An expandable gas collection device

Abstract

This invention provides an expandable gas collection device, including a gas collection box with a storage tank installed on one side. A filter plate support is fixedly connected to the inside of the gas collection box, and an oil baffle and multiple filter plates are fixedly connected inside the filter plate support. A lifting assembly is fixedly connected to one side of the gas collection box. A cleaning support plate and a flushing nozzle are fixedly connected to one end of the lifting assembly. A stabilizing rod is slidably connected to one side of the cleaning support plate, and a backwash nozzle is fixedly connected to the other end of the stabilizing rod. A spring is fixedly connected to the rear of the backwash nozzle and one end of the stabilizing rod. The lifting assembly, driven by an electric screw, controls the movement of the backwash nozzle and the flushing nozzle. The nozzle is connected to an external water pump to spray cleaning liquid or water. Simultaneously, the spring and stabilizing wheel keep the backwash nozzle in close contact with the filter plate surface, and the scraper cleans the oil baffle, ensuring stability during the flushing and backwashing process. The electric screw lowers the nozzle to complete the cleaning, avoiding manual intervention. This effectively removes oil deposits, improves filtration efficiency, and enhances equipment maintenance convenience.
