Abstract

This application provides a simplified installation structure for air conditioning condensers in hybrid vehicles, belonging to the field of condenser installation technology. It includes: a frame; a right mounting bracket installed on the right side of the frame; a left mounting bracket installed on the left side of the frame; a first snap-fit ​​plate fixed to the front of the right and left mounting brackets; a second snap-fit ​​plate fixed above the front of the right and left mounting brackets; a third snap-fit ​​plate, one of each of the first snap-fit ​​plates, and all third snap-fit ​​plates are fixed to the right and left mounting brackets; and a fourth snap-fit ​​plate, one of each of the first snap-fit ​​plates. This application allows for convenient and effective fixing of the condenser within the frame to the pre-installation position, saving assembly time, effectively ensuring production cycle time, avoiding the misalignment problem encountered during conventional installation, thereby improving assembly quality. No bolts are required, installation is simple, and the fixing is secure.
