Abstract

The drilling machine safety protection device comprises a drilling machine and a protection assembly, the protection assembly comprises a protection cover composed of a first half cover and a second half cover and a reset piece, the top of the protection cover is provided with a sliding groove for the passing of a spindle box, the bottom of the protection cover is provided with an avoiding groove for the passing of a worktable, the first half cover can reciprocate along the vertical shaft axis direction, the second half cover can reciprocate along the vertical shaft axis direction and can rotate around the vertical shaft axis direction, and the reset piece is used for driving the protection cover to move along the vertical direction together with an elongated arm. In addition, a sliding groove matched with a sliding block, a TPU transparent rubber band, a guide shaft, a reset spring and other structures are arranged, and the material of the protection cover is transparent acrylic plate. The drilling machine safety protection device has the technical effects of improving the operation safety of the drilling machine, facilitating the observation of the machining condition, and enabling the protection assembly to move reasonably together with the elongated arm and reset in time.
