Abstract

This utility model discloses a tool for deburring the edges of plastic sheets, including a tool housing with a lower opening. The plastic sheet is placed inside the lower opening. Support frames are fixedly installed on both outer walls of the tool housing. Horizontally arranged support bars are fixedly installed on the support frames. One end of the support bar extends into the lower opening and is fixedly connected to a grinding disc. The grinding disc has an L-shaped cross-section, and its surface abuts against the edge surface of the plastic sheet. Compared with the prior art, this utility model, by installing support frames on the tool housing and providing a support bar and fixedly connected grinding disc in the lower opening, allows the grinding disc to abut against the surface of the plastic sheet. By moving horizontally along the edge direction of the plastic sheet, the grinding disc effectively polishes the edge surface of the plastic sheet, thereby achieving the removal of burrs from the plastic sheet's edges.
