Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to the field of tablet packaging technology, and in particular to a tablet packaging device. Background Technology
[0002] After being manufactured, tablets undergo multiple stages, including storage and transportation, before reaching patients. During this process, tablets are exposed to various factors such as temperature, humidity, light, and oxygen, which can alter their physicochemical properties and thus affect their efficacy. Therefore, packaging is necessary to effectively mitigate or prevent the impact of these adverse factors, ensuring the tablets maintain their stability and effectiveness within their shelf life.
[0003] In traditional techniques, the packaging process of filling pills into medicine bottles is mainly done manually, which has the disadvantages of large workload and low efficiency. When there are many pills, the packaging of pills becomes more troublesome, requiring more manpower for repackaging, which can easily increase costs.
[0004] To address the shortcomings of manual packaging, packaging equipment has emerged and made significant progress. However, most existing packaging equipment employs a human-machine hybrid operation mode, still requiring manual intervention, resulting in slow packaging speeds and high equipment costs. Furthermore, in existing packaging equipment, tablets are typically conveyed from the hopper to a downward-sloping feed chute. Under gravity, the tablets automatically fall into a counting machine, which then loads them into bottles and counts them, completing the packaging process. However, after sliding out of the feed chute, the tablets are prone to directly impacting the feed inlet of the counting machine (made of stainless steel), causing the outer layer of the tablet to peel off and damaging the tablet, severely affecting its quality. Detailed Implementation
[0031] The embodiments of this utility model are described in detail below. Examples of these embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are only used to explain this utility model, and should not be construed as limiting this utility model.
[0032] This technical solution provides a tablet packaging device, including a hopper 1, a feeding device 2 and a counting machine 3 arranged sequentially along the feeding direction of the tablets 4, and the feeding end of the hopper 1 is inclined downward; the feeding device 2 is used to transport the tablets stored in the hopper 1 to the counting machine 3, and the counting machine 3 is used to load the tablets 4 into the medicine bottle 5 and count them.
[0033] The feeding device 2 includes a frame 21, a feeding hopper 22, and a discharging mechanism 23. A feeding port is provided at the bottom of one side wall of the frame 21, and the feeding port is connected to the discharging port of the hopper 1. The feeding hopper 22 is swayably installed inside the frame 1, and the feeding hopper 22 can move up and down relative to the hopper 1. A discharging port is provided at the top of the other side wall of the frame 21, and the discharging mechanism 23 is installed at the top of the other side wall, and the discharging mechanism 23 is located directly below the discharging port and above the counting machine 3.
[0034] The feeding hopper 22 includes a receiving state and a discharging state; when the feeding hopper 22 is in the receiving state, the feeding hopper 22 is located directly below the feed inlet, and the discharging end of the feeding hopper 22 is higher than or equal to the feeding end of the feeding hopper 22; when the feeding hopper 22 is in the discharging state, the feeding hopper 22 is located directly above the discharge outlet, and the discharging end of the feeding hopper 22 is inclined downward.
[0035] The discharging mechanism 23 includes a feeding trough 231, a conveying trough 232, and an eccentric hopper 233 arranged sequentially and interconnected along the feeding direction of the tablets 4. The feeding trough 231 is installed on the top of the other side wall of the frame 21, and the feeding trough 231 is located directly below the discharge port. The conveying surfaces of the feeding trough 231 and the conveying surfaces of the conveying trough 232 are both inclined downwards. The eccentric hopper 233 is located above the counting machine, and the discharge port of the eccentric hopper 233 is interconnected with the feeding port of the counting machine 3.
[0036] To improve packaging speed, reduce the possibility of tablet damage during packaging, and enhance the quality of pharmaceutical packaging, this technical solution proposes a tablet packaging device, such as... Figures 1-4 As shown, a hopper 1, a feeding device 2, and a counting machine 3 are arranged sequentially along the feeding direction of the tablets 4, and the feeding end of the hopper 1 is inclined downwards; the feeding device 2 transports the tablets stored in the hopper 1 to the counting machine 3, and the counting machine 3 loads the tablets 4 into the medicine bottle 5 and counts them, thereby realizing the automatic packaging of the tablets 4 and improving the packaging speed.
[0037] Specifically, the feeding device 2 includes a frame 21, a feeding hopper 22, and a discharging mechanism 23. The feeding hopper 22 is swayably installed inside the frame 1, which facilitates smooth receiving and unloading of materials and improves the smoothness of tablet delivery. The feeding hopper 22 can move up and down relative to the hopper 1, allowing the equipment to adapt to hoppers of different specifications and sizes, increasing the flexibility of use.
[0038] Furthermore, the feeding hopper 22 includes a receiving state and a discharging state. When the feeding hopper 22 is in the receiving state, it is located directly below the inlet, and the discharging end of the feeding hopper 22 is higher than or equal to the loading end of the feeding hopper 22. When the feeding hopper 22 is in the discharging state, it is located directly above the outlet, and the discharging end of the feeding hopper 22 is tilted downwards. By utilizing the changes in the states of the feeding hopper 22, it is not only beneficial to smoothly receive and discharge materials, improving the smoothness of tablet 4 conveying, but also to prevent tablet 4 from falling directly from the inlet into the feeding hopper 22 and from the outlet into the discharging mechanism 23. This reduces the possibility of tablet 4 being damaged due to excessive falling height or speed, and at the same time improves the service life of the device.
[0039] Furthermore, the discharging mechanism 23 includes a feed trough 231, a conveying trough 232, and an eccentric hopper 233, which are arranged sequentially and interconnected along the feeding direction of the tablets 4. The feed trough 231 is installed on the top of the other side wall of the frame 21, and is located directly below the discharge port. The conveying surfaces of both the feed trough 231 and the conveying surfaces of the conveying trough 232 are inclined downwards. The eccentric hopper 233 is located above the counting machine, and its discharge port is interconnected with the feed port of the counting machine 3. The design of the eccentric hopper 233 can guide the tablets 4 to accumulate at its outlet, which not only helps to stabilize the flow of the tablets 4 and reduce the collision between the tablets 4, thereby reducing their damage, but also acts as a buffer to reduce the impact force when the tablets 4 fall onto the counting machine, thereby reducing the collision between the tablets 4 and the feed port of the counting machine, further reducing their damage.
[0040] The working process of this technical solution is as follows: When the feeding hopper 22 descends to the lowest point, its discharge end remains horizontal. At this time, the tablets 4 in the hopper 1 slide down into the feeding hopper 22 under the action of gravity, realizing the receiving of the feeding hopper 22. After that, the position adjustment mechanism drives the feeding hopper 22 to rise. When the feeding hopper 22 rises to the highest point, the position adjustment mechanism stops rising. At this time, the height of the feeding hopper 22 is higher than the height of the discharge port, and the discharge end of the feeding hopper 22 is tilted downward, so that the tablets 4 slide down through the discharge port into the feeding trough 231 under the action of gravity. Then, the tablets 4 are conveyed to the counting machine 3 by the conveying trough 232 and the eccentric hopper 233. The counting machine 3 loads the tablets 4 into the medicine bottle 5 and counts them, thereby completing the automatic packaging of the tablets 4 and improving the packaging speed.
[0041] To further explain, the discharge port of the eccentric hopper 233 is located in the middle of the feed port of the grain counter 3.
[0042] The discharge port of the eccentric bucket 233 is located in the middle of the feed port of the counting machine 3, which can make the tablets 4 more evenly distributed when falling into the counting machine 3. This makes the mechanical stress on the tablets 4 in the counting machine 3 more uniform, reduces the mutual collision and squeezing caused by material accumulation, and thus reduces the risk of damage to the tablets 4.
[0043] To further explain, the feeding device 2 also includes a feeding channel 24, which is located inside the frame 21. The feeding channel 24 is located between the feeding port and the feeding hopper 22, and the feeding port and the feeding channel 24 are interconnected.
[0044] The angle between the discharge end of the feeding channel 24 and the horizontal direction is 5 to 10°.
[0045] By setting the angle between the discharge end of the feed channel 24 and the horizontal direction to 5-10° (e.g., Figure 1As shown in m), this ensures that the speed at which the tablet 4 enters the feeding hopper 22 is controlled, preventing the tablet 4 from sliding down at an excessive speed, which would result in excessive speed and inertia when entering the feeding hopper 22, causing severe damage.
[0046] To further explain, it also includes an anti-collision layer, which is fitted to the inner wall of the discharge mechanism 23.
[0047] By setting an anti-collision layer (not shown in the figure), it is beneficial to prevent direct collision between the tablet 4 and the dispensing mechanism 23 (made of stainless steel), thereby avoiding damage caused by hard collision and reducing the damage to the tablet 4.
[0048] To further clarify, the material of the anti-collision layer is polytetrafluoroethylene.
[0049] Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) possesses good elasticity and toughness, effectively absorbing energy upon impact. The impact energy between PTFE and tablet 4 is relatively low, thus reducing the risk of damage to tablet 4. Furthermore, PTFE exhibits excellent chemical stability, resisting corrosion from most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Therefore, it helps prevent potential corrosion of tablet 4, extending its service life.
[0050] To further explain, the counting machine 3 includes a feeding hopper 31, a conveying channel 32, a counter, and a quantity detector. The discharge port of the eccentric hopper 233, the feeding hopper 31, the conveying channel 32, and the feeding port of the medicine bottle 5 are interconnected, and the eccentric shaft of the eccentric hopper 233 is located in the middle of the feeding hopper 31.
[0051] The counter is installed on the inner wall of the discharge port of the conveying channel 32, and the counter is used to monitor the number of tablets 4 passing through the conveying channel 32;
[0052] The quantity detector is installed on the inner wall of the feed hopper 31, and the quantity detector is used to monitor the quantity of the tablets 4 in the feed hopper 31.
[0053] By setting the discharge port of the eccentric hopper 233, the feed hopper 31, the conveying channel 32 and the feed port of the medicine bottle 5 to be interconnected, a complete tablet conveying path is formed, which ensures the continuous and smooth flow of tablets 4 from the eccentric hopper 232 to the medicine bottle 5, and avoids interruption or accumulation of tablets 4 during the conveying process.
[0054] Because the design of the conveying channel 32 ensures the continuous flow of tablets 4, when a counter (not shown in the figure) is installed on the inner wall of the outlet of the conveying channel 32, the number of tablets 4 passing through the conveying channel 32 can be accurately monitored, reducing counting errors caused by material accumulation or interruption and improving counting accuracy.
[0055] The quantity detector (not shown in the figure) is installed on the inner wall of the feed hopper 31. It can perform a preliminary detection of the quantity of tablets 4 before they enter the conveying channel 32. This not only helps to detect and correct the problem of the quantity of tablets 4 in time, further improving the accuracy of counting, but also helps to monitor the quantity of tablets 4 in the feed hopper 31 and adjust the feeding amount or feeding speed.
[0056] Preferably, the counter is either a visual counter or an electronic counter.
[0057] Electronic counters record the number of events using electronic circuits and typically display the results on a digital display screen. They offer advantages such as fast counting speed and high accuracy. Visual counters, on the other hand, capture images using a camera and utilize image processing algorithms to identify and count objects. They can recognize objects with complex shapes and colors and offer the advantage of high counting accuracy. Therefore, this technical solution preferably uses either a visual counter or an electronic counter to improve counting accuracy.
[0058] The quantity detector is a photoelectric sensor.
[0059] Photoelectric sensors determine material height by detecting how much light is blocked by the material. They are highly adaptable to tablets and feature fast response and low cost. Therefore, this technical solution preferably uses a photoelectric sensor as the quantity detector to ensure counting accuracy.
[0060] To further explain, the conveying trough 232, the eccentric hopper 233, the feeding hopper 31, the conveying channel 32, the counter, the quantity detector, and the inlet of the medicine bottle 5 constitute a packaging assembly. At least two packaging assemblies are provided, and the two packaging assemblies are arranged side by side.
[0061] By setting up two sets of packaging components, packaging efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, even if one set of packaging components malfunctions or requires maintenance, the other sets can continue to operate, thus ensuring production continuity and improving the reliability of the setup.
[0062] Further explanation: the feeding device 2 also includes a cylinder 25 and a gate 26 arranged sequentially from top to bottom. The gate 26 includes an installation end and a closing end. The installation end and the cylinder 26 are installed between the conveying channels 232 of the two sets of packaging components. The gate 26 swings about the installation end as an axis. The gate 26 is used to close the feed inlet of the conveying channel 232 of any set of packaging components.
[0063] The cylinder 25 is electrically connected to both sets of quantity detectors of the packaging components. The output end of the cylinder 25 is connected to the gate 26. The cylinder 25 is used to drive the gate 26 to swing.
[0064] By configuring a cylinder 25 and a gate 26, with the cylinder 25 electrically connected to the quantity detectors of the two packaging components, the cylinder 25 can automatically drive the gate 26 to swing according to the signals from the quantity detectors. Specifically, when the quantity detector of one packaging component shows that the number of tablets 4 in the feed hopper 31 of that packaging component is insufficient, the cylinder 25 drives the gate 26 to swing towards the conveying trough 232 of the other packaging component, thereby closing the feed inlet of the conveying trough 232 of the other packaging component. This allows all the tablets 4 passing through the feed trough 231 to enter the conveying trough 232 of that packaging component, thus replenishing the tablets 4 in the feed hopper 31 of that packaging component. Conversely, the same applies. That is, this technical solution, by configuring the cylinder 25 and the gate 26, facilitates the rapid adjustment of the flow direction of the tablets 4 according to production needs, ensuring the continuity and flexibility of production.
[0065] To further explain, the feeding device 2 also includes at least two limiting blocks 27. One limiting block is protruding from the inner wall of the conveying groove 232 of one of the packaging components, and the other limiting block is protruding from the inner wall of the conveying groove 232 of another packaging component. The limiting blocks 27 are used to abut against the closing end of the gate 26.
[0066] By setting the limit block 27, it is ensured that the closed end of the gate 26 can accurately abut against the limit block 27 during the swing process, so that the gate 36 can accurately close or open the feed port of the conveying trough 232, avoiding the problem of leakage or poor flow of the tablets 4 due to the inaccurate position of the gate 26.
