A smart mobile multi-functional pressure testing device

Abstract

This utility model relates to the technical field of hydrostatic testing equipment, and provides an intelligent mobile multifunctional pressure testing device, which includes a testing mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a hydraulic system, and a pressure testing system. The device comprises a testing mechanism including a first clamping member with a first sealing element, a second clamping member with a second sealing element, and a hydraulic cylinder; and a feeding mechanism with a support frame and a lifting frame. The blowout preventer to be tested is placed on the support frame, and the lifting frame lifts it to the clamping area between the first and second clamping members. A hydraulic system is also provided to drive the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to extend and retract, causing the first and second clamping members to move closer or further apart, thus clamping or releasing the blowout preventer. The pressure testing system outputs test water to the blowout preventer to determine whether it leaks. This reduces reliance on manual labor, simplifies operation, avoids the influence of human skill level on the test, increases efficiency, and improves accuracy and safety.
