Abstract

It includes a frame, a support column on one side of the frame, a rotating outer shell rotatably connected to the support column, a conveying outer shell on one side of the rotating outer shell, a feed inlet communicating with the interior of the conveying outer shell on the top side, and a discharge outlet communicating with the interior of the conveying outer shell on the bottom side. Two parallel rotating shafts are rotatably connected inside the conveying outer shell, and heating elements are installed inside the rotating shafts. Both rotating shafts have axially arranged helical blades, which are staggered and twist in opposite directions. During the conveying of plastic raw materials, the two staggered helical blades, with their opposite twisting directions, allow the plastic raw materials between the two helical blades to be squeezed and cut, thereby dispersing the plastic raw materials and improving the drying efficiency.
