Sheet embossing equipment

Abstract

This application provides a sheet embossing device and a sheet calendering device, comprising a pair of wall panels, a patterned steel roller rotatably connected between the pair of wall panels via a fixed bearing, and a cooling roller that is vertically and flexibly disposed between the pair of wall panels via an outer spherical bearing. The cooling roller is located directly above and parallel to the patterned steel roller, and an upper oven and a lower oven are disposed in front of the cooling roller. The upper and lower ovens are parallel to each other, and a channel for sheet material to pass through is reserved between the upper and lower ovens. The sheet embossing device of this application uses a secondary heating embossing process to emboss the sheet. The sheet is first heated twice in the oven, and then the cooling roller and the patterned steel roller press the sheet to form the desired pattern. This process produces sheets with uniform thickness and clear patterns, resulting in high-quality sheet products and greatly improving the production efficiency of the sheet production line.
