A gantry-type drilling machining center

Abstract

This utility model discloses a gantry-type multi-drill machining center, relating to the field of multi-drill machining technology. It includes a crossbeam with two columns fixedly installed at its lower part. Both the crossbeam and columns adopt a frame structure. Drilling equipment is installed on both the crossbeam and columns. A first connecting mechanism is provided on the crossbeam, and a second connecting mechanism is provided on the columns. The second connecting mechanism includes a second movable seat, which is square-shaped and sleeved on the columns. This gantry-type multi-drill machining center allows four drilling devices to process workpieces simultaneously after they are clamped on the machine tool and stopped in the same position. When each drilling device is equipped with eight drilling machines of the same model, it can process up to 32 holes at a time, enabling processing of multiple hole positions and simultaneous processing in both horizontal and vertical directions, resulting in high processing efficiency.
