Abstract

The application discloses a prefabrication production line for high-strength concrete lining segments, and belongs to the prefabrication field of concrete lining segments, which comprises a bottom plate, a servo motor is mounted on the outer side of the bottom plate, a power output shaft of the servo motor is fixedly connected with a lead screw, a sliding block is threadedly connected with the outer edge of the lead screw, a containing hole is formed in the top of the sliding block, an electric push rod is mounted on the inner bottom of the containing hole, the output end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with a prefabrication bin, the output end of the prefabrication bin is fixedly connected with a limiting groove, an extrusion assembly is mounted on the outer side of the bottom plate, the extrusion assembly is used for forming the concrete in the prefabrication bin into a segment shape, a drying assembly is mounted on the outer side of the bottom plate; the prefabrication of the concrete segment is realized in an integrated mode on the same process through the extrusion assembly, the drying assembly and a vibrating assembly, the concrete segment does not need to be transported for multiple times, the efficiency is improved, and the concrete segment does not need to be cooled statically.
