Wiper blade device with at least one wiper strip unit (10a - 10d) which has a receiving area (12a - 12d) for a wiper blade adapter (14a), which has at least one spring rail channel (16a - 16d) for at least one spring rail (18a - 18d), which has a wiping lip (20a) for wiping a vehicle window (22a) and which has at least two fixing recesses (24a - 24d, 26a - 26d, 28b; 28d; 30d; 32d;34d) which are provided for fastening the wiper blade adapter (14a) and which each have an extension along the spring rail channel (16a - 16d) which is smaller than an extension of the receiving area (12a - 12d) along the spring rail channel (16a - 16d), characterized in that the wiper strip unit (10b) comprises a greater number of fixing recesses (26b, 28b) on a first longitudinal side (42b) than on a second longitudinal side (44b) and the wiper strip unit (10b) comprises exactly one more fixing recess (28b) on the first longitudinal side (42b) than on the second longitudinal side (44b) and the wiper strip unit (10b) has exactly three fixing recesses (24b, 26b, 28b).
