Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of roller cover, and one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a wear-resistant block embedded roller cover, which comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve is arranged outside the inner sleeve, a self-rotation plug-in assembly is arranged between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, and an oiling and lubricating assembly is arranged inside the outer sleeve; the self-rotation plug-in assembly comprises an embedded cavity, a limiting protrusion is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner sleeve, the limiting protrusion is embedded in the inside of the embedded cavity, a sealing limiting ring is arranged on the limiting protrusion, a sealing limiting groove is arranged in the inside of the embedded cavity, and the sealing limiting ring is embedded in the inside of the sealing limiting groove. Through the above technical scheme, the technical problem that the conventional roller cover has some deficiencies in wear resistance, some roller covers are designed in a whole body and are manufactured by using a single material, the wear resistance of the roller cover is limited, the roller cover is prone to wear after long-time use, the service life of the roller cover is short, the roller cover needs to be frequently replaced, and the maintenance cost of the equipment and the downtime are increased is solved.
