Abstract
Description
Field of the InventionThe invention relates to a mounting kit for attaching a switchable vision protection film to a window. The vision protection film is switchable between a clear vision state and a vision protection state at least in a partial region of its surface and comprises for this purpose an electrically switchable layer between two electrically conductive layers, which are each connected to an electrode for applying an electric voltage therebetween. The invention also relates to a corresponding assembly method and a use of the assembly kit.It is known to provide windows and other transparent panes with switchable films, for example based on liquid crystals. Switching the film between a opaque and a transparent state allows temporary creation of privacy by pressing a button.Prior ArtThe prior art proposes, inter alia, solutions for retrofitting an existing window with an electrically switchable layer. Due to comparatively complex electrical functionality, a technical implementation is customary for correct mounting of the switchable layer or for dimensioning and electrical contacting thereof. For example, WO 02 / 29471 A1 describes a method for retrofitting a window by applying a switchable or non-switchable window improvement. The switchable improvement can be, inter alia, a film with dispersed particles, an electrochromic film or a liquid crystal film. The film is attached to the window so as to at least partially overlap the window glass, leaving a space between the window glass and the improvement. For this purpose, fastening means in the form of strips or squares or elements of different shape which are bonded to the window as well as to the film are used, which strips or squares extend, for example, in each case over a subsection of two opposite sides of the window. Fastening means adhered to the window on the one hand and to the film on the other hand can be, in particular, magnetic strips or clip or snap-in elements. Alternatively, however, screw and rivet connections for fastening the film to the window are also mentioned. Contacting the switchable film, i.e. its electrical connection to a drive element and a voltage source for the optional application of suitable AC voltage, is expressly left to a person skilled in the art.Furthermore, DE 10 2018 208 323 A1 discloses a window device which can be arranged on existing windows as an additional unit in order to provide windows which do not have a visual protection device with a visual protection device at a later stage. The window device comprises a frame, a transparent pane device arranged on the frame, a liquid crystal film arranged on the transparent pane device, and a fastening device arranged on the frame and configured for releasable fastening to a window frame of a further transparent pane device, i.e. to the existing window. By applying a voltage to the liquid crystal film, poles of liquid crystals of the liquid crystal film align so that the liquid crystal film becomes transparent, in other words clear. When the voltage is not applied, the liquid crystals are oriented randomly, so that incident light is strongly scattered and the liquid crystal film acts opaque (i.e. "milky"). It is therefore opaque, i.e. not transparent. Specifically, the window device has a first and a second glass pane, between which the switchable film is arranged. Furthermore, a second fastening device is arranged on the window frame of the existing window, wherein the above first fastening device is designed for operative connection with the second fastening device for the detachable fastening of the window device to the window frame. For this purpose, both fastening devices can be designed as magnetic devices, for example in the form of a permanent magnet or electromagnet. Furthermore, at least one of the following units can be arranged on the frame of the window device: a control unit for controlling the liquid crystal film and a voltage supply unit for supplying the liquid crystal film with voltage. On the other hand, EP 3 534 357 A1 discloses a clamping tape which serves for fixing an information carrier such as a medium made of paper, for example a poster, a counter, a note or another display medium which has a weight and dimensions comparable to a piece of paper or cardboard, to a carrier surface such as a wall or a glass pane. The clamping band can be wound up into a roll and has a flexible strip-shaped carrier which specifies the dimension of the clamping band, such as the width. The carrier, for example a film strip, has a first flat side and an opposite second flat side. Furthermore, the clamping band comprises at least one planar first magnetic element and at least one planar second magnetic element on the first flat side of the carrier, which are in particular designed as magnetic strips and are arranged on the carrier leaving a strip-shaped free space strip extending in the longitudinal direction of the carrier. They therefore do not touch each other. The free space strip allows the carrier and thus the clamping band or a clamping band section to be folded along its longitudinal axis and thus form a film hinge between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element. By means of this film hinge, the carrier or the clamping band section can be folded open and folded back again as often as desired in the longitudinal direction. For a fastening, which can be released in particular without residue, on the carrier surface, the clamping band can have an adhesive element which is arranged on a second flat side of the carrier and comprises, for example, an adhesive element or a layer.DE 86 02 982 U1 describes a device for the edge-side fastening of a thin insulating film to be tightened by the action of heat, which is to be attached to the flat sides of a door or window frame parallel to the window surface. The device consists of strips of one or two part plastic profile which are cut to length and which along its length carries a continuous clamp for the edge of the insulating film. The object is to provide a method for performing a processThe object of the invention is to specify an easily manageable assembly kit and an associated assembly method, which in particular also allow a user who is inexperienced manually to retrofit an existing window with a switchable vision protection film in an uncomplicated and error-free manner. In this case, it may also be an object of the invention in particular to offer the user maximum flexibility, for example by making possible the application and contacting of the visibility protection film to windows of different sizes and / or in a residue-free manner.SolutionThis object is achieved by the invention with the features of the independent claim. Advantageous further developments of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims and in subordinate claims referenced back to the independent claim. The wording of all claims is hereby incorporated by reference into the content of this description. The invention also encompasses all meaningful and in particular all mentioned combinations of independent and / or dependent claims. All features and technical effects which are described below with reference to the assembly kit according to the invention also apply analogously to its use and to the method according to the invention, and vice versa.More particularly, the present invention relates to a mounting kit for attaching a switchable visor film to a window whose frame has multiple corners and straight sides extending therebetween. For example, it may be a rectangular window, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Rather, the window frame can represent, for example, a regular or irregular polygon with a number of corners and sides deviating from four, for example a three- or five- or hexagon or a diamond with non-rectangular corners. The assembly kit contains, on the one hand, the vision protection film itself. The assembly kit and the visibility film contained therein can be designed in particular to cover a window pane bounded by the window frame over the entire surface with the visibility film. In order to enable a user in particular to apply the visibility film to windows of different sizes or shapes, the visibility film is designed in such a way that it can be cut to an individual window size by the user. A commercially available household or paper scissors, for example, can be suitable for this purpose. Alternatively or additionally, a suitable cutting tool can also be contained in the assembly kit.In this case, the vision protection film can be switched between a clear vision state and a vision protection state at least in a partial region of its surface, in order to enable the user to create privacy when pressing a button by attaching the film to a transparent window pane. For this purpose, the visual protection film comprises in the said surface region an electrically switchable layer which is arranged between two electrically conductive layers which are each connected to an electrode for applying an electrical voltage therebetween. The electrically conductive layers can be protected on the outside by electrically insulating and mechanically stabilizing cover layers which are permanently connected to the vision protection film as an integral component of a multilayer structure of the vision protection film. In addition, the vision protection film can be protected from external damage such as scratches, etc., on the outside for the duration of its storage and transport, in particular in the region of the electrodes, by removable transport layers or films. The vision protection film can be switchable over its entire surface between the said state of clear vision and vision protection. The alternative provision of non-switchable surface areas, which can be simply transparent or tinted, for example, makes it possible, in a uniform assembly method as described herein, to cover the entire window pane with the visibility protection film and, in the process, to leave a non-switchable partial area as needed in addition to a switchable partial area. For fastening the vision protection film along the window frame sides, the assembly kit comprises one or more clamping strip(s) which can be cut to the respective lengths of the frame sides and which is / are formed on the rear side in particular in a self-adhesive manner and on the front side for the replaceable clamping of the vision protection film. The individual clamping strips extend in a straight line and can be rolled up in particular for their storage and / or transport in the longitudinal direction to form a space-saving roll of a predetermined minimum diameter if the clamping strips have flexibility required for this purpose and their clamping functionality is not impaired as a result. For cutting the clamping strips to the required lengths, a commercially available household or paper scissors, for example, can be suitable. Alternatively or additionally, a suitable cutting tool can also be contained in the assembly kit.For the sake of simple handling, the adhesives used according to the invention are in particular self-adhesive. In accordance with the general understanding, a self-adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive is understood to mean an adhesive which, even under relatively weak pressure, permits a permanent bond to almost all substrates and, if appropriate, can be detached from the substrate again substantially without residue after use. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition has a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesion at room temperature, i.e. has a sufficiently low viscosity and a high tack, so that it wets the surface of the respective adhesive base even at low pressure. The bondability of the adhesive is based on its adhesive properties and the redetachability is based on its cohesive properties. It is possible to use other adhesive systems which develop tackiness, for example, on account of a reaction. These include reactive adhesives which become adhesive by (UV) light, moisture or heat.Furthermore, in the assembly kit, a corner clamping angle is provided for each frame corner, which is formed on the rear side, in particular self-adhesive and on the front side, for the replaceable clamping of the vision protection film, and the angle legs of which are geometrically shaped such that they can be positioned unambiguously on both frame sides in the respective corner by mechanical stop or by alignment. Each corner clamping angle also has a plurality of rectilinear edges, marking lines and / or projections for a clear positioning of the clamping strips to be placed on the corner clamping angle and of the vision protection film to be clamped at the corner clamping angle. In particular, the length and mounting position of each terminal block to be cut by the user is thereby unambiguously defined, in that the cut terminal block is to be aligned with its narrow sides on the straight edges, marking lines and / or projections provided for this purpose of the corner clamping angles glued on in both frame corners of a frame side and / or is to be placed up to a mechanical stop. At least two corner clamping angles are formed for contacting the electrodes of the visibility protection film. The construction of the corner clamping angles described herein thus enables a clear positioning of the corner clamping angles in the frame corners and a clear determination of the size and position of the clamping strips extending between each two corner clamping angles and of the vision protection film to be clamped in the corner clamping angles and the clamping strips. This also allows a user, in particular, to mount the switchable vision protection film on a window with individual frame dimensions in a simple and error-free manner without manual prior knowledge. The assembly kit further comprises an electronic control element configured for connection to the at least two corner clamping angles, which serve for contacting the electrodes of the vision protection film, and for user-side switching of the vision protection film between its clear vision and vision protection states. For this purpose, the control element can have, for example, one or more pushbuttons, levers or a touch screen for user-side inputs. Furthermore, it can have on the output side, for example, a connecting cable or a socket for plugging in a connecting cable for connection to a corner clamping angle and on the input side a power supply unit and / or a power supply plug, so that, during operation of the vision protection film, for example, an input voltage available in the power supply unit of, for example, approximately 220-240 V and approximately 50-60 Hz is converted in the power supply unit into a suitable input voltage of, for example, approximately 24 V DC for the drive element, in which this DC voltage is in turn converted into an AC voltage of, for example, approximately 18 V and approximately 50 Hz, which is suitable for driving the film. The control element can be designed for attachment in the vicinity of the window, for example on or under a window sill or on the window frame or on a wall adjoining the same, and for this purpose can comprise, for example, self-adhesive fastening elements or fastening elements to be mounted with other fastening means such as screws, etc.In particular, each corner clamping angle and / or each clamping strip can have two clamping halves for interchangeably clamping the vision protection film therebetween. A first of the two clamping halves is designed to be fixed on the rear side, in particular self-adhesive, for fastening to a smooth substrate, such as a pane or a frame of the window. The two clamping halves are either formed separately from one another or are connected to one another via a hinge-like and / or flexible connection, for example a film hinge. The second clamping half can therefore be folded away or removed from the first clamping half glued to the window in order to insert or replace the vision protection film and thereby correctly position it at the corner clamping angle or the clamping strip. The two clamping halves can be detachably fixed to one another by a click or snap-in closure in the form of closure elements formed in both clamping halves for engaging one another and snapping in and / or by a magnetic attraction force of magnetic elements formed overlapping one another in both clamping halves, so that a predetermined clamping force is applied to the visibility protection film. The clamping effect required can vary in a application-specific manner depending on the dimensions of the visibility protection film. The clamping effect to be applied by the corner clamping angles and the clamping strips is to be dimensioned such that both the electrical contacting of the electrodes and the holding of the film are ensured with certainty over a predetermined time period of, for example, several months or years. The clamping effect on the visibility protection film at the corner clamping angles on the one hand and in the clamping strips on the other hand can be based on a clamping construction of the same type or, however, different in principle. For example, the corner clamping angles can each have one or more click or snap-in closures, while the clamping effect in the clamping strips is based on magnetic elements, or vice versa. Both of these clamping structures can also be combined in a corner clamping angle or in a clamping strip. In the case of the fastening principle of the vision protection film presented here, it can be ensured, in particular, by clamping in the corner clamping angles and the clamping strips that a predetermined distance always remains between the window pane and the vision protection film mounted on the window in the direction perpendicular to the pane and film surface. This distance results from the thickness of the first clamping half, which is glued to the window pane or to the window frame, of the respective corner clamping angle or of the respective clamping strip. When fastening to the window frame, the thickness of the frame is additionally added in the direction perpendicular to the pane surface. In particular, it is therefore possible, by suitable dimensions of the corner clamping angles and the clamping strips, to ensure that an air layer of a predetermined thickness remains between the mounted visibility protection film and the window pane. This can in particular reliably prevent the visibility protection film from bearing locally on the pane surface in an uncontrolled manner or from adhering statically and thus forming enclosed air bubbles or collecting atmospheric moisture or condensed water and not being able to escape to the outside. In order to allow any moisture in the air or condensed water to escape or flow away to the outside, suitable through-holes or recesses can be formed to the outside in all or, for example, at least in corner clamping angles and / or clamping strips to be mounted at the bottom. This can contribute to a reliable avoidance of a short circuit between the electrically conductive layers of the film, in particular in the edge regions thereof. In particular, those corner clamping angles which are provided for contacting the electrodes can each have, for this purpose, for example, an electronic board which is equipped with plug connectors and / or feed lines for connection to the electronic control element and with electrical contacts for connection / pressing to the electrodes of the visibility protection film. The electrical contacts are designed to bear with a contact pressure against the respective electrode after the aforementioned positioning and clamping of the vision protection film at the corner clamping angle. They can be designed in particular as spring contacts in order to ensure an additional contact pressure on the electrodes for a reliable electrical connection. The respective printed circuit board can extend in particular over a large part or over the entire surface of the corner clamping angle, in order to use the corner clamping angle simultaneously as efficiently as possible for clamping and for electrically contacting the visibility protection film.According to one embodiment, each corner clamping angle is formed by two angle legs connected integrally to one another in the form of straight strips which extend at a predetermined angle of, for example, 90° with respect to one another. The predetermined angle, which the rectilinear angle legs of a corner clamping angle form with respect to one another, can correspond in particular to an angle which both frame sides of the window frame also form with respect to one another in the relevant frame corner and which can be 90°, for example, or, in the case of non-rectangular window frames, can also be any other acute or obtuse angle. In this case, a corner clamping angle in the associated frame corner can be positioned unambiguously, for example, by a mechanical stop on the outside of the legs or by aligning both angle legs on the inside of the legs with their entire length on one frame side each.As an alternative to this embodiment, the angle legs can also be formed, for example, in a straight line only in a subsection of their longitudinal extent or only on the inside of the leg or only on the outside of the leg, which, just as in the case of the above strip-shaped angle legs, can serve for clear positionability in a frame corner.According to a further embodiment, which can be combined with the other embodiments, each angle limb of each corner clamping angle has, at its end pointing away from the corner, a rectilinear edge, on which a clamping strip is to be placed and aligned with its likewise rectilinear narrow side. As a result, a clamping strip can be cut and positioned in a clear manner between two corner clamping angles which are adhesively bonded on both sides of a frame side of the window frame. Furthermore, in particular, a continuous clamping effect on the visibility protection film along the entire frame circumference can thereby also be achieved.Alternatively or additionally to this embodiment, each angle leg of each corner clamping angle in its clamping state, in which a vision protection film is clamped therein, can have substantially the same width along the film surface in a direction orthogonal to its edge as the clamping strip to be placed on this angle leg in its clamping state, in which a vision protection film is clamped therein. In this way, in particular a continuous and / or substantially uniform clamping effect on the visibility protection film can be achieved along the entire frame circumference.According to a further embodiment, which can be combined with the other embodiments, each angle leg of each corner clamping angle has a rectilinear marking or a rectilinear projection for placing and aligning a rectilinear edge of the visibility protection film to be clamped at the corner clamping angle. The position of the straight marking or of the straight projection is designed such that a clamping effect sufficient for holding the vision protection film on the vision protection film clamped at the corner clamping angle and a reliable electrical contacting of the electrodes thereof are ensured.According to one embodiment, the electrically switchable layer is formed as a liquid crystal layer and the above-described layer structure of the multilayer visual protection film is designed such that, when electric voltage is applied to the two electrodes via the electronic control element, the liquid crystals align substantially parallel to one another and the film is therefore in its clear vision state. If, on the other hand, no electric voltage is applied to the electrodes, the liquid crystals are largely random and are therefore distributed or oriented differently among one another and scatter the light which passes through the visibility film, so that it is in its visibility state. In this case, it can appear, for example, milky or opaque and therefore opaque. This liquid crystal technology is also known in particular under the name PDLC film or device (polymer-dispersed liquid-crystal devices), in which liquid crystals of the switchable layer were dissolved or dispersed in a liquid polymer during their production and, after subsequent curing of the polymer, are present in droplets of a different size depending on the curing conditions. Alternatively, different types of electrically switchable layers can also be used, which switch between a clear and a protection state by applying an electric voltage, for example based on anisotropic or polarizable particles dispersed in a fluid or on electrochromic properties or on a polarization-rotating liquid crystal layer between two crossed polarizers, etc.In particular, the vision protection film in its clear vision state can be substantially transparent (i.e. transparent) to visible light in a predetermined angle of incidence range around a surface normal of the film. In its state of protection from view, the protection from view film can in particular be substantially opaque or matt to visible light, for example by light scattering and / or light absorption in the electrically switchable layer or by light absorption up to light blocking by crossed polarizers, if the electrically switchable layer is formed, for example, as a layer which rotates polarization as a function of the applied electrical voltage. In particular, the electronic drive element can be configured for user-side varying of the electric voltage applied to the electrodes, in order to vary the degree of alignment of liquid crystals, for example in the case of a PDLC film. As a result, the visibility protection film can be switched over between visibility protection states with a varying degree of visibility protection for visible light by applying different electrical voltages. In other words, the visibility protection film in this embodiment can be dimmed by varying the applied electrical voltage. In a specific embodiment, the two electrodes have a predetermined distance from one another measured along the film surface, in order to achieve, for example, an electrical field distribution which is as uniform as possible between the two electrically conductive layers and thus in the switchable layer. The said distance can correspond to at least approximately one third or one half of the largest linear dimension or the length of the individual electrode in the film surface or at least approximately an entire largest linear dimension or length of the individual electrode in the film surface, for example.According to one embodiment, the assembly kit further comprises a connecting cable for electrically connecting the two corner clamping angles to be contacted with an electrode of the visibility protection film, respectively the electronic circuit boards contained therein, to one another. For this purpose, the two corner clamping brackets mentioned each have at least one plug connector for this connecting cable. The plug connector can be designed, for example, as a insulation displacement clamp or insulation displacement socket into which the respective end of the connecting cable can be easily inserted and is thus electrically contacted and mechanically held with the corner clamping bracket or its circuit board without using tools or screws. One of these corner clamping angles additionally has a feed line for connection to the electronic control element.According to one embodiment, the assembly kit further comprises a millimeter paper or other type of grid pattern paper (for example, approximately in film size) as a cutting aid for aligning and cutting the visibility protection film to the individually required window size. Alternatively or additionally, the assembly kit can further comprise an adhesive assembly tape which is designed for provisional fixing of the unfolded clamping halves of the clamping strips to the window frame and / or of the millimeter paper or of the grid pattern paper to the film for the duration of the assembly. Alternatively, the millimeter / grid pattern paper can also be provided, for example, as a removable protective layer on the vision protection film.According to an embodiment, the assembly kit further comprises a remote control unit having an operating element, such as one or more pushbuttons, levers or a touch screen, for user-side switching of the visibility film between its clear-view and visibility state. In this case, the remote control unit is designed for wirelessly transmitting the user-side switchover inputs to the control element for correspondingly controlling the visibility protection film. This allows the user to switch the privacy film between its clear and privacy states from a distance of, for example, several meters from the window. The present invention further relates to a method for applying a switchable anti-view film to a window, the frame of which has multiple corners and straight sides extending therebetween, using the mounting kit presented herein. The method comprises the following steps, which can optionally be supplemented by further (intermediate) steps:First, a corner clamping angle is applied in each frame corner in that each corner clamping angle is positioned unambiguously in the respective corner by a mechanical stop of both angle legs against both frame sides and is bonded with its in particular self-adhesive rear side to the window pane or in that each corner clamping angle is positioned unambiguously on the frame itself in the respective corner in that inner edges of both angle legs facing the window pane are aligned with inner edges of both frame sides facing the window pane and is bonded with its in particular self-adhesive rear side to the frame. In this case, the mentioned two corner clamping angles, which are provided for contacting the electrodes, are expediently arranged in those frame corners into which the film sections with the electrodes are also intended to extend.Thereafter, the one or more clamping strip(s) are cut to the lengths of the frame sides in such a way that the respective cut clamping strip section, in its abovementioned clamping state, bears with its two narrow sides against the mutually opposite ends (i.e. edges) of the angle legs of the corner clamping angles which are adhesively bonded in the frame corners on both sides of the respective frame side. The clamping strip section rests with its entire long side against the frame side or is aligned with its inner edge, similar to the angle legs of the corner clamping angles. In other words, the angle legs of the mutually opposite corner clamping angles merge almost seamlessly into the clamping strip section arranged therebetween. After this positioning and the corresponding cutting of the individual clamping strip sections to size, they are glued with their particularly self-adhesive rear sides in these unique positions on the window pane or on the frame. In a further step, the visibility film is cut to the individually present window size in such a way that it is positioned in each frame corner in a clear manner by aligning its two edges with the straight marking lines provided for this purpose and / or projections of the corner clamping angle glued therein. Optionally, the attached millimeter or grid pattern paper may first be positioned and cut unambiguously in this manner instead of the face protection film, whereupon the cut paper is placed on the face protection film in order to cut it accordingly.Any removable transport protection layers are finally removed from the so cut-to-size visibility protection film, whereupon the visibility protection film is positioned and clamped in the described clear manner with respect to all glued-on corner clamping angles and clamping strip sections extending therebetween. In a specific embodiment, the electrodes on and along an edge side of the visibility protection film can each extend from a film corner up to a predetermined distance from one another, which is measured along the film surface. If one side of the window frame is designed as a hinge side for opening the window, then in this embodiment the two corner clamping angles which are provided for contacting the electrodes can advantageously be adhesively bonded into frame corners which are situated opposite one another on the hinge side.According to one embodiment, the two corner clamping angles to be contacted with one electrode each of the visibility protection film are connected to one another by the connecting cable before the film is inserted and clamped. In this case, the connecting cable can be guided between the two corner clamping angles within the clamping strip section, which extends therebetween, laterally of the visibility protection film to be clamped therein. In this way, after the shielding film has been clamped in the said clamping strip section, the connecting cable remains concealed in its clamping state and is thereby protected, inter alia, mechanically outwards. The present invention further also relates to a use of the mounting kit presented herein for the residueless removable and replaceable attachment of a switchable vision protection film to a window in rooms used in business or privately, such as, for example, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, an entrance area, a working room or a meeting room, and others.Further details and features will become apparent from the following description of preferred exemplary embodiments in conjunction with the dependent claims. In this case, the respective features can be realized on their own or several in combination with one another. The possibilities for achieving the object are not limited to the exemplary embodiments. The exemplary embodiments are schematically illustrated in the figures, wherein the individual figures can also be understood in particular as true to scale, but are not limited thereto. Individual components of the kit 1 are shown in plan view or perspective, as they can be spread out, for example, on a table after they have been removed from a compact transport box 2, in this example from recycling cardboard or cardboard. The transport box 2 can (but does not have to) likewise be understood as part of the assembly kit 1 and is designed and dimensioned such that all the components of the assembly kit 1 described below fit into it in a manner which is as space-saving as possible in order to be transported or stored intact. The assembly kit 1 comprises firstly a visibility protection film 3 which can be cut to the respective window size and which in this example can be switched over in its entire area between a clear vision state and a visibility protection state and for this purpose comprises an electrically switchable layer between two electrically conductive layers (not individually shown) which are each connected to an electrode 3 aand 3 bfor applying electrical voltage therebetween. The visibility protection film 3 can be, purely by way of example, a PDLC film mentioned further above. In this example, the electrodes 3 aand 3 bextend at and along an edge side 3 cof the visibility protection film 3 in each case from a film corner up to a predetermined distance from one another, which is measured along the film surface, which can correspond, for example, to approximately one third, one half or an entire length of the individual electrode 3 aand 3 bin the film surface. The vision protection film 3 can be provided in the assembly kit 1, for example, in a rectangular shape of a predetermined size and can be rolled up for the duration of storage and transport, for example, to form a space-saving roll having a predetermined roll diameter, at which the electrical functionality remains unaffected. Suitable film size may be, for example, about 0.8 m×0.6 m for bathroom windows, about 1.3 m×1.5 m for smaller bedroom windows, about 1 m×2.2 m for large narrow ("French") windows, or any other size with side lengths, for example, between about 0.5 m and about 3.5 m, to be applicable for window panes of the same or a slightly smaller size. The assembly kit 1 further comprises one or more, in this example four, clamping strips 4 which can be cut to the respective lengths of the frame sides. The clamping strips 4 are designed, in particular, self-adhesive on the rear side and on the front side for the replaceable clamping of the vision protection film 3. This functionality is explained further below with reference to FIGS. 3 c- 3 d, 6 a- 6 b. The individual clamping strips 4 extend in a straight line and can be rolled up in particular for their storage and / or transport in the longitudinal direction to form a space-saving roll of a predetermined minimum diameter if the clamping strips 4 have flexibility required for this purpose and their clamping functionality is not impaired as a result. As indicated in FIG. 1, a corner clamping angle 5 (cf. FIG. 7 c ) which can be assembled from three parts 5 a, 5 band 5 cis provided in the assembly kit 1 for each frame corner 16 a(see FIGS. 2 a- 2 b ) of a window frame 16 which is rectangular in this example and which, in its assembled state, is formed on the rear side in particular in a self-adhesive manner and on the front side for the replaceable clamping of the visibility protection film 3 and the angle legs 7 aand 7 bare geometrically shaped such that they can be positioned unambiguously on both frame sides 16 bin the respective corner 16 aby mechanical stop or by alignment. As illustrated in FIG. 7 c, each corner clamping angle 5 is composed, purely by way of example, of three separate parts: a first angle clamping half 5 awhich is in particular self-adhesive on the rear side and has an electronic board for optionally required contacting of the electrodes 3 aor 3 bin the respective corner, a second angle clamping half 5 bwhich can be releasably fixed to the first angle clamping half 5 aby a click or snap-in closure (see FIG. 7 c ) such that a predetermined clamping force is applied to the vision protection film 3 positioned therebetween, and an angle cover part 5 cwhich can be releasably fixed to the clamping halves 5 aand 5 bfixed to one another in the clamping state of the corner clamping angle 5 (again by a click or snap-in closure, see FIG. 7 c ). For clear positioning in a rectangular frame corner 16 a, each corner clamping angle 5 (in particular its first angle clamping half 5 a, in particular its self-adhesive rear side) is formed in this example by two angle legs 7 aand 7 b, which are connected integrally to one another, in the form of straight strips which extend at a right angle to one another. As shown in FIG. 1, each angle leg 7 aand 7 bof each corner clamping angle 5 has substantially the same width along the film surface in a direction orthogonal to its edge as the clamping strip 4 to be placed on this angle leg 7 aand 7 bin its clamping state according to FIG. 1, which in particular allows a continuous and uniform clamping effect on the visibility protection film 3 to be achieved along the entire frame circumference. The assembly kit 1 further comprises an electronic control element 6 (also referred to herein as a control box) which is designed for the user-side switching of the vision protection film 3 between its clear vision and vision protection states. For this purpose, the control element can have, for example, one or more pushbuttons, levers or a touch screen for user-side switchover inputs. The control element 6 is designed for connection to one of the corner clamping brackets 5, which for this purpose has a feed line 5 dwith a plug connector 5 e. For this purpose, the control element 6 has on the output side a socket (not shown) for plugging in the plug connector 5 eof the feed line 5 dfor connection to the associated corner clamping angle 5 and on the input side a power supply unit 6 awith a power supply plug 6 b(which can be connected to the control box via an associated connecting cable with plug). In this example, the driving element is configured for mounting in the vicinity of the window, for example on or under a window sill or on the window frame or on a wall adjoining the same. For this purpose, in the assembly kit 1, a rectangular holding plate 6 c, purely by way of example, with plug-on webs or similar mechanical fastening devices are provided, so that the control element 6 can be removably plugged onto the holding plate 6 c, wherein the holding plate 6 cmay be fastened, for example, on a smooth base such as a window sill in a residue-free removable manner by a double-sided self-adhesive strip 6 d(also referred to herein as Powerstrip® ). Fastening of the holding plate 6 cto wallboard, rough fibre, plaster and the like is also possible with the strip 6 d. Powerstrips® from the house tesa are self-adhesive products with double-sided adhesion, which can be removed again from an adhesive bond by extensive stretching. They comprise at least one layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive. In this example, the assembly kit 1 further comprises a connecting cable 8 for electrically connecting two corner clamping brackets 5 (or the electronic circuit boards contained therein) to each other, each of which is to be contacted with an electrode 3 a / 3 bof the visibility protection film 3. For this purpose, in this example, all corner clamping brackets 5 (cf. FIGS. 2 a, 6 aand 6 b ) have a respective plug connector 9 for the connecting cable 8 on each angle leg 7 aand 7 b. In this example, the plug connector 9 is designed as an insulation displacement socket into which the respective end of the connecting cable 8 can be easily inserted and, without using tools or screws, is thereby electrically contacted with the corner clamping bracket 5 or its circuit board and at the same time mechanically held therein.Furthermore, the assembly kit 1 in this example comprises a millimeter paper 10 as a cutting aid for aligning and cutting the visibility protection film 3 to the individually required window pane size. Furthermore, the assembly kit 1 optionally also comprises an adhesive assembly tape 11 which is designed for provisional fixing of the unfolded clamping halves of the clamping strips 4 to the window frame and / or of the millimeter paper 10 to the film 3 for the duration of the assembly. Finally, in this example, the assembly kit 1 comprises a remote control unit 12 which has an operating element 14, here purely by way of example in the form of a pushbutton, for switching the visibility film 3 between its clear-view and visibility state by the user. In this case, the remote control unit 12 is designed for wirelessly transmitting the user-side switchover inputs to the control element 6 for correspondingly controlling the visibility protection film 3.In the following, an embodiment of the method presented herein for applying a switchable vision protection film 3 to a window, the frame 16 of which has four rectangular corners 16 aand straight sides 16 bextending therebetween, is described with reference to FIGS. 2 a- 10, using the mounting kit 1 of FIG. 1.Before the start of the assembly, it can be advantageous to remove the package contents of the transport box 2, i.e. all the above-described components of the assembly kit 1, from the box 2 and to spread them at room temperature on a planar base, for example a table, as shown in FIG. 1. If individual components such as the film 3, the clamping strips 4 and / or the millimeter paper 10 were transported or stored in a rolled-up state, it is expedient to design them flat and allow them to expand for 24 hours, for example. In this case, each clamping strip 4, if it has been transported and stored in an unfolded state which can be seen in FIG. 3 cand optionally as a roller, can be smoothened on the planar base, such as a table, by the thumb and in the process can be aligned straight in the longitudinal direction thereof. As shown in FIGS. 3 c- 3 d, 6 a- 6 b, in this example each clamping strip 4 is composed in the transverse direction of two clamping halves 4 aand 4 bconnected to one another via a film hinge 4 c, which clamping halves lie congruently one above the other in the clamping state shown in FIG. 1, wherein the visibility protection film 3 is to be clamped therebetween. In this case, a first clamping half 4a (concealed in FIG. 1, see FIGS. 3c-3d, 6a-6b) for fastening to a smooth substrate, such as a pane of the window, is designed to be self-adhesive on the rear side in particular and, as shown in FIG. 3d, is additionally protected from the outside by a removable protective strip 4d before assembly. The second clamping half 4 bcan therefore be folded away from the first clamping half 4 ato be adhered to the window (during the course of the assembly) in order to clean or replace the vision protection film 3.The two clamping halves 4 aand 4 bcan be detachably fixed to one another in this example by a magnetic attractive force which is generated by magnetic elements 15 aand 15 b(see FIG. 3 d ) formed overlapping one another in the two clamping halves 4 a / 4 b, such that a predetermined clamping force is applied to the visibility protection film 3 positioned therebetween. By this clamping force, the visibility protection film 3 is held in its window-mounted state (see FIGS. 7 a- 7 band 9- 10 ) in the position described below between the respective corner clamping angles 5.As a further preparation step before the mounting on the window, each clamping strip 4 is folded together along the film hinge 4 cto form its clamping state illustrated in FIG. 1, wherein the folding line 4 ecan in particular likewise be re-drawn with a thumb and / or index finger, in order to form a rectilinear edge for placement on a likewise rectilinear inner edge 16 dof the respective frame side 16 b.Furthermore, in this example, the glass surface of the window pane 16 cto be equipped with the film 3 (cf. FIGS. 2 a- 2 b) is cleaned in preparation for the assembly. As a further preparation step, in this example, for adhering the first angle clamping halves 5a to the window pane 16c, a removable protective strip (not shown) is removed from the particularly self-adhesive rear side of each first angle clamping half 5a.FIG. 2 ashows the first angle clamping half 5 aof FIG. 1 equipped with the feed line 5 dafter it has been adhesively bonded in the associated unique position in the left lower frame corner 16 a. As mentioned further above, the first angle clamping half 5 ais positioned unambiguously in the frame corner 16 ain that its two straight angle legs 7 aand 7 bb rest with their outer edges against straight inner edges 16 din the frame corner 16 auntil a mechanical stop.In this example, the left side 16 bof the window frame 16 in the drawing plane of FIG. 2 ais formed as a hinge side with a hinge 17 for opening the window. Therefore, two corner clamping angles 5, which are provided for contacting the electrodes 3 aand 3 bof the visibility protection film 3, are advantageously glued in both left frame corners 16 a, purely by way of example.FIG. 2 bshows the window after the remaining three first angle clamping halves 5 aof FIG. 1 have also been glued in an analogous manner in their unique positions in the remaining three frame corners 16 a.FIGS. 3 a- 3 e show subsequent assembly steps in which the clamping strips 4 of FIG. 1 are cut to the required lengths and are fastened to the frame sides 16 bin respectively associated unique positions. As FIG. 3 a shows, in this example, one of the clamping strips 4 (in its clamping state according to FIG. 1 ) is first placed with its first narrow side 18 until it abuts against a rectilinear edge 19 formed by the free end of the angle limb 7 aof the first angle clamping half 5 awhich is adhesively bonded in the upper left frame corner 16 a. As shown in FIG. 3 b, the required length of the clamping strip 4 is subsequently drawn in with a pin so that it also abuts with its second narrow side 20 against the opposite rectilinear edge 21 of the first angle clamping half 5 a, which is adhesively bonded to the lower left frame corner 16 a, until it abuts and thus fits as exactly as possible between the two opposite angle corner clamping angles 5 on the hinge side. As shown in FIG. 3 c, the clamping strip 4 is subsequently folded open and cut to the length shown by a household or paper scissors. As shown in FIG. 3 d, the cut clamping strip 4 is subsequently folded back into its clamping state and positioned on the frame side 16 bin a unique position, in which it is placed with its narrow side 18 until it abuts against the edge 19 of the upper left first angle clamping half 5 aand is likewise brought until it abuts against the folding line 4 eon the inner edge 16 dof the frame side 16 b. Subsequently, on the particularly self-adhesive rear side of the clamping strip, the protective strip 4 dis gradually removed from top to bottom and the clamping strip 4 is pressed immediately with the respectively exposed section of its particularly self-adhesive rear side against the window pane 16 cuntil it is glued on the hinge side of the window over its entire length between the two corner clamping angles 5 in the position mentioned. Subsequently, these steps are performed on the remaining three frame sides 16b, and FIG. 3e shows the result.FIGS. 4a to 4c show the cutting of the millimeter paper 10 to the required slice size in the position clearly predetermined for the visibility protection film 3 by the glued-on angle clamping halves 5a. The millimeter paper 10 serves as an optional cutting aid in order to make the ascertainment of the unambiguously predetermined position and the subsequent cutting process for the visibility protection film 3 as handy as possible. As FIG. 4 ashows using the example of the upper left frame corner 16 a, for this purpose, first the rectilinear edges of a rectangular corner of the millimeter paper 10 are aligned with the rectilinear marking lines 22 provided specifically for this purpose on each angle limb 7 aand 7 b. In this example, each angle leg 7 aand 7 bof each corner clamping angle 5 has a marking line 22 which extends over a major part of its length in its direction of extension, i.e. approximately parallel to the frame inner edge 16 don which it abuts as far as the stop. As shown in FIG. 4 b, the required height of the millimeter paper 10 is subsequently determined in the lower left frame corner 16 aby transferring a marking line 22 of the corner clamping angle 5 adhered in this frame corner 16 awith a pin to the millimeter paper 10 (i.e. a cut marking is drawn in) in order also to align this corner of the millimeter paper 10 simultaneously with the upper left corner in the same clear manner with the straight marking lines 22. In a similar manner, according to FIG. 4 c, the required length of the millimeter paper 10 is also determined on the basis of the straight marking lines 22 of the corner clamping angle 5 adhesively bonded in the right upper frame corner 16 aand is transferred as an intersecting marking to the millimeter paper 10, whereupon the millimeter paper 10 is cut along its line grid by a household or paper scissors according to the indicated intersecting markings (not shown separately) and as a result is given a shape and size provided for the visibility protection film 3. The correct blank can subsequently be checked by holding the millimeter paper 10 against the window pane 16 c(cf. FIG. 2 b) in the said uniquely provided position in all four frame corners 16 aon the basis of the marking lines 22 provided therein at the corner clamping angles 5 (or in this exemplary embodiment on the first angle clamping halves 5 athereof).Figures 5a to 5c show an example of how subsequently the anti-view film 3 can be correctly cut to the required pane size using the millimeter paper 10 cut according to Figures 4a-4c. As shown in Figure 5a, the cut millimeter paper 10 is laid on the face protection film 3 of Figure 1 so that its long side 10a, which in Figures 4a-4c was positioned on the hinge side of the window, is aligned flush with the edge side 3c of the face protection film 3 on which the electrodes 3a and 3b are formed. In order to achieve the best possible electrical functionality of the visibility protection film 3, the two short sides 10 bof the millimeter paper 10 are advantageously at approximately the same distance (each indicated as edge distance A) from the edge sides 3 dof the film 3 adjoining the edge side 3 c.As shown in FIG. 5 b, the millimeter paper 10 can be preliminarily fixed in this position on the visibility protection film 3 with the mounting adhesive tape 11 in order to subsequently cut the visibility protection film 3 to the size of the millimeter paper 10 with a household or paper scissors, as indicated in FIG. 5 c.FIGS. 6 aand 6 b show an example of how the two corner clamping brackets 5, which are provided for contacting the electrodes 3 aand 3 b, are electrically connected to one another for this purpose by the connecting cable 8. As can be seen in FIG. 6 a on the example of the hinge side of the window, in this example, first all the clamping strips 4 adhesively bonded to the window pane 16 care unfolded again from their clamping state illustrated in FIG. 3 e, and their second clamping halves 4 bare preliminarily fixed to the associated frame sides 16 bby means of the mounting adhesive tape 11 (in order to be able to position and clamp the visibility protection film 3 in each clamping strip 4 between its first clamping half 4 aand its second clamping half 4 b, cf. FIG. 7 a ). Then, first, one end of the connecting cable 8 is inserted into the downwardly facing connector 9 of the corner clamping bracket 5 bonded in the upper left frame corner 16 a. The connecting cable 8 is clamped therein without tools, screws or the like. As shown in FIG. 6 b, the connecting cable 8 is then guided in a groove formed by the film hinge 4 cin the opened clamping strip 4 on the same frame side (hinge side of the window in this example), folded also once or several times when it is overlength, and inserted with the second end into the upwardly facing plug connector 8 of the corner clamping angle 5 glued to the lower left frame corner 16 a.FIGS. 7 aand 7 b show the subsequent attachment of the vision protection film 3 by clamping in all four corner clamping brackets 5 and clamping strips 4 fastened to the window. Subsequently, the visibility protection film 3 is aligned in a clear manner with its edge in the region of all four first angle clamping halves 5 aat their straight marking lines 22, as described above. Subsequently, all clamping strips 4 can already be folded into their clamping state, whereby the visibility protection film 3 is clamped and held therein, as can be seen in FIG. 7 a in an upper right-hand section of the window. Subsequently, as shown in Figs. 7a-7c, in each corner 16a, the second angle clamping half 5b is fixed to the first angle clamping half 5a by the click or snap fit provided therein, whereby the visibility screen film 3 is also clamped therebetween. As shown in Figs. 7b-7c, in each corner 16a, the angle cover part 5c is then fixed on the clamping halves 5a and 5b fixed to each other. As shown in FIG. 7 b, the cover part 5 cof at least those corner clamping brackets 5 which are to be mounted in lower frame corners 16 amay have a cutout 27, for example in the form of a cut-off angle corner, in order to allow any moisture in the air or condensed water to escape from the corner clamping bracket 5 to the outside. This can contribute to a reliable avoidance of a short circuit between the electrically conductive layers of the visibility protection film 3, in particular in the edge regions thereof.FIG. 7 c once again illustrates, in an exploded perspective view, the abovementioned three-part structure of each corner clamping angle 5 of the mounting kit 1 of FIG. 1 using the example of the corner clamping angle 5 provided with the feed line 5 dfrom FIG. 1.As mentioned above, in this example each corner clamping angle 5 is composed of three mutually removable and substantially congruent parts: a first angle clamping half 5 a, a second angle clamping half 5 bwhich can be releasably fixed on the first angle clamping half 5 aby a click or snap-in closure in the form of closure elements 23 formed in both clamping halves for engaging and snapping in, and an angle cover part 5 cwhich can be releasably fixed on the clamping halves 5 aand 5 bfixed to one another, in this example again by a mechanical click or snap-in closure which can be formed in particular by locking elements 24 engaging and snapping in on the edge side on the cover part 5 cand the second angle clamping half 5 b.The second angle clamping half 5 bcan therefore be removed from the first angle clamping half 5 aadhered to the window in order to clean or replace the vision protection film 3 and, as described herein, to position it at the corner clamping angle 5 unambiguously on the basis of the marking lines 22 (see FIGS. 4 a- 4 cand 7 a) drawn or embossed on the user-side surface of the first angle clamping half 5 a).In the assembly kit 1 of FIG. 1, each corner clamping angle 5 can be used for contacting the electrodes 3 aand 3 bof the visibility protection film 3. For this purpose, the respective first angle clamping half 5a has an electronic board 25 which, in this example, is equipped on each angle limb 7a and 7b with a respective plug connector 9 for the connecting cable 8 and with four respective electrical spring contacts 26 for connection / pressing to the electrode 3a or 3b of the visibility protection film 3. One of the corner clamping brackets 5 is also equipped with the lead 5 dfor connection to the electronic control element 6. In this example, the electrical spring contacts 26 are arranged offset with respect to one another in order to increase the contact area. In this example, the printed circuit board 25 extends almost over the entire surface of the corner clamping angle 5 in order to simultaneously use it as efficiently as possible for clamping and for electrically contacting the vision protection film 3. It serves for the electrical connection between the electrical spring contacts 26 and the plug connectors 9 or the feed line 5 d, and can be designed, for example, as a two-layer FR4 board.FIG. 8 shows an example of how the control element 6 can be detachably fastened in the vicinity of the window hinge 17 (see FIGS. 2 a, 2 b ) by being plugged onto the holding plate 6 cprovided for this purpose. As indicated in FIG. 8, the holding plate 6 cin this example is fastened by a double-sided self-adhesive strip 6 don a smooth base such as a window sill 28. If the entire structure is to be removed later, the self-adhesive strip 6 dmay be formed in particular for residue-free removal from the window bank.FIG. 9 shows the window after the visibility protection sheet 3 is mounted thereon as described above using the mounting kit 1 of FIG. 1 by clamping in the corner clamping brackets 5 and clamping ledges 4 along the entire circumference of the window frame 16.FIG. 10 shows a section of the window with the visibility protection film 3 mounted thereon in the region of the right lower frame corner 16 ain a cross section along the line B-B in FIG. 9. As can be seen from FIG. 10, the positioning and attachment of the vision protection film 3 by means of the corner clamping angles 5 which is presented herein ensures a substantially constant pane distance D of, for example, a few millimeters in the direction perpendicular to the pane and film surface which remains between the window pane 16 cand the vision protection film 3. In this example, this distance results from the thickness of the first angle clamping half 5 aof the respective corner clamping angle 5 adhesively bonded to the window pane 16 c. This makes it possible in particular to ensure that an air layer of a predetermined thickness remains between the mounted visibility protection film 3 and the window pane 16 c. This can in particular reliably prevent the visibility protection film from bearing locally on the pane surface in an uncontrolled manner or from adhering statically and thus forming enclosed air bubbles or collecting atmospheric moisture or condensed water and not being able to escape to the outside.Numerous modifications and developments of the described exemplary embodiments can be realized.Reference numerals denote reference numerals1 Assembly kit 2 Transport box 3 Visual protection film 3 a, 3 bElectrodes 3 c Rand side on which the electrodes are located 3 d Rand sides 4 Klemm strip 4 a, 4 bFirst and second clamping halves of a clamping strip 4 c Filmscharnier film hinge connecting the two clamping halves 4 dof removable protection strip on the in particular self-adhesive rear side 4 e Falz line 5 Eck clamping angle 5 aFirst angle clamping half 5 bSecond angle clamping half 5 c Winkel cover part 5 d Zuleitung for connecting a control element 5 e Steckverbinder for connecting the control element 6 Control element 6 a Netzteil part 6 b Netz plug 6 c Halteplatte plate 6 d Doppelseitig strips 7 a, 7b both angle legs of a corner clamping angle 8 connecting cable 9 plug connector for the connecting cable 10 millimeter paper 10a hinge-side long side of the millimeter paper 10b short sides of the millimeter paper 11 mounting adhesive tape 12 remote control unit 14 operating element 15a, 15b magnetic element 16 window frames 16a frame corner 16b frame side 16c window pane 16d inner edges of the frame sides 17 hinge for opening the window 18, 20 both narrow sides of a cut-to-size clamping strip in the clamping state 19, 21 straight edges at the ends of the angle legs 22, straight marking line on each angle leg 23 locking elements 24 locking elements 25 electronic board 26 electrical spring contacts 27 cutout 28 window bank A edge distance D pane distance
