Abstract

The application provides a cable extrusion anti-dragging mold for an extruder, which comprises a mold core, a mold sleeve sleeved on the mold core, and a glue injection assembly arranged between the mold core and the mold sleeve, wherein the mold core comprises a mold plate, a mold hole arranged on the mold plate, a first displacement assembly arranged on one side of the mold plate, and a second displacement assembly arranged on the other side of the mold plate. By arranging the first displacement assembly and the second displacement assembly on both sides of the mold core, the contact area between the cable and the mold core is greatly reduced, the contact time between the cable and the mold core is shortened, the heat of the mold is prevented from being transferred to the cable core in a large amount, the temperature stability of the glue material transported by the glue injection assembly is effectively maintained, the problems of poor appearance, thinning, cracking or insufficient glue thickness of the outer sheath can be solved from the root without additional adjustment of equipment parameters, and the application has the advantages of simple structure, simple operation, significant reduction of product quality fluctuation, strong adaptability and easy popularization and implementation.
