Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of kitchen equipment, in particular to a cooking equipment with a visible structure, which comprises an upper shell, a lower shell and a wind circulation assembly arranged in the upper shell, a cooking utensil is arranged in the lower shell, and a heating assembly is arranged below the cooking utensil; the upper shell comprises an inner cover and an outer cover, a cross-flow fan is arranged between the inner cover and the outer cover, a cooking space is formed between the inner cover and the cooking utensil, a wind guide channel is arranged between the inner cover and the outer cover, an air inlet corresponding to the cross-flow fan is arranged on the inner cover, and a wind guide opening for connecting the wind guide channel and the cooking space is arranged on the side wall of the inner cover; a visible structure is arranged between the inner cover and the outer cover, and the visible structure is located at the leeward side of the wind guide channel; the visible structure is convenient for observing the cooking condition of food in the cooking space while ensuring that the heat in the cooking space is uniformly distributed.
