Abstract

This application relates to the field of automotive stamping die technology, and discloses an automotive stamping die that facilitates waste removal. It includes a base box, a top plate on top of the base box, a back plate fixedly installed on the same side of the base box, a lower die base fixedly installed on the top of the base box, a collection mechanism on the top of the base box, two fixed plates fixedly installed on the inner wall of the top of the base box, a threaded mechanism inside the base box, and an ejection mechanism inside the lower die base. A lifting mechanism is provided on the top plate, and a rotating shaft is rotatably installed on the opposite side of the two fixed plates. This application has the following advantages and effects: by setting the ejection mechanism, the stamped workpiece and waste can be ejected from the lower die base together, facilitating the removal of the workpiece by the operator; by setting the cleaning mechanism, waste can be automatically collected, preventing waste from accumulating in the die's working area.
