A rice grading and screening device

Abstract

This utility model provides a rice grading and screening device, belonging to the field of screening device technology. It includes a frame base plate, which comprises a support frame welded from four square tubes. A rectangular frame is mounted on top of the support frame, and a hopper is located at the center of the front side of the top of the rectangular frame. A drive assembly is mounted on top of the rectangular frame, comprising a reduction motor, a reversing gearbox, and rolling rods. The reduction motor is located below the hopper. There are two reversing gearboxes symmetrically arranged along the width of the front end of the rectangular frame. Two rolling rods are located at the edges along the width of the rectangular frame, with one end of each rolling rod connected to a reversing gearbox. The reduction motor has a double solid shaft structure, with both ends of its output connected to the two reversing gearboxes. A rotating cylinder assembly is located between the two rolling rods. This design solves the problem of excessive noise generated by existing technologies, which not only deteriorates the working environment but also easily leads to hearing damage to operators.
