A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR THE TREATMENT OF ANEMIA IN A SUITABLE CONTAINER, WHICH KEEPS THE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS SEPARATE IN A SEALED MANNER: THE IRON COMPLEX WITH N-ACETYL-L-ASPARTIC CASEIN AND CALCIUM FOLIATE PENTAHYDRATE

Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a single-dose oral solution comprising the iron complex with N-acetyl-L-aspartate casein and calcium folinate pentahydrate as active ingredients. The iron complex with N-acetyl-L-aspartate casein is formulated with ferric iron and complexed N-acetyl-L-aspartic acid and is stored in a cylindrical container in liquid form. The calcium folinate pentahydrate is stored in solid form in the closed storage cap and is kept separately in a sealed manner from the solution which is stored in the container. The container-closed storage cap device allows the mixing of the two active ingredients just before their administration as a single-dose oral solution. The obtained pharmaceutical composition helps to treat both chronic anemia and anemia during pregnancy and lactation.
