Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a cabinet system comprising a cabinet housing into which at least one component for interior fitting is installed, having a mounting portion having a first end and a second end spaced therefrom, and is held to the cabinet housing with positive locking and mechanical tension. Such a cabinet system is known from EP 2 452 591 A1.
[0002] Other cabinet systems are also known from EP 2 320 531 A1, DE 10 2009 057 065 A1 or FR 2 097 543 A5; another example is the applicant's compact enclosure AE, which is described in Rittal Handbook 34, edition 2014 / 2015, p. 44 ff.
[0003] A component for interior fittings in the form of a mounting rail is the subject of WO 2013 / 075684 A1. The mounting section described therein has a clamping section at a first end and a support section at a second end opposite the first end, wherein the clamping section comprises a toggle lever. The toggle lever has a fastening side, via which the toggle lever is detachably screwed to the first end of the mounting section, and a clamping side, to which the mounting rail is secured to a housing wall. For particularly effective fixing of the mounting rail to the inside of a cabinet housing, both the support section and the clamping section have at least one claw, which digs into the inside of the cabinet housing when fixed.
[0004] Based on this state of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a cabinet system in which dynamic loads in the interior fittings can be absorbed better than before.
[0005] This object is achieved by a cabinet system according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of dependent claims 2 to 11.
[0006] According to the invention, indentations are provided on the inner sides of the walls, floor, and / or ceiling of the cabinet housing, which indentations engage with at least partially complementary structures on at least one of the spaced ends of the component. The indentations and the complementary structures can reliably absorb loads, particularly dynamic loads, since the mounting rail is held in the cabinet housing at least by a positive fit. Furthermore, the structures also serve as a positioning aid for the components.
[0007] Components considered for interior fittings include mounting rails, support rails, luminaires, and socket lists. Although the following primarily refers to mounting rails, it is understood that the explanations also apply to other interior fitting components.
[0008] It is preferred that the indentations be arranged in a grid. However, it is also possible to choose a different positioning with different spacing, depending, for example, on the size of the cabinet housing or the size or dimensions of the respective component. Individual indentations are also conceivable.
[0009] According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a support section is provided at the first end and a clamping section is provided at the second end, wherein the at least partially complementary structures are provided both at the support section and at the clamping section.
[0010] Preferably, the support section has a transition web extending from the mounting section with a fastening tab bent therefrom, which runs substantially perpendicular to the sides of the mounting section, wherein the complementary structures are mounted in the fastening tab.
[0011] Likewise preferably, the clamping section of the mounting section comprises a toggle lever with a fastening side and a clamping side, wherein the toggle lever is detachably screwed to the mounting section on the fastening side.
[0012] At the second end of the mounting section, an edge section may also be provided on which the toggle lever pivotably rests.
[0013] The at least partially complementary structures can be formed in the clamping side of the toggle lever.
[0014] According to a first embodiment of the invention, the at least partially complementary structures can be perforations, with a first number of perforations being provided in the fastening tab of the support section and a second number of perforations being provided in the clamping section of the component. Preferably, the number of perforations in the support section and the clamping section is identical. With such a configuration, the component for interior fitting is held by both frictional and positive engagement.
[0015] According to a second embodiment of the invention, the at least partially complementary structures are cutouts that are open to the free edge of the fastening tab or to the free edge of a folded edge on the clamping side of the toggle lever. The component for the interior fitting of the cabinet system, particularly in the form of a mounting rail or support rail, can be further characterized in that a first section of the transition web has at least one elongated hole extending in the longitudinal direction of the mounting section.
[0016] In order to ensure a variety of installation options, the sides of the mounting section of a mounting rail or support rail can be provided with a system perforation, which can consist in a known manner of rows of alternating circular openings and oblong holes that have rectangular shapes.
[0017] For stability reasons, it is advantageous if the mounting section of a mounting rail or support rail has a U-shaped cross-section.
[0018] The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing. It shows: Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of a mounting rail for use in a cabinet system according to the present invention; Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of a mounting rail for use in a cabinet system according to the present invention; Fig. 3 a perspective detailed view of one end of the mounting rail in a direction opposite to the Fig. 2 position rotated by 180°; Fig. 4 a longitudinal section view of the mounting rail from Fig. 2; Fig. 5 a perspective view of a mounting rail installed in a cabinet housing according to Fig. 2; Fig. 6 a perspective view of the cabinet housing interior, wherein a mounting rail according to Fig. 2 is used in combination with chassis; Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a cabinet housing showing various installation options for a mounting rail; and Fig. 8 a schematic representation of a cabinet housing with light and power strips as components for the interior fittings.
[0019] The Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 each show a perspective view of a mounting rail 100, 200 according to a first and a second embodiment for use in a cabinet system according to the present invention. The embodiments are largely similar, with the differences being found in the design of the complementary structures, as will be explained below. In particular, all further explanations relating to the Fig. 2, also for the embodiment according to Fig. 1.
[0020] In the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a mounting rail 100, 200 for a cabinet system according to the present invention comprises a mounting section 110, 210 with a first end 111, 211 and a second end 112, 212. At the first end 111, 211 of the mounting section 110, 210, a support section 120, 220 is attached, which consists of a transition web 121a, 121b, 121c or 221a, 221b, 221c and a fastening tab 122, 222. A first section 121a, 221a runs perpendicular to the side walls 113, 213 (and 215, Fig. 3) and parallel to the top side 114, 214 of the mounting section 110, 210. Three elongated holes 123, 124, 125 and 223, 224, 225, respectively, are formed in this section 121a, 221a, which extend parallel to one another in the longitudinal direction of the mounting section 110, 210. Section 121a, 221a is adjoined at a right angle by a section 121b, 221b, which in turn merges at a right angle into a section 121c, 221c, which runs parallel to section 121a, 221a. Perpendicular to this section 121c, 221c is the fastening tab 122, 222, which is provided with complementary structures 140, 141, 142 and 240, 241, 242, respectively. The clamping section 130, 230 at the second end 112, 212 of the mounting section 110, 210 comprises a toggle lever 131, 231 with a fastening side (better in Fig. 4) and a clamping side 131b 231b, which has a folded edge 132, 232, wherein complementary structures 143, 144, 145 and 243, 244, 245 are attached in the folded edge 132, 232. The fastening side is detachably attached to the mounting section 110, 210 near the second end 112, 212 by means of a screw 150, 250, wherein a depression 118, 218 is provided in the mounting section 110, 210, into which the head of the screw 150, 250 is inserted when the screw 150, 250 is tightened and the toggle lever is thus in a locking position.
[0021] In the embodiment according to Fig. 1, the complementary structures 140, 141, 142 and 143, 144, 145 are openings with a substantially circular cross-section, which are introduced into the fastening tab 122 or into the folded edge 132. Other cross-sectional shapes, e.g., oval, are conceivable, which can provide tolerance compensation. In the embodiment according to Fig. 2, the complementary structures 240, 241, 242 and 243, 244, 245 are approximately semicircular recesses which are oriented towards the free edge of fastening tab 222 or edge 232.
[0022] Fig. 3 shows the mounting rail 200 from Fig. 2 in a position rotated by 180° in the area of the second end 212. The toggle lever 231 is on its fastening side (see Fig. 4) by means of a screw on the mounting section 210, wherein a threaded sleeve 219 is attached to the mounting section 210, which threads the screw 250 ( Fig. 2). The fastening side merges via a multiple fold into the clamping side 231b and in particular into the fold 232, in which the recesses 243, 244, 245 are located. In the clamped state of the toggle lever 231, the fold 232 runs parallel to the fastening tab 222 of the support section 220 ( Fig. 2).
[0023] Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal sectional view of the mounting rail 200 from Fig. 2. At the second end 212 of the mounting section 210, an upstanding edge section 216 is provided, which defines a pivot axis for the toggle lever 231. In the released state of the toggle lever 231, i.e. when the screw 250 ( Fig. 2) is not tightened, the edge 232 can be pivoted back, so to speak, so that a free space can be created to an inner wall of a cabinet housing, which can be used for assembly purposes. The clamping section 230 is thus, just as in the embodiment according to Fig. 1, is movable, while the support section 220 is rigid at the opposite first end 211 of the mounting section 210. It can be seen there that the transition web 221b, which adjoins the section 221a at a right angle, forms a step, which is compensated at the second end 212 by a corresponding projection 233 on the lower edge of the side 213 (not shown) or 215.
[0024] Fig. Figure 5 shows a section of a cabinet housing 10, wherein inner sides 12 are indicated, which are provided on corresponding sides of the cabinet housing 10. The inner sides 12 have a number of equally spaced indentations 14, which are thus provided in a grid on the inner side 12 of the side wall. Opposite the side 12, a similar design is provided, which, however, is not visible in the drawing. Between the side walls 11, 11', a mounting rail 200 is mounted, as shown in the Fig. 2 to 4. In particular, two impressions 14 are encompassed by recesses 240, 242, while the recess 241 remains unoccupied. The mounting rail 200 is fixed to the side wall 11' by means of the toggle lever 231 ( Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4). A hinge 18 is also attached to the side wall 11'.
[0025] Fig. 6 shows how a mounting rail 200 is used to install additional components in the interior of a cabinet housing 10. Since all sides 213, 214, 215 of the mounting rail or the mounting section 210 of the mounting rail are provided with system perforations, a variety of connection options for chassis 20, 30 are available. In the assembly shown here, only one indentation 14 is used to fix the mounting rail 200 to the support section 220, while the recesses 240, 242 remain free.
[0026] Fig. Figure 7 shows variants for attaching a mounting rail 200 to a cabinet housing 10. The mounting rail 200 can be arranged not only spanning the space between two side walls, but also in the ceiling area, if necessary. In both mounting positions, only one of the recesses of a mounting rail can be placed over an indentation.
[0027] The grid pattern of the recesses 240, 241, 242 and 243, 244, 245 and the grid pattern of the impressions 14 provide a variety of possibilities for mounting the mounting rail 200 (the same applies to the mounting rail 100 according to Fig. 1) on the cabinet housing 10, since not every recess necessarily has to be aligned with an indentation or other geometric structure to ensure stable attachment of the mounting rail 100 or 200 on or in the cabinet housing 10. In particular, a height adjustment or height compensation can be carried out, which allows the cabinet housing to be equipped with conventional standard components. With a grid spacing of, for example, 2.5 cm for the openings 140, 141, 142 and 143, 144, 145 or the recesses 240, 241, 242 and 243, 244, 245, a height compensation of up to 5 cm can be achieved if the respective component is fixed via appropriately selected indentations 14 of the cabinet housing 10.
[0028] Fig. Figure 8 shows a perspective view of a cabinet housing 10, in which a light 300, a first power strip 400, and a second power strip 500 are shown mounted in an arbitrary arrangement as components for the interior fittings. The light 300 and the first power strip 400 can be provided with support sections and clamping sections, as described in connection with the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 for the mounting rails 100, 200 shown there. Other mounting options are also conceivable; for example, the more sensitive luminaires 300 can be suspended from projections that engage behind them, so that the attachment is achieved only with a positive fit, but with little or no mechanical tension. The second power strip 500 is designed for only one-sided attachment to the housing, although projections that engage behind them are also useful here as geometric structures.
