A feed granulator with adjustable fineness

Abstract

This utility model relates to the field of feed pellet mill technology, and more particularly to an adjustable feed pellet mill, including a pelleting component and a drive motor; the drive motor is disposed on the outer side of the pelleting component. This utility model uses an aperture adjustment disc and a pelleting disc in a splicing combination, allowing a small-diameter hollow pelleting column to be inserted into a large-diameter hollow pelleting hole, thereby reducing the pelleting hole diameter passing through the pelleting disc. The aperture adjustment disc has a mounting groove for the drive shaft, making the splicing and installation of the aperture adjustment disc and the pelleting disc more convenient and efficient. The pelleting diameter processing consistency is more stable and efficient compared to other adjustable aperture pellet mills. If the pelleting diameter needs to be changed to a large-diameter hollow pelleting hole, simply remove the aperture adjustment disc from under the pelleting disc to restore the pelleting diameter of the large-diameter hollow pelleting hole.
