Abstract

A method for estimating an anomalous pore pressure value at a depth level of a first discontinuous interface (24, 210) between a first geological formation and a second geological formation to be drilled by a drill bit (10), by means of a system (100) comprising at least one electroacoustic transducer (20) mounted to said cutting tip (30), at least one memory (32, 33) for containing observable data and at least one control processor (30, 31) for processing observable data contained in said at least one memory (32, 33), wherein said at least one processor (30, 31) controls the transmission of a signal transmitted at a given frequency, said at least one electroacoustic transducer (20) receiving a received signal which said at least one processor (30, 31) records in said at least one memory (32, 33),comparing them with preloaded observable data in said at least one memory.,
