The grouting barrel of the grouting device can pre-store enough amount of slurry, the slurry can be injected into a mold at a time, the consistent precipitation speed is ensured, and the uniformity of samples is ensured; and the labor intensity can be effectively reduced, and the grouting efficiency is improved. Slurry flows into the mold at a uniform speed through air pressure grouting, the positions and the number of grouting openings can be flexibly adjusted according to the grouting size, the problem of non-uniformity caused by the long flowing distance of the slurry is solved, and product defects generated in the grouting process are reduced. The problems that an existing grouting mode is not uniform, defects are easily formed, the labor intensity is large, and the efficiency is low are solved.
