Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONField of the Invention

[0001] The present invention relates to motor drive devices. Related technology

[0002] Traditionally, a blower motor is attached to a motor drive unit mounted on a control panel or power magnetic box for heat dissipation. Since the service life of the blower motor decreases with long-term use, periodic maintenance such as inspection and replacement is necessary.

[0003] In this regard, a motor driving device is proposed in which, in order to efficiently perform inspection and replacement of a blower motor, for example, a unit including the blower motor is pulled upward or forward so that the unit can be removed from a housing (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0004] JP 2012-243795 A describes a mounting structure for mounting a cooling fan that cools heating components arranged in an inverter housing. A fan housing is provided in the inverter housing for slidingly accommodating the cooling fan. In the mounting method for mounting a cooling fan, the cooling fan is also slidingly accommodated in a fan housing provided in the inverter housing.

[0005] DE 200 06 847 U1 describes a removable and replaceable fan, which essentially consists of a base plate and a plurality of housings. The base plate is screwed to the rear of the hard drive. The plurality of housings has a push button on the upper side, next to which a notch is provided corresponding to the projections on the base plate, and a base on the lower side.

[0006] EP 3 361 848 B1 describes an industrial automation controller comprising a housing with a forced convection chamber. A first and a second fan are detachably connected to the housing and can direct an airflow through the forced convection chamber. The first and the second fans are each connected to the housing by a first and a second locking system, each having a primary and a secondary locking mechanism.

[0007] DE 10 2018 201 613 A1 describes a fan unit comprising a fan which includes a motor and a housing, a base portion to which the fan is attached by fastening the housing, and a connection portion which can be connected to an external connection for supplying power to the motor and which includes a conductive contact and a housing which is formed integrally with the base portion.

[0008] Patent specification 1: JP 4 550 919 B2 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0009] However, in the motor drive device disclosed in Patent Document 1, for example, when a unit including a fan motor is moved upward for removal from a casing, a maintenance space is required for moving the unit upward from the casing. Generally, the top surface of a power magnetic box or the like is located on an upper surface of a motor drive device, and therefore, it is difficult to provide a large maintenance space in an upper portion. If the maintenance space in the upper portion is narrow, accessibility for maintenance work to remove the unit is disadvantageously deteriorated.

[0010] For example, when a unit including a blower motor is moved forward for removal from a housing, a maintenance space is required to move the unit forward from the housing. Furthermore, disadvantageously, no component or the like can be arranged in the direction of movement of the unit (relative to the unit on the front of the housing).

[0011] It is an object of the present invention to provide a motor drive device in which the accessibility of a blower motor for maintenance purposes is excellent.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0033] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the description of the second and subsequent embodiments, configurations common to those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted. The configurations of the individual embodiments below can be combined and applied to the other embodiments as needed. [First embodiment]

[0034] First, with reference to the Fig. 1 to 3, a motor driving device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is described. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the motor driving device according to the first embodiment. Fig. 2 is a sectional view along a line A - A according to Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of a first blower unit according to the first embodiment.

[0035] As in the Fig. 1 to 3, the motor drive device 1 includes a housing 10, the first blower unit 20, and a printed circuit board 30. The motor drive device 1 according to the present embodiment is a motor drive device including a blower unit.

[0036] As in the Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the housing 10 is substantially in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, the length of which in a width direction Y is small (for example, small compared to the motor drive device according to a third embodiment). The printed circuit board 30 is housed inside the housing 10. The first fan unit 20 is mounted in a vertical direction Z at an upper portion of the housing 10. The housing 10 includes second rotary engagement units 15, 15 for mounting and removing the first fan unit 20.

[0037] The second rotary engagement units 15, 15 are engaged units that engage with the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 formed in the first fan unit 20 described later, and are designed in a concave shape. The first fan unit 20 is moved in a direction (an oblique direction) intersecting a front / backward direction X (a horizontal direction), and thereby the second rotary engagement units 15, 15 are engaged with and disengaged from the first rotary engagement units 25, 25. More specifically, the second rotary engagement units 15, 15 engage with the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 when the first blower unit 20 is moved obliquely downward in a direction intersecting the front / backward direction X (the horizontal direction), whereas the second rotary engagement units 15, 15 are disengaged therefrom when the first blower unit 20 is moved obliquely upward in a direction.

[0038] In a locked state in which the second rotary engagement units 15, 15 are engaged with the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 described later, the second rotary engagement units 15, 15 keep a rotary movement of the first blower unit 20 rotatable about the rotation axis K.

[0039] As in the Fig. 1 to 3, the first blower unit 20 is detachably disposed in the vertical direction Z on the top or bottom of the casing 10. According to the present embodiment, the first blower unit 20 is disposed in the vertical direction Z on the top of the casing 10. The first blower unit 20 is configured to be detachable with respect to the casing 10. For example, the first blower unit 20 mounted in a storage area H is configured so that the first blower unit 20 can be removed from the casing 10 when the first blower unit 20 is moved obliquely upward in the front / backward direction X (toward the Z2 side in the vertical direction Z) toward the front side (the X1 side) of the casing 10.

[0040] The first blower unit 20 includes a first blower motor 21, a first connecting member 23 electrically connected to the first blower motor 21, the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 engaged with the housing 10 (the second rotary engagement units 15, 15), and a first blower cover 28.

[0041] The first fan motor 21 is mounted on the first fan cover 28 and connected to the first link 23. The first fan motor 21 is driven and controlled by an electrical signal from the first link 23 mounted on a second link 33 described later.

[0042] The first connecting member 23 is attached to the first fan cover 28 and electrically connected to the first fan motor 21. The first connecting member 23 is arranged only a predetermined distance from the first rotary engagement units 25, 25. The first connecting member 23 is arranged during assembly so that a contact is directed downward in the vertical direction Z. The first connecting member 23 is mounted to the second connecting member 33 described later in a state in which the first fan unit 20 is mounted to the housing 10. The first connecting member 23 outputs an electrical signal from the second connecting member 33 to the first fan motor 21.

[0043] As described above, the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 are engagement units that engage with the second rotary engagement units 15, 15 and are configured in a protruding shape. The first fan unit 20 is moved in a direction (an oblique direction) that intersects the front / backward direction X (the horizontal direction), and therefore, the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 engage and disengage from the second rotary engagement units 15, 15. More specifically, the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 engage with the second rotary engagement units 15, 15 when the first fan unit 20 is moved obliquely downward in a direction intersecting the front / backward direction X (the horizontal direction), whereas the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 disengage therefrom when the first fan unit 20 is moved obliquely upward in a direction.

[0044] Then, in the locked state in which the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 are engaged with the second rotary engagement units 15, 15, the first blower unit 20 is engaged with the housing 10 such that the first blower unit 20 can be moved to rotate about the predetermined rotation axis K both into an unmounted position in which the first connecting element 23 is not mounted to the second connecting element 33 and into an assembled position in which the first connecting element 23 is mounted to the second connecting element 33.

[0045] The first fan motor 21, the first connecting member 23, and the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 are attached to the first fan cover 28. In a state where the first fan unit 20 is mounted on the housing 10, the first fan cover 28, together with the housing 10, forms the outer shape of the motor drive device 1. The first fan cover 28 is secured to the housing 10, for example, by a latch (not shown).

[0046] As in the Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the printed circuit board 30 is arranged to be housed in the housing 10. The printed circuit board 30 is a plate-shaped member on which electronic components and an electrical circuit are mounted. According to the present embodiment, the printed circuit board 30 is arranged along the front / back direction X (so that its surface is perpendicular to the width direction Y). The printed circuit board 30 includes the second connecting member 33.

[0047] The second connector 33 is mounted on the first connector 23 in a state where the first blower unit 20 is mounted on the housing 10. The second connector 33 is electrically connected to a control unit and a power supply unit mounted on the printed circuit board 30 and not shown, and an electrical signal from the control unit and power from the power supply unit are applied to the first blower motor 21 via the first connector 23 mounted on the second connector 33.

[0048] Here, the contact of the first connecting element 23 and the contact of the second connecting element 33 are preferably designed in the form of, for example, a plate so that suitable mounting is achieved even with a rotational movement or the like. A specific description will be given in connection with the second embodiment.

[0049] Next, with reference to the Fig. 4A to 4C, a process of attaching the first blower unit according to the first embodiment to the housing is described. Fig. 4A is a diagram illustrating a process of moving the first blower unit obliquely downward to attach it to the casing, Fig. 4B is a diagram illustrating a state in which the first rotational engagement units are engaged with the second rotational engagement units, and Fig. 4C is a diagram illustrating a state in which the first blower unit is moved to rotate around the rotation axis K and is arranged in the mounted position.

[0050] As in Fig. 4A, an operator first sets the first blower unit 20 from the front (according to Fig. 1 of side X1 in the direction X forward / backward) into the top side (according to Fig. 1 engages the side Z2 in the vertical direction Z) of the housing 10 and moves the first blower unit 20 in a direction intersecting the horizontal direction to the lower side (to the obliquely downward side).

[0051] Then the operator moves, as in Fig. 4B, the first fan unit 20 is mounted such that the first rotational engagement units 25, 25 engage (fit) the second rotational engagement units 15, 15. In a state where the first rotational engagement units 25, 25 are engaged (fit) the second rotational engagement units 15, 15, the first fan unit 20 is mounted to the housing 10 such that the first fan unit 20 can be rotated about the rotation axis K.

[0052] Then the operator moves and rotates as in Fig. 4C, the first blower unit 20 is moved in the direction of an arrow R1. Specifically, the first blower unit 20 is moved from the unmounted position, in which the first connecting member 23 is not mounted to the second connecting member 33, to the mounted position, in which the first connecting member 23 is mounted to the second connecting member 33. In this way, the first blower unit 20 is mounted to the housing 10.

[0053] The present embodiment achieves the following results. According to the present embodiment, in the motor drive device, the housing includes the second rotary engagement units engaged with the first rotary engagement units, which are engaged with and disengaged from the first rotary engagement units by the movement of the first fan unit in a direction (an oblique direction) intersecting the horizontal direction, and which rotatably maintain the rotation of the first fan unit in the locked state in which the second rotary engagement units are engaged with the first rotary engagement units. Then, in the locked state, the first blower unit is engaged with the housing such that the first blower unit can be moved to rotate about the predetermined rotation axis both into the unmounted position in which the first connecting element is not mounted to the second connecting element and into the mounted position in which the first connecting element is mounted to the second connecting element.

[0054] In this way, the motor drive device is designed so that the first blower unit can be removed from the housing by pulling it upwards at an angle. This allows the maintenance space required in the top of the motor drive device to be reduced in the vertical direction. This makes the serviceability of the blower motor in the motor drive device excellent.

[0055] The motor drive device is designed so that the first fan unit can be removed from the housing by pulling it obliquely upwards, and therefore components and the like can be mounted on the front side (according to Fig. 1 of side X1 in the direction X (forward / backward) of the first blower unit.

[0056] In other words, in the present embodiment, the first fan unit is designed such that the first fan unit can be removed from the front of the housing at an angle relative to the housing. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove a short web connecting the adjacent terminals of the motor drive device. This improves accessibility during assembly and removal of the fan unit. [Second embodiment]

[0057] Next, with reference to the Fig. 5 to 12, the motor driving device 1A according to the second embodiment is described. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the motor driving device according to the second embodiment. Fig. 6 is a sectional view along a line BB according to Fig. 5. Fig. 7 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of a first blower unit according to the second embodiment. Fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of a second blower unit according to the second embodiment. Fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating the arrangement of a second connecting member and a fourth connecting member according to the second embodiment. Fig. 10 is a diagram showing a state in which a first connecting member and the second connecting member are assembled to each other and the second connecting member and the fourth connecting member are assembled to each other according to the second embodiment. Fig. 11 is a diagram showing the configuration of the first connecting member and the second connecting member. Fig. 12 is a diagram showing the configuration of a third connecting member and the fourth connecting member. In the following discussion, configurations different from the first embodiment will be described, and descriptions of configurations consistent with the first embodiment will be omitted.

[0058] As in the Fig. 5 to 12, the motor drive device 1A includes a housing 10A, a first blower unit 20A, a second blower unit 40, and a printed circuit board 30. The motor drive device 1A according to the present embodiment is a motor drive device including two blower units.

[0059] As in the Fig. 5 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the casing 10A is configured substantially in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, the length of which in the width direction Y is short (for example, short compared to the motor drive device according to the third embodiment). The casing 10A includes a first casing 10a and a second casing 10b. The printed circuit board 30 is housed inside the first casing 10a. The first blower unit 20A is mounted on an upper portion of the first casing 10a in the vertical direction Z.

[0060] The second housing 10b is arranged adjacent to the rear side (X2 side) of the first housing 10a in the front / back direction X. The second fan unit 40 is mounted on an upper portion of the second housing 10b in the vertical direction Z.

[0061] As in the Fig. 5 to 7, the first blower unit 20A is detachably disposed in the vertical direction Z on the top or bottom of the casing 10a. According to the present embodiment, the first blower unit 20A is disposed in the vertical direction Z on the top of the first casing 10a. The first blower unit 20A is configured to be detachable with respect to the first casing 10a. For example, the first blower unit 20A mounted in an accommodation area H is configured so that the first blower unit 20A can be removed from the first casing 10a when the first blower unit 20A is moved obliquely upward in the front / backward direction X (toward the Z2 side in the vertical direction Z) toward the front side (the X1 side) of the first casing 10a.

[0062] The first blower unit 20A includes a first blower motor 21, a first connecting member 23 electrically connected to the first blower motor 21, a third connecting member 24 electrically connected to the first connecting member 23, first rotary engagement units 25, 25 engaged with the second blower unit 40 (the second rotary engagement units 15, 15) described later, and a first blower cover 28.

[0063] As in Fig. As shown in FIG. 10, according to the present embodiment, the first connector 23 is electrically connected to the first blower motor 21 and the third connector 24. The first connector 23 is mounted to the second connector 33 in a state where the first blower unit 20 is mounted to the first housing 10a. The first connector 23 outputs an electrical signal from the second connector 33 to the first blower motor 21 and the third connector 24.

[0064] As in the Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the third connecting member 24 is arranged close to the first rotational engagement units 25, 25. The third connecting member 24 is arranged in such a way that a contact in the front / backward direction X is directed toward the rear side (the X2 side) during assembly. The third connecting member 24 is electrically connected to the first connecting member 23. The third connecting member 24 is mounted to a fourth connecting member 44 in a state where the first blower unit 20A is mounted to the first housing 10a. The third connecting member 24 outputs the electrical signal from the second connecting member 33 to the fourth connecting member 44 via the first connecting member 23.

[0065] The second connector 33 is mounted on the first connector 23 in a state where the first blower unit 20A is mounted on the casing 10. The second connector 33 is electrically connected to a control unit and a power supply unit mounted on the printed circuit board 30 and not shown, and an electrical signal from the control unit and power from the power supply unit are applied to the first blower motor 21 and the fourth connector 44 (the second blower motor 41) via the first connector 23 mounted on the second connector 33.

[0066] The second blower unit 40 is arranged adjacent to the first blower unit 20A in the horizontal direction (the front / back direction X). The second blower unit 40 is arranged at the rear (the X2 side) of the first blower unit 20A in the front / back direction X. The second blower unit 40 includes the second blower motor 41 and the fourth connecting member 44 electrically connected to the second blower motor 41.

[0067] The second fan unit 40 includes second rotary engagement units 15, 15 for mounting and removing the first fan unit 20A. Here, the configuration and operation of the second rotary engagement units 15, 15 are the same as those according to the first embodiment described above. The second rotary engagement units 15, 15 may be provided on the housing 10A (the first housing 10a) instead of on the second fan unit 40.

[0068] As in the Fig. 6 and Fig. 8, the fourth connecting element 44 is arranged close to the second rotary engagement units 15, 15. The fourth connecting element 44 is arranged during assembly such that a contact in the direction X is directed forward / backward toward the front side (to the side X1). As shown in Fig. As shown in FIG. 10, in the present embodiment, the fourth connecting member 44 is mounted to the third connecting member 24 in a state where the first fan unit 20A is mounted to the first housing 10a. The fourth connecting member 44 outputs an electrical signal from the third connecting member 24 to the second fan motor 41.

[0069] As in the Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 10, in a state where the first blower unit 20A is mounted on the first housing 10a, the first connecting member 23 and the second connecting member 33 are mounted to each other, and the third connecting member 24 and the fourth connecting member 44 are mounted to each other. In the present embodiment, the first blower unit 20A is attached to the first housing 10a, and thereby the two sets of connecting members are brought into an assembled state.More specifically, in a locked state in which the first rotary engagement units 25, 25 are engaged with the second rotary engagement units 15, 15, the first blower unit 20A is engaged with the first housing 10a such that the first blower unit 20A can be moved to rotate about the rotation axis K both into an unmounted position in which the first link member 23 is not mounted to the second link member 33 and in which the third link member 24 is not mounted to the fourth link member 44, and into an installed position in which the first link member 23 is mounted to the second link member 33 and in which the third link member 24 is mounted to the fourth link member 44.

[0070] As in Fig. 11, the contact of the first connecting member 23 and the contact of the second connecting member 33 are configured in the shape of a plate. More specifically, the contact of the first connecting member 23 is configured to include a plurality of plate-shaped conductive members 23a arranged to be aligned at predetermined intervals. Similarly, the contact of the second connecting member 33 is configured to include a plurality of plate-shaped conductive members 33a arranged to be aligned at predetermined intervals. The plate-shaped conductive members 23a of the first connecting member 23 are inserted and arranged between the plate-shaped conductive members 33a of the second connecting member 33, and thereby the first connecting member 23 and the second connecting member 33 are brought into the assembled state. The contacts of the individual connecting elements are preferably designed in the form of a plate so that they are suitably mounted to one another even during a rotational movement or the like.

[0071] Likewise, as in Fig. 12, the contact of the third connecting element 24 and the contact of the fourth connecting element 44 are formed in the shape of a plate. More specifically, the contact of the third connecting element 24 is configured to include a plurality of plate-shaped conductive elements 24a arranged to be aligned at predetermined intervals. Similarly, the contact of the fourth connecting element 44 is configured to include a plurality of plate-shaped conductive elements 44a arranged to be aligned at predetermined intervals. The plate-shaped conductive elements 24a of the third connecting element 24 are inserted and arranged between the plate-shaped conductive elements 44a of the fourth connecting element 44, and thereby the third connecting element 24 and the fourth connecting element 44 are brought into the assembled state. The contacts of the individual connecting elements are preferably designed in the form of a plate so that they are suitably mounted to one another even during a rotational movement or the like.

[0072] In this case, the contacts of both connecting elements which are mounted to one another do not have to be designed in the form of a plate, and for example at least one of the first connecting element 23 and the second connecting element 33 preferably has a plate-shaped contact, and at least one of the third connecting element 24 and the fourth connecting element 44 preferably has a plate-shaped contact.

[0073] Next, with reference to Fig. 13A to 15, a process of attaching the first blower unit according to the second embodiment to the housing is described. Fig. 13A is a diagram illustrating a process of moving the first blower unit obliquely downward to attach it to the casing, Fig. 13B is a diagram illustrating a state in which the first rotational engagement units are brought into engagement with the second rotational engagement units, and Fig. 13C is a diagram illustrating a state in which the first blower unit is moved to rotate around the rotation axis K and is arranged in the mounted position. Fig. 14 is a diagram illustrating the mounting direction of the first connecting member and the mounting direction of the third connecting member according to the second embodiment. Fig. 15 is a diagram illustrating a relationship between a mounting surface in a state where the first connecting member and the second connecting member are mounted to each other and a rotation plane, which is a plane including the rotation axis.

[0074] As in Fig. 13A, the operator first sets the first blower unit 20A from the front (according to Fig. 5 of side X1 in the direction X forward / backward) into the top side (according to Fig. 5 the side Z2 in the vertical direction Z) of the first housing 10a and moves the first blower unit 20A in a direction intersecting the horizontal direction to the lower side (to the side obliquely below).

[0075] The operator then moves, as shown in Fig. 13B, the first fan unit 20A is mounted so that the first rotational engagement units 25, 25 engage with (fit into) the second rotational engagement units 15, 15. In a state where the first rotational engagement units 25, 25 engage with (fit into) the second rotational engagement units 15, 15, the first fan unit 20A is mounted on the first housing 10a so that the first fan unit 20A can be rotated about the rotation axis K.

[0076] The operator then moves and rotates as shown in Fig. 13C, the first blower unit 20A is moved in the direction of an arrow R1. More specifically, the first blower unit 20A is moved from the unmounted position in which the first link member 23 is not mounted to the second link member 33 and in which the third link member 24 is not mounted to the fourth link member 44, to the mounted position PK in which the first link member 23 is mounted to the second link member 33 and in which the third link member 24 is mounted to the fourth link member 44. In this way, the first blower unit 20 is mounted to the housing 10.

[0077] Here, as in Fig. 14, according to the present embodiment, a configuration is used in which a first mounting direction S1, which is the moving direction of the first link 23 when the first link 23 is mounted to the second link 33, and a second mounting direction S2, which is the moving direction of the third link 24 when the third link 24 is mounted to the fourth link 44, are different from each other. This prevents the individual link members from being dislodged due to vibrations, for example, when the first blower unit 20A is arranged in the mounted position.

[0078] As in Fig. 15, a first mounting surface MC, which is the contact origin surface of the first link member 23, is arranged on a plane substantially corresponding to the rotation plane MK including the rotation axis K in a state where the first link member 23 is mounted to the second link member 33. In other words, a positional relationship is preferably set so that the individual link members are mounted substantially linearly in the vertical direction without being laterally displaced when the first link member 23, which is moved by the rotation of the first blower unit 20A about the rotation axis K, is mounted to the second link member 33. In this way, the inclination and displacement of the individual link members caused by the rotational movement during mounting are reduced.

[0079] Here, regarding a positional relationship between the third link member 24 and the fourth link member 44, for example, also a second mounting surface, which is the contact origin surface of the third link member 24 in a state where the third link member 24 is mounted to the fourth link member 44, is preferably arranged on a plane substantially corresponding to a rotation plane (a plane separate from the above-described rotation plane MK, a rotation plane including the origin portion of the third link member 24 and the rotation axis K in a state where the third link member 24 and the fourth link member 44 are mounted to each other) including the rotation axis K.

[0080] Next, with reference to Fig. 16A to 16D, a process of removing the first blower unit and the second blower unit according to the second embodiment from the housing is described. Fig. 16A is a diagram illustrating a process of moving and rotating the first blower unit to move it from the mounted position to the unmounted position, Fig. 16B is a diagram illustrating a process of moving the first blower unit obliquely upward to remove it from the casing, Fig. 16C is a diagram illustrating a process of moving the second blower unit to the side of the accommodation area in which the first blower unit is accommodated, and Fig. 16D is a diagram illustrating a process of passing the second blower unit through the accommodation area to remove it from the casing.

[0081] As in Fig. 16A, the operator first moves and rotates the first blower unit 20A in the direction of an arrow R2 about the rotation axis K to move it from the mounted position PK to the unmounted position.

[0082] The operator then moves, as shown in Fig. 16B, the first blower unit obliquely upward to release the locked state of the first rotational engagement units 25, 25 and the second rotational engagement units 15, 15 and thereby removes the first blower unit from the first housing 10a.

[0083] The operator then carries out the Fig. 16C, to detach an unillustrated fixed member, a hand or a tool is inserted into the accommodation area H, which is an area in which the first blower unit 20A is accommodated, and thereby moves the second blower unit 40 to the accommodation area H side.

[0084] The operator then carries out the Fig. 16D, to remove the second blower unit 40 from the second casing 10b, the second blower unit 40 passes through the accommodation portion H. As described above, the first casing 10a (the casing 10A) includes the accommodation portion H, in which the first blower unit 20A arranged in the mounted position is accommodated and which forms a part of a moving path through which the second blower unit 40 is mounted and removed in a state in which the first blower unit 20A is removed. According to the present embodiment, in the motor drive device 1A, not only the first blower unit 20A but also the second blower unit 40 arranged on the rear side in the front / rear direction X can be removed from the casing 10 by pulling it obliquely upward.

[0085] In the present embodiment, the storage area H from which the first blower unit 20A is removed is used not only as a movement path through which the second blower unit 40 is removed, but also as a working area for the removal operation. Thus, the motor drive device 1A does not require a maintenance space for the second blower unit 40, thereby providing excellent serviceability.

[0086] Next, with reference to Fig. 17 to 23B, the more detailed structure of the motor driving device 1A according to the second embodiment is described in detail.

[0087] Fig. 17 is a diagram showing the mounting portion 26 of the first fan cover 28 according to the second embodiment. As shown in Fig. 17, the first fan cover 28 includes the mounting portion 26 mounted on the housing 10A. The mounting portion 26 is disposed on the front side of the motor drive device 1A. More specifically, the mounting portion 26 is disposed on the front side of the first fan cover 28 and is provided on the front side of a U-shaped portion 27 elastically deformable in the front / rear direction and shaped in the shape of the letter U. In a state where the first fan cover 28 is attached to the housing 10A, the mounting portion 26 is a mounting pawl that projects forward as the front side of the U-shaped portion 27 extends upward.

[0088] In this way, as in the above-described Fig. 15, the mounting portion 26 of the first fan cover 28 is mounted on a protruding portion 101 of the casing 10A when the first fan cover 28 is rotated with respect to the casing 10A, and thereby the first fan cover 28 is fixed to the casing 10A. Here, the mounting portion 26 is disposed on the front side of the motor drive device 1A, and thereby, the mounting and detachment of the fan unit can be performed by mounting on the front side of the motor drive device 1A. In other words, because the first fan unit can be mounted and detachable by operating the mounting portion 26 on the front side, the accessibility during mounting and detachment of the fan unit is satisfactory even when the maintenance space in the upper surface of the motor drive device 1A is narrow, and therefore, it is not necessary for the operator to insert his hand deeply. Moreover, the mounting portion 26 is provided on the front side of the U-shaped portion 27 elastically deformable in the front / back direction and shaped in the shape of the letter U, and thereby the mounting portion 26 can be elastically deformed in the front / back direction, whereby the accessibility in mounting and removing the blower unit is more satisfactory.

[0089] Fig. 18A is a diagram showing the attachment portions 45a, 45b, and 45c of the second blower unit 40 according to the second embodiment, and a diagram showing a state in which the first blower unit 20A is attached. Fig. 18B is a diagram showing the attachment portions 45a, 45b, and 45c of the second blower unit 40 according to the second embodiment, and a diagram showing a state in which the first blower unit 20A is removed. As shown in FIGS. Fig. 18A and Fig. 18B, in the second blower unit 40, in a state where the first blower unit 20A is removed from the casing 10A, it is possible to reach the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c for fixing the second blower unit 40 to the casing 10A from the front side of the motor drive device 1A and release the fixing from the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c.

[0090] As in Fig. 18A, the fastening portions 45a and 45b arranged in an upper portion are arranged in a state in which the first blower unit 20A is attached so as to be hidden from the first blower unit 20A when viewed from the front. On the other hand, the fastening portions 45a and 45b, as shown in Fig. 18B, in a state where the first blower unit 20A is removed, they are free, so that they can be easily accessed from the front. On the other hand, the fastening portion 45c arranged in a lower section between a plurality of short webs 102 is accessible without being obscured by the first blower unit 20A.

[0091] As with a Fig. 18A and Fig. In the example shown in Fig. 18B, the fastening sections 45a, 45b, and 45c can be fastened, for example, by means of screws or latches or the like. When the first blower unit 20A is removed in the case of fastening by screws, the screws for the two fastening sections 45a and 45b in the upper section can be removed by inserting a screwdriver from the front. Similarly, for the fastening section 45c arranged in the lower section, the screw can be removed from the front by inserting a screwdriver between the short webs 102.

[0092] In this way, the mounting portions 45a, 45b, and 45c themselves can be arranged in a part hidden by the first blower unit 20A, thus contributing to the downsizing of the motor drive device 1A. In particular, the mounting portions 45a, 45b, and 45c are arranged in positions accessible from the front of the motor drive device 1A, and therefore accessibility is very satisfactory. The mounting portions 45a, 45b, and 45c of the second blower unit 40 are accessible without removing removable components such as the short webs 102 for connecting the adjacent terminals of the motor drive device 1A, thus further improving accessibility.

[0093] Fig. 19A is a diagram showing the attachment portions 45a, 45b, and 45c of the second blower unit 40 according to the second embodiment, and a diagram showing a state in which a second blower cover 48 is attached. Fig. 19B is a diagram showing the attachment portions 45a, 45b, and 45c of the second blower unit 40 according to the second embodiment, and a diagram showing a state in which a second blower cover 48 is removed. Fig. 20A is a side view showing the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c of the second blower unit according to the second embodiment, and a diagram showing a state where the screws are tightened. Fig. 20B is a side view showing the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c of the second blower unit 40 according to the second embodiment, and a diagram showing a state in which the screws are loosened.

[0094] As in the Fig. 19A and Fig. 19B, the second fan unit 40 includes the second fan cover 48 in its front portion, and the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c are partially hidden by the second fan cover 48. More specifically, the second fan cover 48 is constituted by a front second fan cover 481 and a rear second fan cover 482, in which concave portions 483, 483, 483 are formed from the rear side in the former for covering the screws of the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c, and in the latter for inserting through holes 484, 484, 484 through which the shaft portions of the screws are inserted. The front second fan cover 481 and the rear second fan cover 482 overlap each other, and therefore the fixing portions 45a, 45b and 45c are hidden.

[0095] Here, the depth of the recesses of the concave portions 483, 483, 483 in the front second fan cover 481 is adjusted to prevent the screws of the fastening portions 45a, 45b, and 45c from loosening from the concave portions 483, 483, 483 and protruding excessively outward. More specifically, as shown in the Fig. 20A and Fig. 20B, in a state where the front second fan cover 481 and the rear second fan cover 482 are superposed on each other, a distance a between the top surface of the head portions of the screws of the fastening portions 45a, 45b, and 45c and the bottom surface of the concave portions 483 (i.e., the moving distance of the screws in the concave portions 483 in the front / rear direction) and a distance b between the rear end surface of the rear second fan cover 482 and the front end surface of the shaft portions of the screws (i.e., the length of the shaft portions of the screws that can protrude beyond the rear end surface of the rear second fan cover 482) are set substantially equal.

[0096] In this way, the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c, by which the second fan unit 40 is fixed to the casing 10A, are partially covered by the second fan cover 48, and thereby it is possible to prevent the screws and the like from falling out of the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c, whereby the accessibility during mounting and removal of the fixing portions 45a, 45b, and 45c is satisfactory.

[0097] Fig. 21A is a diagram showing the inclined surface portion 11 of the casing 10A according to the second embodiment, and a diagram showing a state in which the second blower unit 40 is mounted and removed with respect to the casing 10A. Fig. Fig. 21B is a diagram showing the inclined surface portion 11 of the casing 10A according to the second embodiment, and a diagram showing a state in which the first blower unit 20A is mounted and removed with respect to the casing 10A. As shown in Figs. Fig. 21A and Fig. 21B, the casing 10A includes on the top side the inclined surface portion 11 which guides the first blower unit 20A and the second blower unit 40 obliquely from the front of the casing 10A to the rear.

[0098] As in Fig. 21A, during installation and removal of the second blower unit 40 with respect to the casing 10A, the bottom surfaces of the front second blower cover 481 and the rear second blower cover 482 of the second blower cover 48 slide on the inclined surface portion 11 provided on the top surface of the casing 10A. Thus, the second blower unit 40 is smoothly guided to a predetermined mounting position, and therefore, the second blower unit 40 can be smoothly installed and removed.

[0099] Just as in Fig. 21B, when mounting and removing the first fan unit 20A with respect to the housing 10A, the underside of a first fan cover 28A on the inclined surface portion 11 provided on the top side of the housing 10A. In this way, the first fan unit 20A is smoothly guided to a predetermined mounting position, and thereby the first fan unit 20A can be mounted and removed smoothly. In particular, as shown in the Fig. 21A and Fig. 21B, in the case of a mechanism such as a rail in which a step 111 is provided on the outer side of the inclined surface portion 11 along the inclined surface portion 11, the inner surface of the first fan cover 28A and the step 111 are disposed in the casing 10A, and thereby displacement in a left / right direction is prevented.

[0100] In this way, when the first blower unit 20A and the second blower unit 40 are mounted and removed with respect to the casing 10A, the guide mechanism is provided like a rail, and thus the individual blower units can be smoothly mounted and removed with respect to the casing 10A, thereby improving accessibility during the mounting and removal of the blower units. It is also possible to prevent damage to the connecting member, for example, caused by a shift in the mounting position of the connecting member, and the like. Furthermore, the guide mechanism is shared by the first blower unit 20A and the second blower unit 40, and thereby it is possible to reduce the addition of separate structures.

[0101] Fig. 22 is a diagram showing the connector holding unit 231 of the first connector 23 according to the second embodiment. Fig. 23A is a diagram showing a state in which, in the first connector 23 according to the second embodiment, a connector main body 230 is arranged at the center of the connector holding unit 231. Fig. 23B is a diagram showing a state in which, in the first connecting member 23 according to the second embodiment, the connecting member main body 230 is arranged on one side of the connecting member holding unit 231 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIGS. Fig. As shown in Figures 22 to 23B, the first connecting element 23 includes the connecting element holding unit 231, which movably holds the connecting element to absorb play. The connecting element holding unit 231 can also be used for the second connecting element 33, the third connecting element 24, and the fourth connecting element 44.

[0102] The connector holding unit 231 includes a fixed portion 232 that is fixed to the first blower unit 20A and includes a convex portion 233; and an engaging portion 234 that holds the connector main body 230, engages with the convex portion 233 with a clearance in the front / backward direction and in the left / right direction, and is shaped like a letter C.

[0103] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 23A, in a state where the connector main body 230 is arranged in the center of the connector holding unit 231, the connector main body 230 has play in the front / backward direction and in the left / right direction and can be displaced in the front / backward direction and in the left / right direction so as to move. In other words, the connector main body 230, as shown in Figure 23A, can be displaced in the front / backward direction and in the left / right direction. Fig. 23B, for example, to one side in the longitudinal direction (one side in the left / right direction) from the connecting member holding unit 231.

[0104] Here, assembly is difficult in a state where both fasteners assembled to each other are completely locked if even a slight displacement is caused. Therefore, the fastener holding unit 231 is designed to have a play, and thereby, displacement of the fastener is absorbed by the play of the fastener holding unit 231, whereby flexible insertion can be achieved during the guide. Since preventing displacement of the fastener is impossible, particularly in the rotary assembly according to the present embodiment, a large play of the fastener holding unit 231 is provided, and thereby smoother assembly can be achieved.

[0105] Therefore, at least one of the first connecting element 23 and the second connecting element 33, which are mounted to each other, preferably includes the connecting element holding unit that movably holds the connecting element to absorb play. Likewise, at least one of the third connecting element 24 and the fourth connecting element 44, which are mounted to each other, preferably includes the connecting element holding unit that movably holds the connecting element to absorb play.

[0106] By the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, the following results are achieved in addition to the effects of the above-described embodiments. According to the present embodiment, in the motor drive device, the housing includes the second rotational engagement units engaged with the first rotational engagement units, which are engaged with and disengaged from the first rotational engagement units by the movement of the first fan unit in a direction (an oblique direction) intersecting the horizontal direction, and which rotatably hold the rotation of the first fan unit in the locked state in which the second rotational engagement units are engaged with the first rotational engagement units. Then, in the locked state, the first blower unit is engaged with the housing such that the first blower unit can be moved to rotate about the predetermined rotation axis both into the unmounted position in which the first connecting element is not mounted on the second connecting element and in which the third connecting element is not mounted on the fourth connecting element, and into the mounted position in which the first connecting element is mounted on the second connecting element and in which the third connecting element is mounted on the fourth connecting element.

[0107] In this way, the motor drive device is designed such that the first blower unit can be removed from the housing by pulling it upwards at an angle. In this way, the motor drive device can reduce the maintenance space required in the vertical direction in its upper side. In this way, the motor drive device is excellent in terms of the serviceability of the blower motor. The motor drive device is designed such that the first blower unit can be removed from the housing by pulling it upwards at an angle, and therefore, components and the like can be mounted on the front side (according to Fig. 5 of side X1 in the direction X (forward / backward) of the first blower unit.

[0108] In the present embodiment, a configuration is adopted in which the first mounting direction S1, which is the movement direction of the first link 23 when the first link 23 is mounted to the second link 33, and the second mounting direction S2, which is the movement direction of the third link 24 when the third link 24 is mounted to the fourth link 44, are different from each other. In this way, the removal of the individual links caused by vibrations, for example, when the first blower unit is arranged in the mounted position, is prevented.

[0109] In the present embodiment, the first mounting surface MC, which is the contact origin surface of the first connecting member 23 in a state where the first connecting member 23 is mounted to the second connecting member 33, is arranged on a plane substantially corresponding to the rotation plane MK including the rotation axis K. In other words, a positional relationship between the first connecting member 23 and the second connecting member 33 is set so that after mounting the first connecting member 23, which is moved by rotating the first blower unit 20A around the rotation axis K, to the second connecting member 33, the plate-shaped conductive elements 23a and the plate-shaped conductive elements 33a of their contacts are parallel to each other. In other words, the first connecting element 23 and the second connecting element 33 are arranged such that the plate-shaped conductive elements 23a and the plate-shaped conductive elements 33a of the contacts are substantially parallel to a tangent of the rotational movement in the assembled position. This prevents the tilt and displacement of the individual connecting elements caused by the rotational movement during assembly.

[0110] In the present embodiment, the first casing 10a (the casing 10) includes the accommodation area H in which the first blower unit 20A arranged in the mounted position is accommodated and which forms a part of the moving path through which the second blower unit 40 is mounted and removed in a state in which the first blower unit 20A is removed.

[0111] In this way, in the motor drive device 1A, not only the first blower unit 20A but also the second blower unit 40 arranged on the rear side in the X direction can be removed from the housing 10 by pulling it obliquely upward. In this way, the maintenance space required in the vertical direction in the upper side of the motor drive device can be reduced. Thus, the motor drive device is excellent in terms of the maintainability of the blower motor.

[0112] The motor drive device is designed so that the first blower unit and the second blower unit can be removed from the housing by pulling them obliquely upwards, and therefore components and the like can be mounted on the front side (according to Fig. 5 in the direction X forward / backward of the side X1) of the first blower unit and the second blower unit.

[0113] In the present embodiment, the accommodation area H where the first blower unit 20A is removed is used not only as a movement path through which the second blower unit 40 is removed, but also as a working area for the removal operation. Thus, the motor drive device 1A does not require a maintenance space for the second blower unit 40, thus providing excellent serviceability. [Third Embodiment]

[0114] Next, with reference to Fig. 24 to 29, the motor driving device 1B according to the third embodiment is described. Fig. 24 is a perspective view of the motor driving device according to the third embodiment. Fig. 25 is a sectional view along a line CC in Fig. 24. Fig. 26 is a diagram illustrating the configuration of a first blower unit according to the third embodiment. Fig. 27 is a diagram illustrating the arrangement of a second connecting member and a fourth connecting member according to the third embodiment. Fig. 28 is a diagram showing a state in which the first connecting member and the second connecting member are assembled to each other and the second connecting member and the fourth connecting member are assembled to each other in the third embodiment. Fig. 29 is a diagram illustrating the mounting direction of the first connecting member and the mounting direction of the third connecting member according to the third embodiment. In the following discussion, configurations different from the first embodiment or the second embodiment will be described, and descriptions of configurations identical to those according to the first embodiment or the second embodiment will be omitted.

[0115] As in the Fig. As shown in FIGS. 24 to 28, the motor drive device 1B according to the present embodiment is a motor drive device including two fan units. The motor drive device 1B according to the present embodiment includes a casing 10B (a first casing 10a) formed substantially in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped whose length in the width direction Y is long (for example, long compared to the motor drive device according to the second embodiment).

[0116] As in the Fig. As shown in FIGS. 24 to 28, in the motor drive device 1B according to the present embodiment, a printed circuit board 30B is arranged along the width direction Y (with one of its surfaces oriented perpendicular to the front / back direction X). As described above, the first housing 10a of the motor drive device 1B according to the present embodiment is wide, and therefore, the printed circuit board 30B can be arranged along the width direction. Therefore, the second connecting member 33B mounted on the printed circuit board 30B is arranged so that its contact faces the same side as the fourth connecting member 44B.

[0117] Therefore, the third connecting member 24B arranged in the first blower unit 20B is also arranged so that its contact faces the same side as the first connecting member 23B. Specifically, in a state where the first blower unit 20B is mounted on the first housing 10a, the first connecting member 23B and the third connecting member 24B are arranged so that their contacts face the same side (toward the X2 side in the X direction).

[0118] In the motor drive device 1B, the printed circuit board 30B is arranged along the width direction Y (with its surface oriented perpendicular to the front / back direction X), and therefore, the second connector 33B and the fourth connector 44B mounted on the printed circuit board 30B are arranged so that their contacts face the same side (front / back in the X direction, toward the X1 side). In a state where the first fan unit 20B is mounted on the first housing 10a, the first connector 23B and the third connector 24B are arranged so that their contacts face the same side (front / back in the X direction, toward the X2 side).

[0119] Here, as in the previously described embodiments, the operator moves the first blower unit 20B obliquely downward from the upper side of the first casing 10a, and also moves and rotates the first blower unit 20B. The first blower unit 20B is moved from the unmounted position in which the first link member 23B is not mounted to the second link member 33B and in which the third link member 24B is not mounted to the fourth link member 44B, to the mounted position PK in which the first link member 23B is mounted to the second link member 33B and in which the third link member 24B is mounted to the fourth link member 44B. In this way, the first blower unit 20B is mounted to the first casing 10a (the casing 10).

[0120] Here, as in Fig. 29, in the present embodiment, a configuration is adopted in which the first mounting direction S1, which is the moving direction of the first link 23 when the first link 23 is mounted to the second link 33, and the second mounting direction S2, which is the moving direction of the third link 24 when the third link 24 is mounted to the fourth link 44, are substantially the same. Therefore, the individual links can be smoothly mounted when the first fan unit 20A is mounted. In this way, in the motor drive device 1B according to the present embodiment, the first fan unit 20B can be smoothly mounted to the first housing 10a, thereby being excellent in maintainability.

[0121] By the present embodiment, in addition to the results of the above-described embodiments, the following results are achieved. According to the present embodiment, in the motor drive device 1B, the printed circuit board 30B is arranged along the width direction Y (with its surface oriented perpendicular to the front / back direction X), and therefore, the second connector 33B and the fourth connector 44B mounted on the printed circuit board 30B are arranged so that their contacts face the same side (front / back in the X direction, toward the X1 side). In a state where the first fan unit 20B is mounted on the first casing 10a, the first connector 23B and the third connector 24B are arranged so that their contacts face the same side (front / back in the X direction, toward the X2 side).

[0122] In this way, the present embodiment adopts a configuration in which the first mounting direction S1, which is the moving direction of the first link 23 when mounting the first link 23 to the second link 33, and the second mounting direction S2, which is the moving direction of the third link 24 when mounting the third link 24 to the fourth link 44, are substantially the same. In this way, the individual links can be smoothly mounted when mounting the first fan unit 20A. Thus, in the motor drive device 1B according to the present embodiment, the first fan unit 20B can be smoothly mounted to the first housing 10a, thereby providing excellent maintainability.

[0123] Although the first to third embodiments are described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. Variations and modifications by which the object of the present invention can be achieved are of course included in the present invention. For example, in the second and third embodiments, although the first blower unit includes the first blower motor, it is not limited to this configuration, and a form in which the first blower unit does not include the first blower motor is also included in the present invention. In this case, the first blower unit is detachably arranged (in the vertical direction) on the top or bottom of the housing and includes the first connecting member, the third connecting member electrically connected to the first connecting member, and the first rotationally engaging units engaged with the housing.

[0124] Although in the above-described embodiments, the first rotary engagement units are configured in a protruding shape and the second rotary engagement units are configured in a concave shape, there is no limitation to this configuration, and the first rotary engagement units may be configured in a concave shape, and the second rotary engagement units may be configured in a convex shape. Moreover, either the first rotary engagement unit or the second rotary engagement unit may be an axle member, and the other may be a member engaged with the axle member, and there are no particular restrictions on the shape and the like. Furthermore, the first rotary engagement unit and the second rotary engagement unit may be engaged with each other by a magnetic force.

[0125] Although in the above-described embodiments, each of the connecting elements has a structure including a plate-shaped contact, it is not limited to this configuration, and each of the connecting elements may be formed as shown in, for example, the Fig. 30A and Fig. 30B, have a structure that includes a plate-shaped contact. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 30A, interconnecting elements 100 and 110 each comprise a plurality of pads 100a and 110a (e.g., solder pads). Interconnecting element 100 comprises a plurality of pads 100a arranged on a side surface of a rectangular parallelepiped. Interconnecting element 110 comprises a plurality of pads 110a arranged directly on a surface of the printed circuit board.

[0126] As in Fig.As shown in Figure 30B, a connecting member 120 includes a concave portion and a plurality of laminae 120a on the inner surface of the concave portion. A connecting member 130 includes a plurality of laminae 130a disposed directly in an area near an outer edge of a surface of the printed circuit board. The connecting member 120 is moved so that the printed circuit board is inserted into the concave portion of the connecting member 120, thereby bringing the laminae 120a and 130a into contact with each other (assembling each other).

[0127] Preferably, the connecting elements can suitably cope with the contact resulting from different types of movements such as a sliding movement and a counter-movement (which corresponds to the assembly described above) when the individual connecting elements, as described above, comprise the plates as contacts.

[0128] One of the connecting elements that are brought into contact (mounted together) may include a spring element as a contact. This case is one of the preferred forms, as the contact (attachment) of the contacts is appropriately maintained.
