A heat treatment heat energy recycling device

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of heat recovery, and particularly relates to a heat treatment heat energy recycling device, which comprises a heat exchanger, a high-temperature liquid inlet assembly and a liquid return assembly. The heat exchanger is detachably arranged in a water tank of a low-temperature heat source process. The high-temperature liquid inlet assembly comprises a conveying pipe, a pump body and a liquid inlet pipe, and the liquid inlet pipe is connected with a quenching tank in a heat treatment device. The liquid return assembly comprises a return pipe, one end of which is connected with the quenching tank in the heat treatment process. The high-temperature liquid generated by the heat treatment of a workpiece in the heat treatment device is pumped out by the pump body and flows into the heat exchanger through the conveying pipe. The heat exchanger transfers heat to the water tank, so that the cleaning liquid in the water tank is heated and used to clean the oil stains attached to the workpiece during machining. The heat exchanger of the application does not occupy the space of the quenching tank and is not easily damaged by collision. The risk that the liquid in the heat exchanger pollutes the quenching tank is greatly reduced. Moreover, the heat exchanger directly contacts the cleaning liquid in the water tank, so that the heat exchange efficiency is higher.
