Description

The invention relates to a device for fixing an ignition lock of a motorcycle having a holder to which the ignition lock is fixed. In the prior art, ignition steering locks are screwed directly to the motorcycle in a structurally fixed manner. In this regard, the fastening is independent of whether it is a mechanical ignition steering lock with a key or an electrical ignition steering lock with a remote control and is usually implemented on the motorcycle frame. A disadvantage of this fixing of the ignition lock is that, due to the structurally fixed screw connection, impacts and vibrations which result, for example, from the engine of the motorcycle or from driving over uneven roads with the motorcycle are introduced directly into the ignition lock. Due to these shocks or vibrations, a defect of the ignition lock may occur. This occurs above all in an electronic ignition steering lock with a remote control, so that for certain motor cycles and fields of use of the motorcycle, an ignition steering lock with a remote control cannot be offered due to impact- or vibration-induced defects.JP 2006-231 983 A relates to a holder for arranging an ignition steering lock on a fork bridge of a motorcycle.DE 33 19 381 A1 relates to a lock device for a steering handle of a vehicle, in particular a steering lock for motorcycle. It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a device for fixing an ignition lock of a motorcycle with a holder, which minimizes the failures of the ignition lock and enables the use of an electric ignition lock with a remote control on engine wheels subjected to increased shock or vibration loads. This object is achieved by the combination of features according to claim 1.According to the invention, therefore, a device for fixing an ignition steering lock of a motorcycle having a holder to which the ignition steering lock is fixed is proposed. The device can be fixed to the motorcycle by means of the holder by fastening means and comprises elastic decoupling elements arranged on the holder for decoupling shocks and vibrations between the motorcycle and the holder. It is advantageous that because of the elastic decoupling elements, shocks and vibrations occurring during operation of the motorcycle are not transmitted directly and directly to the ignition lock, but are first damped or reduced by the decoupling elements and the holder. In this way, a greater range of use of the ignition lock is obtained, for example also in the off-road region, where substantially higher impacts and vibrations occur. It is particularly advantageous that the device can be used with all motorcycle or engine concepts and its vibration profile, since it can be adapted to the respective requirements via the modulus of elasticity of the decoupling elements. Rubber rings, rubber bushes or rubber disks can be used as decoupling elements, for example. In an advantageous embodiment variant, it is provided that the elastic decoupling elements bear directly against the holder in an assembled state. By means of this arrangement, the shocks and vibrations resulting from the operation of the motorcycle are optimally damped or reduced. This results from the fact that the elastic decoupling elements absorb these vibrations and shocks directly from the motorcycle, these vibrations and shocks are then reduced by the decoupling elements because of the decoupling and the elasticity and are only subsequently conducted to the ignition lock. The device for fixing an ignition lock is preferably designed such that fastening sections are provided on the holder, on which the holder can be fixed to the motorcycle by means of the fastening means. As a result, the holder and thus also the ignition steering lock can be fixed to the motorcycle in a simple manner. Preferably, screws serve as fastening means. At the same time, positioning of the fastening sections has great effects on the decoupling of the impacts and vibrations or transmission of the impacts and vibrations to the ignition lock. Optimum results can be achieved if the clamping surface of the fastening sections is as large as possible. The clamping surface is defined here as the surface which is bounded when all the fastening sections are connected to their adjacent fastening sections by an imaginary line. At least two fastening sections are at a greater distance from one another than two further fastening sections are at a greater distance from one another. In one exemplary embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the holder on each of the fastening sections abuts the respective elastic decoupling element with an abutment which constitutes an outer surface on the respective fastening section.Furthermore, a variant is advantageous in which the respective elastic decoupling element is integral and protrudes through the respective fastening portion and protrudes on the outer surface opposite the contact, wherein the fastening means acts against the elastic decoupling element and fixes the holder to the motorcycle.Alternatively, an embodiment is favorable in which a further elastic damping element is arranged on each of the fastening sections on the outer surface opposite the contact. The fastening means acts against the elastic decoupling element and secures the holder to the motorcycle. As a result, the contact and the outer surface of the respective fastening section bear against an elastic decoupling element. Thus, all the shocks and vibrations transmitted from the motorcycle to the bracket are attenuated by the elastic decoupling members. In a further advantageous variant, it is provided according to the invention that the fastening sections are formed protruding from an outer edge section of the holder and each with a trough-like depression. It is advantageous that the fastening sections for mounting the holder are readily accessible and their position and configuration on the holder can be easily adapted to the respective fastening positions on the motorcycle. The fastening means can also be countersunk in the trough-like depression. The device according to the invention for fixing an ignition lock of a motorcycle is designed in one embodiment variant in that two of the protruding fastening sections form between them a U-shaped receptacle which is suitable for engaging around a control head of the motorcycle at least in sections. As a result, the largest possible clamping surface is achieved. Furthermore, this facilitates assembly, since the U-shaped receptacle can be attached to the control head. The form fit can alternatively be produced by any desired geometry on the frame of the motorcycle. It is further advantageous if the holder has a central recess into which the ignition steering lock is inserted and to which the ignition steering lock is fixed by means of at least one fastening means. It is advantageous that the ignition steering lock can be inserted into the holder from one side and fastened thereto and is accessible to the ignition key from the other side. As a result, the ignition lock cannot fall out of the holder because it is located within the holder. Moreover, the device is anti-theft, since they are fixed in this direction by the fastening means. Only a small insertion portion for the ignition key can protrude from the holder. Furthermore, the driver does not recognize any fastening means, since the ignition steering lock is fastened to the holder as viewed from the inside of the latter. This fact increases the user's sense of valence. In a further development of the present device for fixing an ignition lock of a motorcycle, it is further provided that the holder has at least one recess which is designed for the fastening reception of motorcycle cladding parts. The space and consequently also the positions at which fairing parts can be fastened to the motorcycle is very small in the case of motor bicycles. It is therefore particularly advantageous that the holder provides additional functions such as a receptacle for trim parts. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the holder is formed in one piece. As a result, the construction of the holder is very stable and assembly is simple due to the small number of components.According to the invention, a motorcycle is also proposed, which comprises a motorcycle frame and a device according to the invention and described above for fixing the ignition lock of a motorcycle. A corresponding contact surface is formed on the motorcycle frame of the motorcycle for each of the fastening sections and a bushing for receiving the fastening means is formed on each corresponding contact surface. Thus, the motorcycle provides fixing positions for each mounting portion corresponding to the bracket. The fastening means engages in the corresponding bushing and thereby fixes the holder to the motorcycle by means of the fastening portion.Preferably, the motorcycle with the motorcycle frame and the above-described device is configured such that each of the bushings has inserted therein one of the elastic decoupling members protruding from the abutment surface. The elastic coupling elements are thereby pre-fixed in the bushing for mounting the holder by means of the fastening means. Furthermore, due to the protrusion of the elastic decoupling elements, it is guaranteed that the holder bears exclusively against this.In an advantageous embodiment variant of the motorcycle, it is provided that each of the fastening sections can be fixed by means of a fastening means. The fastening means engages in the respective fastening portion and the respective bushing. As a result, the fastening portion is fastened between the corresponding elastic decoupling element which abuts the abutment and the corresponding elastic decoupling element which abuts the outer surface. In this way, it is ensured that, due to the protruding decoupling elements, the holder bears with its fastening sections directly against the decoupling elements and, on the other side, a decoupling element is arranged between the fastening section and the fastening means. Thus, the holder bears directly and only against elastic decoupling elements, and the desired damping or reduction of the impacts and vibrations is achieved. In a further advantageous embodiment of the motorcycle, in an assembled state of the holder, two of the fastening projections engage at least in sections around a control head of the motorcycle. During the driving operation, there is a small gap between the holder and the control head. Alternatively, the two fastening projections can encompass any desired geometry on the frame of the motorcycle. By a break-open test, in which the steering arm is deflected, the holder and the elastic decoupling elements are deformed and the holder comes to rest against the control head or the geometry against the frame of the motorcycle. As a result, when the steering lock is activated and the maximum possible deflection is possible, the mounting on the control head is additionally stabilized, so that a further deflection of a motorcycle fork is reliably blocked. The motorcycle is thus in a locked state in a theft-proof manner by means of the device and, in addition, the device does not bear directly against the motorcycle during driving operation, as a result of which a direct transmission of impacts or vibrations is avoided.Other advantageous developments of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims or are illustrated in more detail below together with the description of the preferred embodiment of the invention on the basis of the figures. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a motorcycle frame and a device for fixing an ignition steering lock with an ignition steering lock; and FIG. 2 shows a side view of a motorcycle frame and a device for fixing an ignition lock.FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a motorcycle frame 13 and of a device 1 for fixing an ignition steering lock 2 with an integrated ignition steering lock 2. The respective fastening portion 15 is fastened between the corresponding elastic decoupling element 4 that abuts the abutment 9 and the corresponding elastic decoupling element 4 that abuts the outer surface 10.As shown in FIG. 2, the elastic decoupling elements 4 bear directly against the holder 3 in the mounted state. For this purpose, the holder 3 is in contact on each of the fastening sections 15 with a contact 9 on the respective elastic decoupling element 4. The respective elastic decoupling element protrudes through the corresponding fastening section 15 and protrudes on the respective fastening section 15 on the outer surface 10 opposite the contact 9. The respective screw 7 acts against the respective elastic decoupling element 4 and secures the holder 3 to the motorcycle.
