Abstract

This invention provides a telescopic tool-type formwork fixture for photovoltaic (PV) support piles, belonging to the field of new energy PV installation technology. It includes a foundation formwork, a sliding formwork, and fastening bolts. The foundation formwork consists of two semi-circular steel formwork panels (Ⅰ) connected to two semi-circular flanges. Each semi-circular steel formwork panel (Ⅰ) has several axially aligned bolt holes on both sides. The sliding formwork consists of two semi-circular steel formwork panels (Ⅱ), with an inner diameter matching the outer diameter of the foundation formwork. Each semi-circular steel formwork panel (Ⅱ) has corresponding connection holes on both sides corresponding to the bolt holes in the foundation formwork. Fastening bolts pass through the corresponding holes in the sliding formwork and the foundation formwork, fixing them together. The sliding formwork can slide up and down along the outer wall of the foundation formwork, and the overall height can be adjusted by the fixing position of the fastening bolts. This invention has a simple structure, is quick to install, and effectively solves the problems of low splicing efficiency and grout leakage in traditional formwork, making it suitable for PV pile construction.
