Description

The invention relates to a device for passing a line through a floor panel made of at least one concrete layer for a building, having an at least two-part protective tube, which has an outer tube concreteable in a fixed manner into the floor panel, and a dimensionally stable inner part movable in the outer tube. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a floor panel for a building and to a method for producing such a floor panel.Devices for passing a line through a floorboard are used to introduce lines, such as data or power lines, or media lines, such as water pipes or gas pipes, into a building, in particular a cellarless building. Since the actual final height of the floor panel or the thickness of the floor panel in the case of a multilayer floor panel, in particular the layer thicknesses of, for example, the concrete layer and of a further screed layer to be formed above the concrete layer, can / can vary on account of manufacturing tolerances during the production of the floor panel or a change in the possible composition of the floor panel structure, the devices, also referred to as house introduction, are usually to be adapted to the finished surface of the floor panel after completion of the floor panel, for example by separating device regions. The exact severing of the device sections is frequently associated with a correspondingly high amount of work and time.DE 10 2005 041 176 A1 discloses a house insert for a preferably cellarless building for passing a plurality of cables and / or pipes through the floor panel of the building. The house insert has a plurality of protective tubes extending through the base plate, wherein each protective tube comprises an outer tube and an inner tube movable in the outer tube. In addition, a box connected to the upper ends of the outer tubes is provided, which box is concreted into the concrete layer of the floor plate and surrounds the protective tubes in sections. The box is formed from a base segment and a plurality of frame segments which can be placed thereon and on top of one another. During the production of the base plate, more frame segments are used than are required for the actual design of the box at the end, the number of which is still adapted in succession to the finished height of the base plate. Due to the many individual parts, particularly in the case of only a single or dual house insertion, for example, there is an disproportionately high assembly and production outlay for such a device. The object of the present invention was thus to show a device for passing a line through a base plate which can be produced easily and inexpensively and, in addition, can be adapted in a simplified manner to the respective circumstances on site. The invention achieves the object on which it is based in a device for passing a line through a floor panel made of at least one concrete layer for a building, having the features according to claim 1. In particular, the protective tube has a form-unstable formwork part which is connected to the outer tube and extends around the inner part and along it.The invention makes use of the finding that, by means of the form-unstable formwork part, a physical separation takes place between the base plate to be produced and the inner part which is movable in the outer tube arranged in a fixed position in the base plate. After curing of the floor panel, which in one embodiment is formed only from a concrete layer, the inner part continues to remain adjustable or movable. Thus, if the inner part is an already usable inner tube of the device, the inner part can be adapted to the finished height dimension of the base plate to be produced by moving, in particular displacing, the inner part in the outer tube. The form-unstable formwork part can be separated before the movable inner part is lowered, for example by means of a knife. Within the scope of the present invention, the formwork part is not configured to be able to absorb forces by the floor plate acting thereon. Possible lateral supporting forces are applied by the dimensionally stable inner part, which ensures that a sufficiently large free cross section is produced in the concrete layer or an screed layer, for example in the case of a multilayer floor panel, within which the inner part can be moved. The use of a dimensionally stable box surrounding the movable inner part can be dispensed with. In the present case, the floor panel can be formed only from a concrete layer or can be a multilayer floor panel made from at least one concrete layer and one screed layer. In a preferred development of the invention, the formwork part is formed from a compressible or deformable material which preferably surrounds the outer side of the dimensionally stable inner part over its full circumference. In one embodiment, the formwork part is preferably dimensionally stable on itself, so that, if no forces act on it, it retains its shape around the inner part. Only when forces act on the formwork part, such as, for example, by the concrete layer or screed layer to be produced on the outside around the formwork part, does the formwork part deform at least partially. By means of the deformation, regions of the formwork part can come into contact or come into contact with the outer side of the inner part of the protective tube. The formwork part surrounds the inner part of the protective tube over its entire circumference, that is to say over the entire circumference, and extends at least along a section of the inner part. A rubber material could be used as the material for the formwork part, for example. The circuit part is preferably formed from a foam and / or insulating material, preferably a foam and / or insulating film. In a preferred embodiment, the foam and / or insulation material is laid around a section of the outer tube and connected thereto. Preferably, the formwork part is firmly connected via a section at the upper end of the outer tube. In particular, the formwork part is glued to the outer side of the outer tube. Preferably, the insulation and / or inspection material forms a type of protective sleeve which preferably protrudes therefrom from the connecting region between the outer tube and the formwork part extending in the longitudinal direction of the outer tube. With the use of a foam and / or insulating material, in particular a foam and / or insulating film, a simple configuration of the formwork part is achieved. Preferably, the formwork part arranged around the inner part of the protective tube has, with respect to its inner dimensions, an excess of the outer dimension of the inner part. Between the inner part and the formwork part, a circumferential gap is preferably provided.According to another development of the device according to the invention, the formwork part has a coefficient of friction μ of less than 0.4, preferably less than 0.25, on its inner side facing the inner tube and the outer side of the inner part. It is ensured via the relatively low coefficient of friction that even if, during the production of the concrete layer or screed layer, the circuit part which extends in the form of a protective sleeve around the inner part is deformed by the upper regions of the base plate and thus comes into contact with the outer side of the inner part of the protective tube, a relative movement between formwork part and movable inner part is possible even after finishing the base plate. As a result, the inner part of the protective tube can continue to be moved relative to and in the outer tube. In particular, if the inner part is an assembly aid made of a solid profile, it can be pulled out of the outer tube and replaced by an inner tube. The friction coefficient μ indicated relates in the present case to the application of dry static friction between the inner side of the formwork part and the outer side of the inner part.In one embodiment of the invention, the formwork part formed from a foam and / or insulating material preferably has a coating on its inner side facing the inner part of the protective tube, which coating is configured to further reduce the coefficient of friction. In a further embodiment, it is provided that the outer side of the formwork part facing the concrete or the screed to be produced or laid has a surface or a coating on the surface, which is configured to improve the material bond between the formwork part and the concrete or screed.Preferably, the formwork part is formed in the connection region with the outer tube in a tapering manner in the direction of its end assigned to the connection region. This achieves a uniform transition from the formwork part to the outer tube of the protective tube. In a preferred embodiment, the formwork part preferably designed as a sleeve part tapers conically. In one embodiment of the invention, the tapered section of the formwork part extends approximately over the entire length of the connecting region between the formwork part and the outer tube.In a further development of the device according to the invention, the inner part is brought into contact with its outer side and the outer pipe is brought into contact with its inner side in a manner overlapping one another along a connecting section. It is ensured in addition that the inner part, preferably designed as an inner pipe, is held within the outer pipe concreted in the concrete layer. In the connecting portion, a frictional engagement is effected which is configured to counteract an automatic movement of the inner part relative to the outer tube. The inner part is fixed to or in the outer tube by the force-fit connection to the extent that it can be moved, in particular displaced, with a relatively low exertion of force relative to the outer tube.In one embodiment of the invention, the inner diameter of the outer tube and the outer diameter of the inner part have dimensions matched to one another. The inner part preferably has a slightly larger outer diameter compared to the inner diameter of the outer tube, as a result of which a type of interference fit is formed, by means of which the frictional engagement between the surfaces which are in contact with one another is effected. In a further embodiment of the device according to the invention, a sealing element is arranged in the connecting section of inner part and outer tube. With the aid of the sealing element, a sealing function is implemented in the connecting section between inner part and outer tube, whereby the entry of contaminants or moisture into the interior of the protective tube and the exit of media, such as gases or liquids, flowing in the protective tube are avoided. The sealing element, which can be designed as a sealing ring, is arranged on at least one of the components of the protective tube, i.e. on the inner part or on the outer tube. In an alternative embodiment, the inner part and the outer tube each have a sealing element arranged thereon, which generates a sealing function with the surface of the respective other part of the protective tube. A sealing function may be required in particular if the form-unstable formwork part is unintentionally perforated during the production of the concrete layer or screed layer, so that moisture can pass via the perforation on the formwork part into the connecting region of outer tube and inner part or gases or liquids can escape from the protective tube. The inner part is preferably an inner tube with a cylindrical inner and outer diameter or a cylindrical mounting body, which is preferably formed from a solid material. In one embodiment, the inner tube has an outer diameter which preferably corresponds to the inner diameter of the outer tube over the entire length of the inner tube. This achieves a preferably large adjustment range of the inner tube relative to the outer tube, via which the inner tube can be moved in the outer tube for adaptation to the finished surface of the produced base plate. Instead of the inner tube, at least during the mounting and the production of the base plate, a cylindrical mounting body made preferably of a solid material can be used, which closes the protective tube during the production of the base plate without additional aids.In one embodiment of the invention, the cylindrical mounting body serving as a temporary element has two sections with different diameters over a section of its extension. A first portion of the mounting body has an outer diameter that is matched to the inner diameter of the outer tube. This correspondingly adapted diameter forms the connecting section with the outer tube. A second portion of the mounting body, which is arranged outside the outer tube, has an outer diameter that is greater than the inner diameter of the outer tube but equal to or less than the outer diameter of the outer tube. Between the first and the second section of the mounting body, a shoulder in diameter is formed, which serves as a contact surface for the inner part at the upper end of the outer tube during mounting. Due to the enlarged outer diameter of the inner part in the second section, a slightly larger opening is produced in the area around the protective tube to be produced in the base plate, via which opening the movement of the inner tube used for the final formation of the protective tube is facilitated.A further development of the invention provides a connecting piece arranged at the free end of the inner tube, preferably for an anchor body which can be coupled to the inner tube. The connecting piece fastened to the upper end of the inner tube forms an enlargement in the cross section of the inner tube, which is preferably placed on the surface of the base plate after completion. The connecting piece serves in particular as a stop for the movable inner tube of the protective tube. This easily prevents the inner tube from sliding excessively far into the base plate. With the aid of an anchor body that can be coupled to the connecting piece, the inner tube is preferably locked to the base plate after completion. The anchor body has at least one anchor plate which can be coupled to the connecting piece of the inner tube and which stands with its underside on the surface of the base plate.Preferably, moreover, at least one receptacle for a fastening means that can be coupled to the upper side of the base plate is provided on the anchor body. Preferably, two receptacles are provided for corresponding fastening means, such as the head of a fastening screw, by means of which the anchor body is fastened to the base plate. The at least two receptacles for the fastening means are preferably arranged at mutually opposite corner regions of the anchor body having an anchor plate. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece can be reversibly coupled to the anchor body via a form-fit connection, similar to a bayonet connection. The connection between the inner tube and the anchor body can thereby be separated and restored as often as desired if necessary.Preferably, a securing element for a rod body holding the outer tube in its orientation before the concrete layer of the floor plate is concreted is arranged on the outer tube. The securing element has a holder interacting with a rod body, which is arranged via a fastening element on the outer tube of the protective tube of the connecting region with the formwork part. The holder has a receptacle for the upper end of the rod body which can be inserted therein and which is preferably designed as an earth spit. With the ground spit, the device according to the invention is placed in the ground before the casting of the concrete layer of the floor slab, wherein the upper end of the rod body and the securing element coupled thereto are placed such that they are arranged within the concrete layer to be cast of the floor slab to be produced. As fastening element for the mounting on the outer tube, preferably parts, material connections or a clamp or the like, which can be varied in diameter, are used, which are integrally formed on the outer tube.In another development of the invention, the end of the outer tube protruding from the base plate on the underside in the installed state has a connection connection for a preferably flexible tube element. The flexible pipe element fastened via the connection connection enables the deflection of the line to be introduced with a predetermined bending radius under the base plate. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the flexible pipe element is configured not to be deflected below a minimum bending radius. This prevents bends in the lines guided through the pipe elements.According to a further development of the device according to the invention, the inner and outer tubes are formed from a dimensionally stable plastic. In addition, it is ensured that the production of a feedthrough within the base plate ensures a minimum diameter for the lines to be led through the base plate. As material for forming inner and outer tubes, dimensionally stable plastics such as, for example, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide or acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene are preferably used.In a further aspect, the invention relates to an arrangement comprising a plurality of adjacently arranged devices for passing a line through a floor panel of a building. Such an arrangement is required in particular if a multi-tray house introduction has to take place through a base plate. The invention also achieves the object on which the device according to the invention is based, in which each device of the arrangement has an at least two-part protective tube according to one of the preferred embodiments of the invention described above. In an alternative embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, each device has an at least two-part protective tube, wherein all protective tubes of the arrangement are surrounded by a single form-unstable formwork part which is connected to the outer tubes and extends in regions around and along the inner parts. In the case of a large number of such devices to be arranged in a base plate, the assembly effort is significantly simplified, since the adaptation of the inner tube to the surface of the base plate after its completion is avoided in particular in the case of a multi-tray domestic introduction without complicated mounting or dismantling of boxes or box segments which surround the various protective tubes in each case individually or in combination. The formwork part surrounding a respective inner part in the first embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention can be easily separated, for example torn off, and the inner part lowered to the desired height above the finished floor panel. In the second embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, only the formwork part surrounding all inner parts is easily separated, preferably torn off, at the height of the upper side of the floor plate produced. The devices for conducting the lines of the arrangement according to the invention are arranged in a row running behind one another or next to one another. In another embodiment, more rows of devices arranged behind or next to each other may also be provided, such a row comprising one or more devices. The distance between the central axes of two adjacently arranged devices for the line passage is in one embodiment less than three times the outer diameter of the protective tube. In one embodiment of the invention, the distance between the devices is defined by the anchor plates to be coupled to the protective tubes, wherein two anchor plates of directly adjacent devices touch each other with their end faces or are arranged at a distance of a few millimeters from each other. Preferably, the one formwork part is laid with its lower end over its full circumference around the respective outer tubes of the arrangement and is preferably connected to its outer sides.According to a further aspect, the invention relates to a floor panel for a building, comprising at least one layer of cast concrete. The floor panel according to the invention achieves the object described at the beginning by at least one device for passing a line through the floor panel according to one of the preferred embodiments described above, wherein the device, after completion of at least the concrete layer, is configured such that the inner part is movable in each case relative to the outer tube. The invention is based on the finding that with the protective tube, which has two dimensionally stable components that are movable relative to one another, namely an outer tube, which is at least partially cast into the concrete layer of the floor plate, and an inner part accommodated movably in the outer tube, a sufficiently high dimensional stability is achieved for the formwork part, which itself is dimensionally unstable. After the concrete layer has cured, the inner part can continue to be moved toward the outer pipe and thus be adjusted in height such that possible deviations which arise during the production of the floor panel can be compensated for. After completion of the floor panel, the form-unstable formwork part is then separated at the level of the surface of the finished floor panel and the inner part, which is preferably a cylindrical inner tube, can be lowered with its upper end, on which a connecting piece is preferably arranged, onto the upper side of the floor panel. A complicated removal of any frame segments or a severing of a box-shaped frame extending around a protective tube, wherein a potting compound would then finally have to be filled between the outer side of the protective tube and the frame-like box for fire protection reasons, is not necessary. In one embodiment of the floor panel according to the invention, it is provided that after completion of the floor panel, the formwork part is at least partially in contact with the outer side of the inner part and preferably forms a sliding surface for the movable inner tube. The formwork part prevents a direct connection between the outer side of the inner part of the protective tube and the at least produced concrete layer, so that it is ensured that the inner part can be moved relative to the outer tube. In addition, due to the small distance of the concrete layer produced from the protective tube, fire protection is ensured without further additional measures. In one embodiment of the invention, the floor panel has only one concrete layer. In a further embodiment, the floor slab comprises an screed layer in addition to the concrete layer and in a next embodiment an insulating layer is provided between the concrete layer and the screed layer. In a further aspect, the invention relates to a method for producing a floor panel according to a previously preferred embodiment. The method according to the invention achieves the object described at the beginning, comprising the steps of: providing the device for passing a line through the floor panel, and producing at least one layer of concrete for the floor panel, wherein the device is fixedly accommodated in the concrete layer with its outer tube; optionally producing an screed layer above the cast concrete layer; separating a section of the dimensionally unstable formwork part protruding beyond the upper side of the finished floor panel, and adjusting the dimensionally stable inner part in the outer tube and in the formwork part, wherein the formwork part extends around and at least along a section of the inner part. With the aid of the method steps according to the invention, simplified production of a base plate is achieved, since the complicated dismantling of possible frame segments of a box accommodating the protective tube is dispensed with. By using a dimensionally unstable material for forming the formwork part, the latter can be cut or shortened at the height of the upper side of the base plate without the aid of special tools. The upper end of the inner part of the protective tube is preferably adjusted to the end height of the finished floor panel by displacing the inner part in the outer tube, which can be formed only from a concrete layer or from a concrete layer and at least one build-up layer, for example screed layer, arranged on the concrete layer. The preferred embodiments or refinements described with respect to the device according to the invention for passing a line through a base plate are at the same time also preferred embodiments of the arrangement according to the invention, of the base plate according to the invention and of the method according to the invention for producing a base plate. The invention is described in more detail below on the basis of a preferred exemplary embodiment with reference to the appended figures. The following are shown here: FIG. 1 is a view of a device according to the invention for conducting a line; FIG. 2 : a detailed view of the device according to the invention in section according to the circled line I from FIG. 1 ; FIG. 3 : a detailed view of the inner part according to the invention according to the circumcirculation II from FIG. 2 ; FIGS. 4 and 5 are schematic representations intended to illustrate the production of the base plate; FIGS. 6 and 7 : schematic representations of various embodiments of arrangements of a plurality of devices for forming a multi-species house introduction. In FIG. 1, a device 1 for passing a line through a floor panel 2 (FIGS. 4, 5 ) for a building, not shown in any more detail, is shown. The device 1 comprises a protective tube 4 which extends through the entire base plate 2. The protective tube 4 has an outer tube 6, which can be concreted in a fixed position in the base plate. The protective tube 4 also comprises a dimensionally stable inner part 8 movable in the outer tube and a form-unstable formwork part 10 connected to the outer tube 6, which formwork part extends around the inner part 8 and along it. At the end of the outer tube 6 protruding from the bottom plate 2 on the underside, a connecting connection 12 is provided, to which a flexible tube element 14 is fastened. The flexible tube element is configured to be capable of being bent only by a predetermined minimum bending radius.Furthermore, a securing element 16 is arranged on the outer tube, which securing element is fastened to a rod body 18, in particular an earth spit. With the rod body 18 the device is positioned in the ground on which the floor panel 2 for the building is to be cast. The securing element 16 has a holder 20 arranged on the rod body 18 and a fastening element 22, which in this exemplary embodiment is designed as a securing clip and clamps the outer circumference of the outer tube 6 at least in regions.FIG. 2 shows an enlarged view of the detail I shown in FIG. 1. outer tube 6 and inner part 8 form a connecting section 24, along which the outer side of the inner part 8 and the inner side of the outer tube 6 are brought into contact with one another in a manner overlapping one another. The dimensions of the outer tube 6 and the inner part 8 are selected such that the inner part 8, which is preferably a cylindrical inner tube, can be moved in the outer tube 6, in particular displaced in the longitudinal direction of the outer tube 6. The formwork part 10, which forms a connecting region 26 with the outer side of the outer tube 6, is formed to be tapered in the direction of its end assigned to the connecting region 26. The form-unstable formwork part 10, which deforms in the event of a force acting perpendicularly on its surface, has sufficient dimensional stability in its orientation extending outwards around the inner part 8 in the assembled state, so that, if no forces act on the formwork part, a type of sleeve part is formed around sections of the outer tube 6 and of the inner part 8.In one embodiment, the formwork part 10 is formed from a compressible or deformable material which surrounds the outer side of the dimensionally stable inner part 8 over its full circumference. In one embodiment of the invention, the formwork part 10 is formed from a foam and / or insulating material, preferably a foam and / or insulating film. In a further embodiment, the formwork part has a coefficient of friction μ of less than 0.4, preferably less than 0.25, on its inner side 28 facing the inner part 8. In a further embodiment, a coating reducing the coefficient of friction can be applied to the inner side 28 of the formwork part 10. As can also be seen from FIG. 2, a connecting piece 30 is arranged at the upper free end of the inner tube 8' and is used in an embodiment of the invention as a stop for the inner tube 8' which can be placed on the upper side of the finished base plate 2.As can also be seen from FIG. 2 and shown in detail in FIG. 3, a sealing element 32 is arranged in the connecting section 24 of inner part 8 and outer tube 6, with which sealing element sealing between the displaceable components of the protective tube 4 is ensured. This is intended to prevent the entry of moisture or dirt into the protective tube 4 and the exit of media, such as gases or liquids, flowing in the protective tube from the protective tube 4. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the sealing element 32 is arranged on the end 34 of the inner part 8, or of the inner pipe 8', which end is brought into contact with the outer pipe 6 in the connecting section 24. The sealing element 32 is formed from a material having elastic properties. In one embodiment of the invention, alternatively to the sealing element 32 or optionally to the sealing element 32, a sealing element, not shown in more detail, can be arranged on the inner side at the upper end of the outer tube 6.FIGS. 4 and 5 show the device 1 according to the invention in the assembled state during the production of the base plate (FIG. 4 ) and on the already finished base plate (FIG. 5 ). A dimensionally stable plastic is used to form the inner and outer tubes 6, 8' which ensures that forces acting on the protective tube 4 are reliably absorbed during the production of the base plate and that only a slight, if any, deformation is produced by the forces acting on the protective tube 4 from the outside. The outer pipe 6 and the formwork part 10 are connected to one another in such a way that, when producing a concrete layer 36 for the floor plate 2, the outer pipe and the formwork part are arranged in sections within the concrete layer 36. In addition to the material-bonding and force-bonding connection acting between the outer tube 6 and the formwork part 10, the two components are now additionally fixed relative to one another by the concrete layer 36. The production of the base plate 2 is described in the present case with reference to a multilayer base plate. For a single-layer floor slab of only one concrete layer, the same procedure applies in principle using the device according to the invention. The height of the inner part 8, which is designed as a cylindrical inner tube 8' in one embodiment of the invention, is adjusted upwards to such an extent that it forms an even sufficient connecting section 24 with the outer tube 6. An insulating layer 38 and an screed layer 40 are then formed above the concrete layer 36. A floor panel 2 thus produced has a lower concrete layer 36, an insulating layer 38 as an intermediate layer and an screed layer 40 as an upper layer. Optionally, the uppermost layer of the floor panel 2 above the screed layer 40 can also be formed by an additional floor covering, such as tiles. After completion and setting of the produced screed layer 40, the form-unstable formwork part 10 is shortened in its height and the inner pipe 8' with its connecting piece 30 is adjusted to the top side of the base plate 2 to such an extent that the connecting piece 30 lies flush on the screed layer 40. In order to fix the inner part 8, or the inner pipe 8' which remains physically separated by the formwork part 10 from the produced screed layer 40 and is therefore permanently movable, to the base plate 2, the anchor bodies 42, 42' shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 are used, for example. In one embodiment of the invention, the anchor bodies 42, 42', which each have at least one anchor plate 44, 44', are placed over the connecting piece 30 of the inner tube 8' and fixed to the base plate 2 by means of fasteners (not shown), which engage in corresponding receptacles 46 for the fasteners on the anchor plate 44, 44'.In contrast to the individual device 1 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, FIGS. 6 and 7 each show arrangements of a plurality of adjacently arranged devices 1 for passing a line through a floor panel of a building, said devices being guided through a floor panel 2. Such an arrangement forms a multi-species house insert, via which a plurality of lines, such as data lines, power lines, gas lines or water lines, can be correspondingly guided from below the building through the floor panel into the interior of the building. As FIGS. 6 and 7 show, an arrangement of a plurality of devices 1 according to the invention can have a single row of a plurality of devices arranged side by side, or can have a plurality of rows of devices arranged at a right angle to one another.
