High-pressure flow type steel sheet pile cofferdam

Abstract

The application relates to a high-pressure flow-eroding steel sheet pile cofferdam. The application is suitable for the technical field of cofferdams. The technical scheme adopted by the application comprises the following: a plurality of steel sheet mechanisms, which are circumferentially closed to form the main structure of the steel sheet pile cofferdam, and are internally provided with a plurality of flow-eroding air channels; a plurality of linear close-contact components, which are arranged between adjacent steel sheet mechanisms in the same plane and can linearly splice the adjacent steel sheet mechanisms; a plurality of corner close-contact components, which are arranged at the corners of the steel sheet pile cofferdam and can splice the adjacent steel sheet mechanisms at the corners; a gas conveying component, which is arranged at the top of the steel sheet mechanism, is externally connected with a gas source, is connected with the input ends of the flow-eroding air channels and can convey pressurized gas flow into the flow-eroding air channels; and a high-pressure flow-eroding mechanism, which is arranged at the inner side of the steel sheet mechanism, and whose inner cavity is in communication with the output ends of the flow-eroding air channels and can erode the sand layer at the bottom of the steel sheet pile cofferdam under the action of the pressurized gas.
