Power converter and front instrument panel structure

Abstract

The application belongs to the field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a power converter and a front instrument panel structure. The power converter comprises a bracket and a positive electrode assembly and a negative electrode assembly. The bracket comprises a bottom plate and a boss protruding axially from the bottom plate, and an interface hole penetrating through the bracket in the axial direction is formed in the boss. The positive electrode assembly and the negative electrode assembly are both connected to the axially protruding end of the boss and partially extend into the interface hole, and the negative electrode assembly is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the positive electrode assembly. In the application, the positive electrode assembly and the negative electrode assembly cooperate with the bracket to form a radially inner-outer nested structure, which can reduce the axial size of the power converter and realize miniaturized design on the basis of providing the power supply function. Moreover, the power converter can be integrated on the front instrument panel, which is beneficial to the operation of the passenger.
