therefore, in this first embodiment, the bottom overlapping portion 243 abuts against the top ring surface 131 of the paper bowl 1, thereby supporting the paper tray 2 on the paper bowl 1. Furthermore, since the top end 225 abuts against the inner edge of the flange portion 13, and the abutting edge 226 contacts the inner surface 121, this first embodiment further prevents the paper tray 2 from sliding or rotating on the inner surface 121 of the paper bowl 1 through the structural design of the abutting edge 226 and the inner surface 121 being in mutual contact and tightly fitted, thus improving the stability of the structure.
[0057] See Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 The first cover 3 is generally a circular sheet and is detachably disposed on the top of the paper bowl 1 and the paper plate 2 along the direction of the axis X. The first cover 3 has a top surface 31 and a bottom surface 32 arranged opposite to each other along the axis X. The bottom surface 32 is used to cover the accommodating space 10, the layered space 20 and the spacing space 200, and has a generally circular cover edge 321 that can be torn apart to connect the top ring surface 131 and the top overlap portion 253. In this first embodiment, the first cover 3 can be configured as a plastic film or a paper cover.
[0058] In practical application, according to this first embodiment, the merchant first places the food items into the accommodating space 10 and the layered space 20 respectively, then stacks the paper plate 2 on top of the paper bowl 1, so that the bottom overlap portion 243 contacts the top ring surface 131 of the flange portion 13. Finally, the cover edge 321 of the first cover body 3 is attached to the top ring surface 131 and the top overlap portion 253 to complete the packaging operation.
[0059] When a customer receives their meal and wants to eat it, they first tear open the first cover 3 to expose the layered space 20, then insert their fingertip into the space 200 and pick up the paper plate 2 from the notch 230, thus separating the paper plate 2 from the paper bowl 1. This allows them to display the storage space 10 and enjoy their meal.
[0060] Since the accommodating space 10 and the layered space 20 are both independent spaces, the food can be prevented from mixing and affecting the taste, thus ensuring both hygiene and deliciousness. Furthermore, the cover edge 321 of the first cover 3 is simultaneously connected to the top ring surface 131 and the top overlapping portion 253, preventing the paper tray 2 from detaching from the paper bowl 1 and spilling the food when the layered paper lunch box shakes up and down or left and right, resulting in excellent sealing. In addition, this first embodiment also achieves the effect of improving structural stability through a structural design where the top end 225 abuts against the inner edge of the flange portion 13, and the abutting edge 226 contacts and tightly fits against the inner surface 121.
[0061] It is worth mentioning that in this first embodiment, the base wall 21 of the paper tray 2 is generally quadrilateral, but in other variations, such as Figure 5 As shown, the base wall 21 can also be other shapes, such as, but not limited to, hexagons.
[0062] See Figure 6 and Figure 7 This is the second embodiment of the layered paper lunch box of this utility model. It is similar to the first embodiment, also including the paper bowl 1 and the paper plate 2, but the difference is:
[0063] In this second embodiment, the first cover 3 is omitted (see...). Figure 1 It includes a second cover 4 that can be detachably placed over the top of the paper bowl 1 and the paper plate 2 along the direction of the axis X.
[0064] The second cover 4 includes a top wall 41 for shielding the accommodating space 10 and the layered space 20, and a connecting wall 42 extending downward from the outer periphery of the top wall 41 along the axis X. The top wall 41 has a covering portion 411 and a connecting portion 412 that forms a positional difference with the covering portion 411 along the axis X. The connecting portion 412 abuts against the top annular surface 131 and the top overlapping portion 253 of the flange portion 13, and cooperates with the connecting wall 42 to define a downward-opening mating space 40 for receiving the flange portion 13, the bottom overlapping portion 243, and the top overlapping portion 253. The connecting wall 42 surrounds the flange portion 13, and its inner surface forms a stop portion 421 that surrounds the axis X and abuts against the bottom side of the flange portion 13. The stop portion 421 has a plurality of spaced-apart stop ribs 422.
[0065] In this second embodiment, the material of the second cover 4 includes either paper or plastic. When the second cover 4 is made of a paper material such as kraft paper, the top wall 41 and the connecting wall 42 of the second cover 4 are coated with a coating that also has adhesive properties (e.g., but not limited to PE or PP lamination process).
[0066] During packaging, the merchant simply places the second cover 4 from top to bottom over the top of the paper bowl 1 and the paper plate 2, so that the flange 13, the bottom overlap 243, and the top overlap 253 are contained in the mating space 40, thus completing the packaging operation. When the customer wants to eat, they simply lift the second cover 4 to enjoy the meal.
[0067] Since the flange 13, the bottom overlap 243, and the top overlap 253 are all housed within the mating space 40 of the second cover 4, the second cover 4 can be prevented from detaching from the paper bowl 1 and the paper plate 2 and spilling food when the tiered paper lunchbox shakes up and down. Furthermore, when the customer is not eating, the second cover 4 can be placed back over the paper bowl 1 and the paper plate 2 to prevent leftover food from being contaminated, making it hygienic and practical.
[0068] See Figures 8 to 12 This is the third embodiment of the layered paper lunch box of this utility model. It is similar to the first embodiment, also including the paper bowl 1, the paper plate 2 and the first lid 3, but the difference is:
[0069] First refer to Figure 8 , Figure 9 and Figure 10 The base wall 21 is generally octagonal. The extension wall 23 also has a plurality of tabs 26 respectively connected to the edges of the anti-fold plate 223, and a plurality of anti-fold segments 27 respectively formed between the tabs 26 and the anti-fold plate 223. Each tab 26 is connected to the second bottom surface 251 of the corresponding second extension plate 25 and abuts against the top ring surface 131. The anti-fold segments 27 are respectively close to the bottom overlap portion 243 and can abut against the inner edge of the top ring surface 131. The cover edge 321 of the first cover 3 can be tearably connected to the top ring surface 131, the second top surface 252 and the top overlap portion 253.
[0070] Therefore, by connecting each of the tabs 26 to the second bottom surface 251 of the corresponding second extension plate 25 and being close to the bottom overlap portion 243, the overlapping strength at the junction of the plates can be further improved.
[0071] See Figure 9 , Figure 11 and Figure 12In this third embodiment, one side of each of the folding plates 223 is attached to the corresponding second enclosure plate 222, and the other side is spaced apart from the inner surface 121 of the surrounding wall 12 without contacting it. When the first cover 3 is connected to the paper bowl 1 and the paper plate 2, the second top surface 252 of the second extension plate 25 is connected to the cover edge 321 of the bottom surface 32, and the second bottom surface 251 faces the top ring surface 131.
[0072] In addition, in other variations of this third embodiment, the other side of each of the anti-folding plates 223 can also contact the inner surface 121 of the surrounding wall 12. Therefore, in addition to contacting the inner surface 121 via the abutment edge 226, the other side of each of the anti-folding plates 223 can also contact the inner surface 121 of the surrounding wall 12, thereby increasing the contact area between the paper tray 2 and the inner surface 121 of the paper bowl 1, further preventing the paper tray 2 from moving or rotating relative to the paper bowl 1, and achieving the effect of improving structural stability.
[0073] It should be noted that in this third embodiment, the first cover 3 can also be replaced with the second cover 4, so that the flange portion 13, the bottom overlapping portion 243 and the second extension plate 25 of the third embodiment are housed in the mating space 40, and this is not a limitation.
[0074] See Figures 13 to 16 This is the fourth embodiment of the layered paper lunch box of this utility model. It is similar to the third embodiment, and also includes the paper bowl 1, the paper plate 2 and the first lid 3. The difference is that:
[0075] The paper tray 2 conceals the accommodating space 10. The first bottom surface 241, the second bottom surface 251, and the bottom overlap portion 243 abut against the top ring surface 131 of the flange portion 13. Each of the first extension plates 24 has a first extension edge 244 on the side opposite to the first enclosure plate 221, and each of the second extension plates 25 has a second extension edge 254 on the side opposite to the second enclosure plate 222. The first extension edge 244 and the second extension edge 254 are arc-shaped. The cover edge 321 of the first cover 3 is tearably connected to the top ring surface 131, the first top surface 242, the second top surface 252, and the top overlap portion 253.
[0076] By having the first bottom surface 241, the second bottom surface 251, and the bottom overlapping portion 243 all abut against the top ring surface 131 of the flange portion 13, the function of supporting the paper plate 2 at the top of the paper bowl 1 is further enhanced.
[0077] In practical application, this fourth embodiment allows consumers to operate the first extension plate 24 or the second extension plate 25 to separate the paper plate 2 upwards from the paper bowl 1, thereby displaying the accommodating space 10 and enjoying the meal.
[0078] The fourth embodiment is more aesthetically pleasing by designing the first extension edge 244 and the second extension edge 254 as arcs.
[0079] It should be noted that in this fourth embodiment, the first cover 3 can also be replaced with the second cover 4, so that the flange 13, the first extension plate 24 and the second extension plate 25 are housed in the mating space 40, and this is not a limitation.
[0080] It is worth mentioning that in the foregoing embodiments, the base wall 21 of the paper tray 2 is configured as a quadrilateral or an octagon, but in other embodiments, the base wall 21 can also be designed as other shapes, such as, but not limited to, triangles, pentagons or hexagons, and is not limited thereto.
[0081] Based on the above explanation, the advantages of the aforementioned embodiments can be summarized as follows:
[0082] 1. The bottom overlapping portion 243 abuts against the top ring surface 131 of the paper bowl 1, thereby supporting the paper tray 2 within the paper bowl 1. Furthermore, this invention utilizes a structural design where the top end 225 abuts against the inner edge of the flange portion 13, and the abutting edge 226 is in close contact with the inner surface 121, preventing the paper tray 2 from sliding or rotating on the inner surface 121. Therefore, this invention indeed possesses high structural stability.
[0083] 2. Merchants can store different ingredients separately in their own independent holding space 10 and layered space 20 to maintain the flavor of each ingredient.
[0084] 3. Consumers can insert their fingers into the space 200 and pick up the paper plate 2 from the notch 230, thus separating the paper plate 2 from the paper bowl 1, which is highly convenient to operate.
[0085] 4. When the customer is not eating, the second cover 4 can be put back on the paper bowl 1 and the paper plate 2 to prevent the remaining food from being contaminated due to being exposed, which is hygienic and practical.
[0086] 5. The structural design of each of the protrusions 26 being connected to the second bottom surface 251 of the corresponding second extension plate 25 and being close to the bottom overlap portion 243 can further improve the overlapping strength at the junction of the plates.
[0087] The above description is merely an embodiment of this utility model and should not be construed as limiting the scope of this utility model. Any simple equivalent changes and modifications made in accordance with the claims and description of this utility model shall still fall within the scope of this utility model.
